Ruth's Chris Steak House

Liza was an excellent. Gordon the manager was also excellent. We shared the Porterhouse for two along with Sweet Potato Casserole and Brussel Spouts. Our appetizer was the Spicy Shrimp and we had a Ruth Chris Bread Pudding with Whisky Sauce for dessert. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting. We ate in the dining room near the wine display. The bar area was well lite and very busy. We had a great time and we will be back.

Exceptional Dinner Dining Experience with a Few Small Hiccups Our first visit to this restaurant with friends was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff—from the valet to the restaurant team—were warm and welcoming, making us feel like family. The atmosphere was upscale yet inviting, and everything was exceptionally clean. The food was truly outstanding. Initially, I expected it to be just another overpriced, trendy spot, but I was completely wrong. The quality of the ingredients and the generous portion sizes justified the pricing. At a minimum, you can expect to spend $100–$150 per person**, and that’s without extra drinks or desserts. If you indulge in both, your total will likely be closer to $200–$250 per person**. Steaks range from $55 to $150 each, sides are about $15 each, and seafood, chicken, and crab cakes are priced around $40-$50 per entrée. At the Nashville location, they offer a few more affordable options, including a **cheeseburger, steak sandwich, and chicken sandwich** for under $20, all served with fries (chips). For appetizers, our table ordered **calamari and crab cakes. The calamari was cooked to perfection—light, crispy, and not rubbery or chewy like some places. Unfortunately, the crab cakes were cold in the middle, which was a disappointment, though the person who ordered them chose not to say anything. For the main course, I had the Ribeye with cremini mushrooms and a lemon drop martini**, while my husband ordered the lamb with scalloped potatoes. Someone else in our party also ordered the Ribeye, and it was equally fantastic. Another person ordered the New York Strip, which was cooked exactly as requested, and another had the **salmon and shrimp**, both of which were cooked well and enjoyed. In fact, all the steaks at our table were cooked exactly as ordered, which is always a great sign of a quality steakhouse. The sides were also a hit! In addition to our scalloped potatoes and cremini mushrooms**, other sides at our table included lobster mac and cheese, baked potato, and garlic mashed potatoes—all of which were thoroughly enjoyed. The portions were generous, making them great for sharing. The warm bread served at the start was also a delicious touch. And a word of caution—when they bring out the steaks, they come on sizzling 500-degree plates, so be careful! Not everything was flawless—one person at our table found the chicken a bit dry and lacking flavor, and of course, the cold crab cakes were a letdown. I can’t remember all the cocktails ordered at our table, but I believe one was a mint mojito. I’m unsure of the others, but everyone enjoyed their drinks as well. Parking is valet-only, and it was $8 when we visited. I always make sure to tip both the person parking and the person retrieving the car. Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering top-tier service, high-quality food, and a great atmosphere. Despite a couple of minor issues, I would absolutely return! I ordered the cowboy ribeye and it was excellent and cooked to perfection, garlic butter mashed potatoes were amazing and the crème brûlée was top. Amir was our waiter and he never left our waters below half full, amazing service and definitely recommend him. شكراً جزيلاً, Amir

Nice and quiet and not crowded. I was staying at the Hyatt nearby for my mom's surgery and didn't even know a Ruths was right around the corner. I go to Ruth quite often at home so this was a refreshing find. Food and service was great and since I never look at the menu at home, I discovered they have a prix fixe menu (not sure where the e goes) so I had the 6 oz fillet with shrimps, French onion soup (delicious and didn't know they had this), mashed potatoes and even comes with bread pudding dessert. The portions were perfect sized and going forward, I'll have my lady order this at home since she always orders the regular size and I have to eat the rest. Oh had a couple gamblers old fashions so hit the spot.

We go for the filet’s (duh) and had an issue last night 4/5/25! Table ordered 3 medium and 1 medium rare filet’s. We received 2 medium, 1 medium rare, and 1 well done filet. For the price and experience, we called our server over to review, and he pulled out his phone and turned on the flashlight to see the color (since it is darker in there!). He said my well done steak was medium. I showed him the other pink mediums on the table, and he said it was the same cooked medium. We disagreed, and a replacement steak was brought out and it was PERFECT! We also told them we were celebrating something and they set the table beautifully for us!!

Amir was an amazing server. We felt so taken care of 100% of the time. The food came out in record time and everyone made our night so special!

We had the best dinner last night at Ruth’s Chris! The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The brussel sprouts were roasted just right, and the lobster mac and cheese was incredible—so rich and creamy with just the right amount of lobster. We also ordered some wine that paired perfectly with everything. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere made the whole evening feel special. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Ruth’s Chris never disappoints! From start to finish, our dining experience was elegant, satisfying, and well worth the splurge. If you're a fan of classic steakhouses with impeccable service and consistently great food, this is the place. We started off with a few appetizers, and they were fantastic. The stuffed mushrooms were rich and savory, and the shrimp cocktail was fresh with a great kick from the horseradish. Each dish came out hot and perfectly prepared, setting the tone for what was to come. The steak, of course, was the star of the night. I ordered the filet, and it came out sizzling on their signature 500° plate—an experience in itself. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, with a buttery richness that melted in my mouth. Every bite was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You really can’t go wrong with any cut on the menu. We also ordered a bottle of red wine from their curated list, which had some excellent options. Our server was incredibly helpful in suggesting a pairing that worked well with both our steaks and our side dishes.

Before considering a visit to the steakhouse, I recommend doing so as part of a planned outing. The establishment offers a warm and inviting ambiance, with a spacious bar area that can easily accommodate walk-in guests. We opted for the Ve Clicquot champagne pairing, which proved to be an enlightening and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend future visits and encourage others to explore this superb establishment. Additionally, valet parking services are available. The room where the event took place was quite small, with only three servers attending to a large party. If this aspect of the experience could be improved, I would give it a five-star rating.

We visited this Nashville, TN establishment on 12/29. Our reservation for 6 was for 5:00p. They have a complimentary valet parking. We were traveling from Clarksville, TN so that means that we would be in the thick of the Nashville rush hour traffic. We left early and arrived 30 minutes before our reservation and we were seated right away. Our server Olivia greeted us with enthusiasm and took our drink orders. She was very attentive to our needs. We were celebrating quite a few milestones & accomplishments: birthday, retirements, graduation, and wellness from breast cancer. We were grateful she was our server. She was exceptionally friendly! Ruth Chris is fine dining/family style at its best. Complimentary bread was served. We started the evening sharing two appetizers: *Spicy Shrimp and Osso Buco Ravioli. They were insanely delicious. All the meals on their menu sound so delicious and it did not disappoint. My sister and her daughter who were visiting from Guam ordered 6oz steak & two lobster tails. It was plentiful. We shared a Caesar salad as our first course. I ordered the Mac & Lobster, delicious! Lots of lobster and sauce. My husband ordered the lobster bisque as his meal starter and he had 6oz steak & lobster as his main meal. The portions were spot on. My other sister ordered the crusted sea bass and sweet potato casserole with pecan. My sister's boyfriend ordered the Cowboy Ribeye w/Garlic Potato Mash. His steak wasn't like he wanted but it was taken back and they made it right. Everyone raved about their dinner. For dessert we were given 4 complimentary cheese cakes w/fruit. We ordered an extra dessert Bread Pudding w/Jack Daniel's Whiskey sauce. We had a great celebration and over the top food. I highly recommend this establishment and we will be returning to a Ruth Chris restaurant in the future. There is one in St Louis where I'm from.

Very disappointed. This Ruth's Chris just doesn't meet the national standard. My ribeye was not cooked to the temp I ordered. They were out of a lot of wine. The waitress didn't seem to know what she was doing. The dining room was CRAMPED!! This caused the waitress to reach across people to give/remove dishes because she could only access about 25% of our table. No one thing was really bad, but nothing was good. The manager asked how things were, and I started to give him an ear full. I just told him we're getting off to a rocky start, and he walked off. We ended the night with a complimentary dessert. It was awful. It was some type of pumpkin spice cheesecake or something. Two thumbs down. After that she asked if we wanted to buy another dessert. Um, no, haha. Are you kidding? $580 something for three people. For that money, I expect better. This experience will prevent me from ever eating at another Ruth's Chris as long as I shall live.

I was pleasantly surprised. I normally veer away from chains especially one as big as Ruth's Chris but wow. My fiance picked me up from the airport and straight to dinner. The service was excellent - our server was knowledgeable and attentive. We got there around 5:45pm so it was still pretty quiet which I preferred. We started off with the seared ahi tuna and lobster bisque, followed by the lobster mac and cheese, then the surf and turf. We polished it off with a chessecake. Correction: the best cheesecake. So good, I'd go back just for it. We will definitely go back!

If you are looking for a great steak in Nashville, you've found the place! Great steaks and even better sides. Plus a rather upscale venue lead to an easy 5 star review, next time we are back in Nashville (which we will be!) we will definitely be coming back

one of our favorite place's to eat at in Nashville for a top dining experience. The service is alway's wonderful and attentive. I alway's love to get the ruth chris classic, choice of one appetizer, one entree, a side item and a dessert. The best combination but definitely alot of food! The lobster bisque soup is phenomenal but the filet and shrimp is so delicate and delicious! The ambiance is wonderful, with it never getting too loud in the restaurant and your able to enjoy your other guests.

This is just a solid steakhouse , any city you go , you just can't go wrong with this chain . I was in Nashville for 24 hours and had a business dinner here and everything was amazing . Mind you I've been to this chain in NYC and NJ , etc - always 5 stars! I ordered the stuffed mushrooms , seafood tower , calamari & Cesar salad for appetizers. All of those were so good. For entree I had the ribeye and lobster Mac and cheese , yum ! We paired the food with bottles of Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc and it was perfect. I would recommend this particular location , it's so pretty and great service .

Food: 10/10. The lobster Mac n cheese makes me want to return on its own. They used a rich cheese sauce, and there was plenty of lobster to go around. The calamari was also excellent. My filet was cooked medium and was cooked to the perfect color for my standards. I attached a photo of what you could expect as a medium filet. The flavor of the filet was simple and delicious! Ambience: It is dark inside relative to most restaurants but it certainly wasn't too dark to hinder walking, reading the menu, or eating. I would dress up, as a man I would wear nothing more casual than slacks with a collared shirt. Service: The server made sure that the filet I ordered would be cooked to my satisfaction and described how it would look depending on what I chose which I appreciated. She was busy throughout our dinner, but she made time to ask to get us anything and took away plates quickly. I was very impressed with my service experience here! Overall I would return!!

The food was very good but the atmosphere was more amazing; it made you feel very special. If money is not an option, and you love a good steak, then this is the place. Steaks start at about $30 and the sides are Al la cart, but they are large. Great for a special night, anniversary , be prepared. 2 on my bill and it was $171.00. 1 Manhattan @ $16 and 1 glass of tea at $3.00 The service was what you would expect in a place like this.

We have been to Ruth's chris in various locations, it's always been good. We usually get an individual rib eye, but we have the tomahawk rib eye a try. I prefer the regular cowboy rib eye Vs the tomahawk. The tomahawk had a lot of fat, but less flavor and I found it to be a tougher less juicy cut, it also seems like a big cut but after the bone and fat is cut out there isn't that much left, you get a lot more ordering your own rib eye. The Brussel sprouts and green beans were ok, not the best I've had, but not bad. I ordered a raspberry cosmo and a Prosecco bubbly. I love when they put a raspberry in my bubbly. Service was great. We arrived at our scheduled reservation time and were seated as soon as we arrived. I would coke again but order my own rib eye next time. I wish they had more dessert options.

The atmosphere here is romantic. This is a beautiful place, this is a very upscale restaurant, so when I ordered a Old Fashion, I would think it would come with craft ice, and Luxardo Maraschino Cherries, but it came with no craft ice and sonic cherries. Worse old fashion ever. I was told by the waiter that you have to ask for craft ice, I have never had to ask for craft ice with a old fashion. The manager did fix it and got us another drink, with craft ice. The food was good. The waiter came and boxed up our food and when he was finished he sat the food bag on the floor. I guess this is what you get when you pay $80 for a steak. Worst waiter ever. I have dined at plenty Ruth Chris and this is by far the worst experience I've had.

#38 in my quest to go to all Ruth's Chris in the world. I went with my mother and sister on our recent trip to Nashville. We went for happy hour, and sat at the bar. Bartenders were attentive and funny. We had drinks and appetizers and my sister had a steak sandwich. Everything was good as always.

Me and my husband dined here for a day trip to Nashville. The hostess was outstanding . The server was good - he was new . I would have liked if he checked on us a little more while waiting on our meals . The food was pretty good , but took a long time to arrive . We ordered seafood- so the wait was not related to the timing of the steak temperature. The restaurant has a large bar area , but the dining area seemed small . The au gratin potatoes and seabass were my favorite. We also ordered two round of cocktails - they have a large selection of cocktails . They were pretty good .

Thanksgiving dinner at Ruth's Chris I decided early November that I did not want to deal with grocery shopping and spending countless hours cookingThanksgiving dinner this year for only three people. I conveniently booked on open table the last available slot at 11:15am. We arrived on time, valet parked, and seated immediately. The ambiance was nice and service was outstanding from start to finish. They offered the Ruth's Chris classic a la carte menu in addition to a special multi-course Thanksgiving Dinner menu. Each came with warm complimentary bread. I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner, of course. Lobster Bisque, Oven Roasted Turkey, Stuffing, Cranberry Relish, Green Beans with roasted garlic, and for dessert Pumpkin Cheesecake with Vanilla Ice Cream. Everything was absolutely delicious. I was stuffed for the rest of the day. As an appreciation Ruth's Chris gave us a Take home box of Thanksgiving dinner to eat later or after Black Friday shopping, like I did. All in all, it was an overall perfect 5 star holiday experience.

If you've been to other Ruth Chris restaurants you'll be disappointed in this one From the woman I spoke to on the phone for a reservation to the bartender, Don't come here unless you're friends with the staff The effort / attention / service / love given to the two groups next to me at the bar was really nice to see and showed me that they know what good service is. I did not receive that same type of service. When I asked a question, she walked away. When I ordered another glass of wine she said yes and never brought it.

Pros- steaks cooked and seasoned well. Service very friendly and good. Cocktails also very good! Cons- back room smelled like water damage and stench. Not pleasant to smell in a "nice" restaurant. Prices are far too high for what you get. I don't mind paying for a good meal, but 300 for myself, husband and 8 year old girl, seemed pretty steep considering the smells, and fact I have had better steaks.

I have been hesitant to write this review because I never want to view a restaurant in a negative light, especially Ruth Chris Steak House. I have been to numerous other Ruth Chris restaurants before and always had an amazing experience. However, after the experience I had at Ruth Chris Nashville I don't think I'll be back. For starters, the server, Tony, was extremely rude and condescending towards me throughout the entire meal. My steak was burnt, I notified staff because Tony was no where to be found. Tony became upset that I didn't tell him first but how can I tell him there's an issue with my food when he's not there? To make this review short, I was contacted by management via telephone a few days later and when I advised them of the disappointment and unhappiness not only with the burnt steak but also with the service, their response to me was," Tony has been working here a long time that doesn't sound like something he would do". The lack of accountability from Tony, staff and management is extremely disheartening.

I went to this Ruth Chris for a quick bite during their happy hour. The bar area is nice and has good attentive service. However, the steak sandwich I ordered did not meet my expectations. The filet was cut in pieces and fell off of the bun during the entire time of eating it. Perhaps another item on their menu would be good and worth trying.

Moved back to Nashville and wanted to try an old favorite. The bar area nice, service was good but food was just average. Our steaks had zero flavor and even the blue cheese crust was runny and mushy just awful. Our side dish was asparagus and it was blah as well not to mention it was to crunchy. I ordered one martini and even the olives were crunchy. People sitting at the bar had a video phone call that was a distraction and then a group of young adults came in to sit at the bar and had their own drinks in a cup. To me that should not have been allowed. Very disappointed I will not go back.

Always a great place for an amazing happy hour. It was a friend's birthday. Some of the girls got together at the bar. I got my favorite which is the prime burger. I always order cooked medium. This time it was over cooked to well done. Not my favorite, but I was happy that it was still seasoned to perfection. My drink was the Ruth's Manhattan. I only had to get one because it was perfectly strong. I love a heavy handed bartender. Just like everything recently, the happy hour prices have increased. However, still a great value and great service.

First off the Restaurant does not look completed with exposed wires and drywall. The carpeting inside was like old hotel carpet super dingy and gross, the chairs and the bar looked old and worn down. Secondly, Made a reservation for 6:45 arrived early to check in and didn't get seated until 7:45. ABSOLUTELY NO POINT IN MAKING A RESERVATION. The hosts were rude and gave attitude which is so ridiculous. Also the entire time we were waiting it was like the had no AC because their waiting area was so hot. So we finally get seated an hour after our reservation and Our server Rylee was so sweet she was the kindest person and very attentive. She also brought us out a comped cheesecake because of the rough wait we had which was so nice of her. She is basically the Only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars. Lastly, I ordered the salmon and shrimp and the salmon was extremely salty, nothing special. Overall the food was underwhelming. For the price and overall experience I would not ever come back to this location.

24 minute wait at the bar for a shrimp cocktail to arrive. Bar not full. Could not get the attention of a bartender for salt and pepper, and the cocktail sauce which was on the plate was not the sauce that I wanted. Another 18 minutes for filet and creamed spinach to arrive. Filet over cooked. Five more minutes to get the attention of a bartender to take back the overcooked filet. Seven minutes 38 seconds to bring a new, properly cooked filet (which was very fast and very much appreciated). Several minutes waiting to get the attention of a bartender for salt and pepper. The filet was great, as was the spinach, but was cooler than I wanted by the time I received salt and pepper. The bartenders, or at least one, appeared to be aggravated with the overall speed of the kitchen staff. Disappointing experience which did not meet the typical Ruth's experience. I doubt that I will go back to this location.

I think this is a great place for a large group celebration. I was underwhelmed by the Nashville location to be honest. The steak was a bit too tough for my liking. I have been impressed at other locations around the country. The desserts were good, I liked the cheese cake.

Excellent staff! Colin McIntyre elevated our whole experience, make that man a manager ASAP. He is a lovely conversationalist and kept us laughing, which is pleasant--but what made this a 5 star review was him going above and beyond. During our conversation we jokingly said we'd try the creme brûlée if we got to see it torched. He brought a creme brûlée to our table and torched it right in front of us (not something they usually do at Ruth's Chris)! The man is a diamond, don't let him go. We'll be back for sure. Ordered scheduled delivery for a Birthday about three days ahead (in the past my orders the day of have been cancelled by the restaurant). Everything was perfect and delicious! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

I always rate something for what it is. For the price of this place you don't get what it costs you. The mashed potatoes were really good, and the filet was cooked really well (I liked how the outside of it had a little crunch), but the king crab wasn't very flavorful which was disappointing. I also got the cheesecake which was good. The service was pretty good. It's just that for the prices I expected to be blown away. A few perks of this spot tho is that they have valet and the plates come out at 500 degrees which I thought was the most impressive part of the experience.

It was our anniversary and we had reservations at Ruth's Chris in Nashville. First, the food was very good. I had steak and lobster and my wife the filet and shrimp. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were tasty as well. All flavors and temps were spot on. Unfortunately, the presentation of the food was extremely lacking. The main plates were very messy and not appropriate for a nice restaurant. The potatoes were overflowing the dish, as well. Presentation is important for overall experience and to let us customers know the staff cares. Additionally, the restaurant (and the entire building) is in need of a sprucing up...it's old and looks that way. The staff we interacted with was pleasant, prompt and professional. I wish I could remember the servers name as she was pleasant and knowledgeable. Based on this experience, unless these issues are fixed, we won't be back. However, the kitchen staff may have just been having a rough night so if you haven't ever eaten at Ruth's Chris then it's worth it.

The staff was lovely! I would not recommend any of the entrees we had at this particular location but the cheesecake really is something special. The Caesar salad is very nice also.

This was our first trip ever to a Ruth's Chris. We were in Nashville for a long weekend getaway for our 24th anniversary. Our server, Will was knowledgeable of the menu and attentive but not overbearing. Since it was a special occasion (and we won a $250 gift card at an office Christmas party) we went all out. Wine, 2 cocktails for me, steaks, and dessert. The steaks were perfectly cooked, cocktails delicious, and Creme brûlée divine. We ate too much but it was all so good.

We love the steak at RC, but we were craving their bleu cheese wedge salad so we made a reservation for 4 at 8:00 on Saturday. Wow, we stood around waiting for our table for 35 minutes and felt like we were waiting for a table at a pancake house on a weekend! Miserable, especially when we knew there was a $400 price tag to come. They were way overbooked or way under managed. This Nashville RC is just not up to snuff. When were seated, at last, our server was completely charming-Jessica was great. Food was good, we all got our bleu cheese fix, steaks were good. I will go back, but not for a while. Think I might save RC visits for other cities.

I had a great time for dinner here! food was cooked to perfection. Our server Bre Hill was great and had great suggestions for food and drinks! great environment, service, and food quality!!

I was greeted so fast and kindly, by a wonderful woman named Bre Hill. She recommended a great drink and my food was out and ready so timely!! Bre made my dinner time very pleasant, from start to finish. Will be asking for her again in the future.

Service was great, however kitchen sent out my 11oz filet medium and my wife's 6oz medium well, missing a shrimp when there was to be three...no wine for awhile, it was our anniversary,so server grabbed our steaks and we sat with our augratin potatoes to keep us going, onions are now cold, potatoes are finished...what a kitchen mess, felt bad for our servers. For a dinner that will run us $300. It is a crying shame...

We went there for dinner last night and it was a great experience. It was busy, so the wait on food was a little longer than normal. But the steak was cooked to perfection, and the 500-degree plate (don't quote me know the exact temp) was a nice touch.

perfect experience for our anniversary! Ravioli was spectacular! Steaks were prime and cooked perfectly! just an enjoyable dining experience. And our server, Liz, was flawless! She took great care of us. We will return to Ruth Chris Nashville again!

I know I wrote a while back but I felt I needed to write again about Kim the bartender who seems to have gathered an amazing following amongst us Nashville folk after many years of service. I still go frequently to the bar to see her as I have become friends with all her other "Kimfolk" as we call ourselves. RC still has the best steak in town (bone-in ribeye M/R Pittsburgh style) but going to the bar to see Kim has become a ritual of all my friends. The cream spinach is also still the best and believe it or not, the chicken. Amazing! I think I will stop by tonight again to see my friends and be treated by the best bartender in Nashville....Kim Rocks...

The food was to be expected, tasty. The ambiance as off. As they are renovating, I understand. We went to the bar area for happy hour. It was my birthday so this was the first step of the night). The drinks were very strong, but not tasty. I had the pomegranate martini, this is the first time I ever thought it wasn't delicious. It tasted like robitussin (idk spelling but the cough meds). But it was plenty strong so that was a plus. I got the cosmopolitan next but it was not sweet at all and very astringent tasting. Also very strong. I was disappointed in the flavors though bc I was going for a sweeter beverage and it wasn't delivered. The food was good. The servers were polite but not very attentive. I never receive cutlery and had to borrow from a friend. The dessert cheesecake was tasty. As I've been here many times before and the service and quality of drinks are usually stellar I will go again but this time, I was underwhelmed.

Service and management stinks at the Atlantic City locationWalk in it wasn't busy dirty dishes on table when I came in and same dirty dishes on table when I left. Rodents in there running around a customer scream and then we looked up and we saw why she was screaming, unacceptable we asked to speak with the manager and she wouldn't come to table maybe she thought we were gonna ask for discount. We paid our $200.00 bill and walked out. I will never step foot in the Atlantic City restaurant again. I've frequent plenty of locations and this is the worst

The food and ambience is great The Lobster Mac and Cheese is absolutely a must and of course so are the steaks. Our server, Liza, was absolutely amazing! So kind, helpful, and great recommendations. Can't wait to come back!

I went a few times for happy hour and Joi always makes that hour fun. She's authentic and comes across caring and attentive. Drinks are fabulous and foods great. Recommend this location and hopefully you meet this beautiful woman behind the bar.

My partner and I visited for Valentine's Day dinner, Liza and the rest of the team at this steakhouse provided us with excellent service, and the manager made sure our dining experience was perfect. We were seated quickly and enjoyed a well-seasoned filet that was perfectly timed. All sides were excellent as well. Good value and great quality for the price. We will definitely be returning, this location never seems to miss.

Great food and service! The host left confetti and a happy birthday card on the table and we were given a complimentary dessert for my birthday. The server was attentive despite being busy with other tables. Thanks Zach! Would come again.

Our server Liza was incredible! She provided superb service and made us feel at home. The steak was perfectly cooked AND seasoned, and the manager Sydney took amazing care of us and was so sweet. Will definitely be back for the amazing service and food!

The steaks were excellent as always simmering in the clarified butter. The miniature cheesecakes are tasty, and the ideal dessert. We eat at Ruth's Chris quite often!

Had a dinner family of four. Three steaks, two under cooked one over cooked, bread was cold/not even warm. We are Ruth's Chris regulars, once a month, we love Ruth's but tonight we were disappointed. Valet severely understaffed, 25 minute wait to get car after dinner. We'll give Ruth's another try at some point (but not in any rush after tonight) but Ruth's Chris Nashville was very much a disappointment Saturday night 1/21/23 6pm.

So far so good . . . Look guys & gals, Ruth Chris is a respected chain and I have not been to this restaurant in awhile (it is on the lower level of the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel) . I have been to some of the best steakhouses in the country and Ruth's Chris will not let you down. McClean just took my order (I am sitting at the bar) and I know exactly how my medium rare bone in filet is going to taste . . . You know why? Because Ruth's Chris is CONSISTENT . . . I have my glass of Faust Cab, passed on the bread and butter, and I am enjoying the atmosphere. I ordered the Caesar to start (they make their dressing in house) and my bone-in filet and grilled asparagus will follow . . . Salad just arrived (bye bye for now). So here I am, big eyes, little stomach (literally) . . . Everything was perfect . . . They checked on me regularly and I am going to sit and enjoy this Faust while they pack my food to go. If it is not obvious, I highly recommend this Ruth's Chris location. Tatiana and McClean are amazing!!
