RVR

RVR at Xchange is a great property to reside. Its has friendly neighbours, all amenities are great and we have enjoyed our stay over last 1 year here. Best thing we like of RVR is the hygiene maintained, various activities that are conducted during course of the year, fitness centre. Will like to especially appreciate the management at RVR who has been prompt and supportive always. Special mention to Denise for going an extra mile to help us in the leasing process. She is friendly and cooperative. Looking forward to our continued stay at RVR in the coming years. Kudos to management.

I stayed here at this community for about two weeks and boy boy was I impressed. From their clubhouses, to their gym facilities, to the scenic views, to how clean this place was and the pet friendly environment. If you’re in the Jersey area or want to remain close to the city this is an ideal place to live and commute.

Fire alarm went off 4 times within a month, each time lasting for an hour+. The entire building gets evacuated and the building management can’t turn off the alarm system! Building staff is great. I love Fred at the concierge. He’s always friendly and does his best to accommodate.

We recently toured the RVR apartments in Secaucus, and our experience was excellent. Tatiana, who showed us around, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. The apartments themselves were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a great layout. The amenities also stood out — everything looked modern, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a very positive impression!

I had a great experience working with Denise from the leasing office! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From the first tour to signing the lease, she made everything smooth and stress-free. Denise was always quick to respond to my questions and made me feel confident about my decision. Thanks to her, I found the perfect apartment. Highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for a new place!
