Absolutely loving our new apartment—everything has been fantastic from the moment we moved in. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like true modern luxury. A huge shoutout to Denise, who helped us every step of the way and made the entire process seamless. Couldn’t be happier with our experience so far!

Absolutely horrendous fire alarm system! The fire alarm goes off randomly at odd hours and continues to ring for hours on end.!! Its always due to a false alarm. It has become a nuisance on a monthly basis. This building doesn't fix it no matter what. Better to not rent here (especially if you have babies or pets). Their package system is incredibly inefficient. You have to wait for several hours to get your package just from the building management. I have to wait for over 3 days during the holidays because they were unable to sort packages. Also, they lose packages!!! Amazon delivers the package in 3 hours but it will take you over 4 hours just to get your package from the building management. There are huge security concerns where people have been attacked in parking lots.

Leticia is an amazing property manager — professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She handles requests quickly and always communicates clearly. I truly appreciate her dedication and support. Highly recommended!

I toured this building recently with Tatiana while looking for a new space to lease, and it made a great impression! Tatiana was amazing , the property is beautiful, well-kept, and has a great layout. The leasing staff were friendly and helpful, walking me through everything and making sure I had all the info I needed. It definitely stood out as one of my top options.

My experience with Denise at the leasing office has been outstanding. She truly stands out — always going above and beyond to assist us. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a leasing office before. A big thank you as well to the property manager, Matthew Olmstead, for stepping in and helping resolve last-minute issues. These two are absolutely the best!

I stayed here at this community for about two weeks and boy boy was I impressed. From their clubhouses, to their gym facilities, to the scenic views, to how clean this place was and the pet friendly environment. If you’re in the Jersey area or want to remain close to the city this is an ideal place to live and commute.

The leasing process here was super easy and stress-free. Tatiana was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to follow up. She made sure I understood every step and felt comfortable throughout the process. Overall, a great experience!
