Ryan's Ten Pin Eatery & Arcade

We came for lunch and arcade games. And it did not disappoint. Enough games for everyone. My daughter won from 3 different claw machines, she was very pleased with that! Will be coming back next time we vacation here.

Fun place, best kid friendly bowling because the lanes have so many customizable features like photos, lane to lane chat, bumper control, etcetc

This place is so much fun! It has something for everyone, the arcade is the most fun in my opinion and the laser tag is loads of fun as well! And the food really shocked me by how good it was. It took the meat mania pizza and it was honestly one of the best American pizzas I have ever eaten! 10/10

Just had our after summer crew appreciation party, we all (group of 12) had a great time and the customers service was amazing.

We were visiting from out-of-town for our kids to celebrate their birthdays with my wife’s family. The food was very meh. Nothing to write home about. We purchased the meat lovers pizza for the adults and for our kids we bought macaroni and cheese and the chicken fingers. The macaroni and cheese was definitely just boxed Kraft, which was disappointing. The pizza was not great. It was very floppy with little flavor. We then tried to use the arcade with our kids and the games were super expensive. Our kids spent a combined $40 in about 20 minutes. The other families were very rude and even pushed myself and my son who I was holding out of the way of a game we just tried to swipe onto. There were no staff to even flag down for the issue. Then the ticket some game which I took a picture of was definitely rigged. My son (just turned 2) was playing it and it never dropped the ticket rolls onto the platform both times he played it. Overall, this place is an overpriced knockoff of Dave and Busters. Definitely do not want to come here again.

Bowling was reasonable. We had 10 people. Was very surprised with how good the food was! Spinach artichoke flatbread was delicious, had plenty of cheese and a generous amount of artichoke. Loved the giant tv screens with football playing. Fun for everyone!

What a fun place to eat! The kids meals where amazing only $10 and you get the meal and $10 to play in the arcade. A must to check out!

10/10!!!! Had an absolutely amazing night. The VIP room is beautiful, clean and so much fun! We bowled just two games and then spent some time in the massive arcade on site. It was an incredible night. Bragdon at the front desk really made it special. He was so sweet and professional. Thank you!!! 1000/10 experience.

Ten Pin Eatery offers a trifecta of delights: caring service, fresh affordable fare and enough libations to quench the most parched. It even dishes lively sounds, seating options (handsome bar or quaint table) and even KENO (for the interested). Skilled bartender Emily whipped up a creative Appletini with rocks; I went with Devil's Purse distinctive Kolsch draft. Soon, our Cobb Salad came - big as Ty Cobb's baseball mitt and enough for two. Brimming with grilled chicken slices, avocado and dollops of diced red onion, bacon and even egg, it was plenty to share; and made healthy, tasty. Diners are also offered dressings ranging from Blue Cheese to Honey Mustard. So good! And my wife and I are eager to get back to this eatery. Suffice it to say: this one's a keeper.

First time here! Food/Drink: Typical pizza, fries, burgers, frozen and fried everything. Not terrible. Lanes: Lanes are relatively taken care of. Some of them have the right amount of oil, and some don't. A lot of abuse though. Balls: Very beat up, however a lot of options. The bowling etiquette is not there, no one cares because it's attached to an arcade. Dinning Area: Small behind the alley and around the bar. Prices: comparable to most other bowling alleys. Went there with my 3 kids and wife spent $98 2 hours able to fit it 3 games with shoes. Parking: Plenty of space, side and back private lots. Mall parking. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and decent in size. Atmosphere: overall a little dark, but fun atmosphere. Wintertime is usually more dead, then the spring and summer, no league night. Bar: I don't really drink or smoke, but my wife for the night really enjoy the atmosphere inside the bar the drinks are pretty cheap as well. Staff/Attendants: The staff was pretty rough, it's loud, people are obviously annoying and entitled. It's an arcade so you gotta bare with them. Overall I didn't think they were great. Nice experience! 8/10

Pretty good place for Cape Cod, but definitely a "money pit". Food is pretty good, staff is friendly. Expect to dish out alot of money for tickets but only win enough for fidgit toys etc, that you can find at 5 below or Dollar Tree. It gets pretty busy on weekends, and there is always a good wait line at the Laser Tag station.

A great thing to do while you are at the mall. The food isn't great but the bowling is a lot of fun and the arcade has a lot of fun games. My younger brothers have had their birthday parties here for the past few years and it has all was been a great experience. I have attended a few work parties in the VIP room and it is so much fun! The staff is super helpful and friendly.

One if the best things to do at the mall. Bowling is fun. Arcade is very big with good games and decent prizes. Food is good and the Buffalo wings and fries are among the best. Would recommend for families.

After playing some games, we went to order food. Instead of tables with a waitstaff, you order at a counter - good luck finding the menu on your phone - and they will let you know when your food is ready. The service is non-existent - self-serve drinks and pick up your own food. The food itself is bland, cold and mediocre in every possible way. The ambiance is super loud music in a bowling alley. At least you don't need to worry about not being able to hear your server.

Fun night of music bingo. Food good. Good selection. Friendly staff. Fun for the whole family. Everyone should check it out. Bowling, laser tag, arcade and more.

It's a rainy day here in Cape Cod so that really eliminates any outdoor activities, but that's okay! Groupon to the rescue! So I found a one for bowling, arcade and dinner! Sign me right up! Atmosphere/Appearance: Set inside the Cape Cod Mall this place mimics a Dave & Buster's. I don't know who came first, but the concept is still very nice. You have a full restaurant and bar inside as well as a big arcade plus a bowling alley which D & B doesn't have! So no matter what you're looking for in here, you'll find it. This place is massive. There's a big dining room that backs right up to the mall so you can people-watch through giant glass windows. If you don't want people peering back at you you can sit further in near the bowling alley or in the bar. Of course it was a Thursday night so it was quite lively inside. Service: Marty took excellent care of us. He was sweet, soft-spoken and made sure we had everything that we needed. Food: Well, we wanted to stick within our Groupon limits so we went for a pizza! They looked massive when they were walking by so it helped make our decision. Now what kind? Hmm... now that I'm looking at the menu, the pizza we ordered isn't on it anymore, but it was the Scallop & Bacon Pizza! It was absolutely delicious. The scallops were cooked perfectly, bacon was crispy and my favorite part... no marinara sauce! It was like a buttery, alfredo-y-sih sauce. I loved it. It was also large enough to fill both of us up without being stuffed. Value: So here's how I understood the Groupon. There was arcade, bowling and food involved. So I you pay $25.00 for $50.00 worth of food and games. I paid $18.75 due to the extra discounts that Groupon offers every once in a while. So when you get there you get a $25.00 dinner voucher and a few games of bowling OR $25.00 worth of arcade credit. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't do both, but it's all good! We had an absolute blast playing all of the games. By the way our pizza was $25.99. This was a great place to come hang out on a rainy Thursday and spend a few hours with loved ones or friends. I'd definitely do it again and the Groupon is still available!

This was a fun place for an indoor family outing. When we arrived we found out that there was no table service, and we'd need to pick up our food at a designated service area, which was fine for us. The alternative was run very efficiently. There was a self-service soda machine, and also a bar adjacent to the dining area. The food was good pub fare. For gaming, there were several choices. We bought a combo ticket for our son and a couple of add on tickets for us to do laser tag & VR. We'd do it again for sure.

Awesome arcade in the Hyannis mall. Tons of games, prizes and activities for all ages. We just did the arcade, but they have bowling, laser tag, restaurant and bar. The arcade games are all new and up to date with digital tickets to win prizes and a card system. Games of all types from basketball to car racing. Friendly staff and very clean. Reasonable prices for the activity. Many different price choices. Great time.

I worked with Marla to plan my husbands suprise 30th birthday and was so impressed. From my initial call, she was very clear and helpful, even though I was a little all over the place and wasn't sure what I wanted. We worked together over the next week or so via email, she was so responsive and above and beyond in terms of answering questions and responding to my emails. They have a package for every budget, we decided to go with the pizza, wings and salad. The price per person was great, and included the bowling, bartending etc. Marla sent me multiple invoices to help me figure out the best combinations of things and let me know exactly what to expect to pay. The day of the party, they worked with my friends to help decorate and get the room ready. Our bartender Britney was outstanding, great drinks and service. We had Marla there helping coordinate everything as well as our own designated server Connie who was also amazing. They did a great job serving everything, replenishing food, cleaning up plates, helping people set up the bowling, they were very attentive. After the party all our friends had a blast playing in the arcade and winning prizes and making great memories. They gave us all our leftover pizza and even held it at the desk while we played games. Everyone had such a great time and I am so grateful to everyone at Ten Pin for making it happen!!!

First time experience here. While the food looks nice an taste pretty good the over all customer experience leaves a lot to be desired. Bartender didn't ask me anything never kept tabs on me just handed me my food w out saying a word. Ordered fries with my food and they didn't even show up till way after I already finished my food. I may come for the games but I think I'll pass on eating here again based on the customer service I had.

This place USED to be awesome. Great food, great service. You could go there and get restaurant level service with a coursed meal and drinks. It was awesome for families. It was awesome for groups of friends. NOW it's a glorified Chuck E. Cheese. The table second is GONE. You place your order at the entrance while looking at a big video board menu. You pay at the point of ordering and then you get a text when your food is ready. You go pick it up and it all comes out at once... So don't order apps unless you want your dinner to be cold. Quality of the food has gone down too. You can still get a drink from the bar and bring it over to your table, but the entire self service model is the antithesis of why this place was such a great place for families to go. The games are still cool and the laser tag and VR are awesome. But go eat someplace else before you go to play. You can get better for and service in the mall food court around the corner.

Great great potential. Bartenders much nicer tonight. I ordered a meat mania pizza, and it took a while to come out but it was great. My wife the Lawyer argued that it was undercooked, but I was content. The two ladies at the bar were friendly, outgoing, and excited about this new joint. One suggested the pizza, which I decided to order: great job! I feel this place is about to explode, with so much more to offer, but at this point, my second visit, I will say it's worth the trip. I'll be back!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, lots of beer and liquor selections. Shepherd's pie was good, not the best I've ever had but it was good.

I always love coming to Ten Pin Eatery! My friend and I were walking through the mall and I convinced her to try the food here... The hostess was very super friendly and was able to seat us us at the bar. Mary who was working behind the bar was very super friendly and made the BEST virgin margarita EVER that I had ever had! The clam chowder was out of this world as usual and the pulled pork macaroni and cheese was so good and so filling that I decided to take it home to have for lunch when I go to work tomorrow! I will without a doubt be back again very soon! Thank you Mary for making the BEST Virgin margarita I ever had!

Honestly the food itself was terrific. The service, not great at all. Very disappointed. Ten minutes before our server even came to ask for our drink order. 7:00 on a Friday you'd think it's because it was busy. It wasn't. Lots of servers standing around talking. Turns out our server was the same server as a few tables away. Passed us numerous times before she came over and when she did she was very blah. Never told us her name or anything. Got our drinks and then our appetizer and literally 2 minutes later our meal arrived. Very bad timing for serving. After receiving our meal it was at the very least 10 minutes or more and 4 passes by our table before she even asked if our meal was good. Like I said, food was great. Truffle fries like no other. You guys could do a great business but not with poor service like that. Step it up a bit and maybe it wouldn't be half full on a Friday night

Nice place to relax if you like games. In the mall so can shop and have a drink before continuing to shop lol. The bar and food is not bad for a bowling alley

Came here for lunch. The waitress was very nice and diligent. We ordered French Onion soup, Fish and chips and a California Burger. The French onion soup was light and very tasty. The fish in chips were good. The California Burger was delightful, it originally came with guacamole, pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo and lettuce.. but per request I received lettuce, tomato and onion, as well as a replacement of American Cheese instead of the Pepper Jack. The flavor was splendid!! All of the veggies were a good compliment to the juicy meat and it was delicious! The guacamole was average, but considerably good on the burger. Same with the mayo! The fries were a bit odd shaped, more like thin home style wedges- but were tasty. We ordered a mud pie for desert and were shocked about how huge the portion was!!! Though, it was a nice compliment to our meal. Overall, would recommended if you come to the arcade or are cruising around the mall.

I was wonderfully surprised how great this place is. The food was tasty. The place is large and you don't feel like you are sitting on top of each other. I went on Black Friday and there was no wait. The waitress was efficient and extremely friendly.

We had a group event with 17 people in the VIP room. I can't say enough about the excellent service we received. The appetizers were enjoyed by all and we all thought they were really delicious. The bowling went seamlessly and the automatic scoring means you just bowl, drink, eat and enjoy. Great job Ten Pin!

When it rains (or it's cold) this is a solid choice for Cape activities. This place is well-maintained for a bowling alley and has a very impressive bar. I will say - I didn't come with kids - and the service was so SLOW. We were surrounded by birthday parties (which is to be expected during a December break), but the service was lowkey awful. The waitress really only focused on the kid parties (which I get, you're paying for), but it took us about 25 minutes into our first game in order to get anyone's attention. I will say that the beer selection had a nice local variety, and while I didn't try the food, it did smell and look good!!

I was dreading going to the mall because it's not what I want to do on vacation. Or ever, for that matter. But Ten Pin was great - a little pricey but the kids enjoyed the bowling and it was a fun day out of the rain. The staff was awesome and they sanitized the balls and bowling area due to covid.

Spent some time here for the first time for my sons birthday. So many oversights. VIP room should have a blue tooth personal music selection ...your music is horrible and the food......oh good god I will eat elsewhere before I bowl. The decor is lacking and there are no stools at the pub tables. What could be the place to go for a fun time is in need of some fine tuning!! And the "Pizza" ......what a soggy mess!!

Loved it there. Went with kids because we needed a break from the pool. Bought the 2 hour card for $20. Unlimited games. Had a blast. Then grabbed great food. Ordering system a little strange but overall awesome time!

I would give a zero if the manager wasn't a good guy but I've order cheddar bacon burger 3-4 times from this place and it came without bacon or cheddar it's literally in the name of the burger cheddar bacon burger how u forget the cheddar and bacon that many times it's not possible bruh it makes me honestly laugh real disappointed McDonald's hasn't messed up my order this much

Rainy days on the Cape mean no beach, and scrambling for things for kids to do so that we don't all go crazy. Ten Pin Eatery has a ton of things to make the day a busy one. Laser Tag, Virtual Reality, Bowling, Escape Rooms, and an arcade are all there to keep your kids busy and happy for the day. We happened to be there on a Tuesday, where they have a special deal: $7 wristband for unlimited laser tag. You can also do a second wristband for unlimited VR, or for bowling as well, so theoretically you can do $21 unlimited activities if you go on a Tuesday. As far as the food, it was just ok. Typical bar food. Decent drink/beer selection, including local beer on tap. If you're ready for some serious noise, lights, and general overstimulation to keep your kids from going nuts in your hotel room, then this is the place for you.

This is the second year in a row that we have got the VIP room for our company Christmas party and both times have been great. The food was excellent, Connie and staff made it run very smoothly and all of our 24 guests had fun. We are already looking forward to next year. Thanks for a great party. Shoreline Pools Staff.

The food was okay, but what gave it 5 stars was the bowling, Laser tag, and arcade. The staff is friendly and the arena for laser tag was pretty big. 1 thing to note - you pick up your food and bring it to your own table, they do not bring it to you.

Arcade is fine, it is mostly games that give tickets. Not many games just to play a video game. Laser tag was great. Food was decent, though on the greasy side. Across the hall from this store is the VR place, which was fun.

Great selection of food and Our server Shamus was super friendly and accommodating. My husband especially liked the srircha ketchup they had. Over all good experience.

Food was absolutely delicious. Steak tips are really good as well as mashed potatoes! But, our waitress was extremely slow and didn't check up on us for an hour at least. Disappointed with the waitress. But over all food was good.

I'm just making it under the deadline of saying I went today. First of all Shauna (I do hope I have her name spelled correctly), was very nice and accommodating. She has the customer service skills I would look for on my team (if I were hiring anyone currently). She was on shift around 3pm today as I went. This was my first trip, and hopefully not my last. I tried the huge screen Pac-Man and enjoyed it. The bowling alley (both regular and vip sections) looks amazing. I will definitely return and want to give kudos for a great first visit.

Ten Pin is the perfect family outing! The food is amazing (I had the Tuna Poke Bowl - it was delicious - and definitely not your typical bowling alley food item), the service is awesome, the atmosphere is super fun! We've been a few times and it's a great place to escape from a rainy day or just come hang out in the A/C during a hot summer day or night, this place has it all! Fun for the whole family - bowling, arcade, virtual reality games, a few escape rooms (which our kids did and loved the challenge!), and of course a great bar for the adults.

First time at Ten Pin Eatery. We got a Teriyaki Steak Tip sandwich and a burger. Both were great. The fries were delicious and the service from Tobias was good. Watching the Sox on at least a dozen TV's was a bonus. We will be back!

Overwhelming atmosphere. Chicken tenders made me have immediate diarrhea. Service was okay.

Held a Company team building event for 75 people. We occupied the VIP room with overflow into the adjacent main area with 2 additional lanes for bowling and gathering/eating area. The event was a huge success from our Event Planner, Connie who provided one on one consultations and by phone/email. Well organized. Food really delicious given the number of people. Not your standard buffet of salad. Pasta. Pizza. Passed appetizers of buffalo chicken. Shrimp. Beef egg rolls. Crudités. Attentive servers and bartender. Very accommodating and seemed to be having fun working our party. The laser tag and bowling; arcade accomplished the team building goal and having fun with Colleagues. Everyone still talks about the night. Thank you Jimmy, Connie, Cassidy and to each of the Ten Pin Team. It was memorable.

These days if one's gonna venture out famished, one deserves quality and good value. Easy words but often hard to locate - especially inside a bowling establishment. But don't fret. Ten Pin Eatery(TPE) offers a tantalizing menu with plus libations - while entertainment options hover around like sugar plums. In short, TPE is a keeper. Take their Large Garden Salad brimming with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and cukes, it'd satisfy a handful! Perhaps add a side of Wings, some of the freshest, meatiest fellas in mid-Cape. And their Clam Chowder might be simply called, "Marvelous," creamy and stuffed with tender clams and spuds. Or anyone for a Coney Island Hot Dog? The full version is so smothered in rich sauce and onion topping, it should come in a Yankees plate. (Hey, just sayin'!) OK, I got a ferry to catch so may I add rockin' Lava Cake, hefty cocktails, fresh brews & doting bar service make Ten Pin a real home run. And super for takeout. (Eating in? Expect leftovers!) And you may even see golfers waltz in. Story for another day. P.S. Manager Steve runs this eatery with friendliness and commitment. Show him some love.

Waited to write a review until I could make a second visit. It wasn't a fluke, this place is amazing! Great pub food, (we're not a seafood family) and drink. The major renovation came out beautiful and there's so much to do for parents and kids alike. Plenty of tv's at the bar and lots of tables and booths to choose from. The service was great with a polite and attentive staff even when it was really busy. I loved that the games actually awarded prizes and the lazer tag was a huge hit. We plan on bowling for our next visit and noticed that there are private lanes in the back that would make for a great birthday party. Can't wait to go back!

This place was amazing!!! Great food, staff was very nice and attentive. I felt so comfortable. Wish I lived closer. I can see this as a place I would frequent if I did.

We had a table of 3 on Tuesday, 6/25/19. after about 15 minutes after being seated our server finally came over and took our drink order. one drink came out about 10 minutes later followed by the other 2 about 5 minutes late, keep in mind one of the drinks that came out late was a sprite. then one persons food came out all at once, appetizer and entrée, while the other 2 people were still waiting on their food. the server never checked on us, someone else ran her food. we flagged her down to order another drink from the bar and literally had to walk to the bar and get it because she was on her phone in the server station. never cleared off dirty dishes, and when we asked her to remove the debris, she picked up one plate, went to the trash can and dumped the napkin off, and then BROUGHT THE PLATE BACK TO THE TABLE AND SET IT BACK DOWN!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Worst service I have ever received in my life! Her name was Katherine. I usually do not leave reviews like this, but this was just unbelievable

Nothing but good things to say about this place. We had a large group party a few weeks ago and were given the royal treatment. This place has everything you could want. Bowling, Escape Rooms, Arcade, Karaoke! The manager was more than willing to go out of this way to make us feel a home. The food was good and service was great. Also, a good place to go on the Cape if it is raining and you can't enjoy the sunshine! Will go back for sure!

Good bar pizza especially ordered crispy...good screens for sports. Saturday afternoons are busy.

For what it is and where it is, I think this place is a really great idea! I like the food better at the Orleans bowling alley but this is great to have in Hyannis especially since Ryan Family downtown closed. Food was a 7 out of 10, IMO here. Atmosphere is a 10/10 if you're up for loud noises, bright lights and an active atmosphere. Great for kids, parties and large groups! The interior feel is actually much nicer than I anticipated!

What a great place , I love the bar the food and drinks where so good! I love the bowling alley and the arcade was awesome. The staff where super nice and very helpful! I will definitely come back here again!

I have always had great experiences here until today. Jerry the bartender/manager was very argumentative and unprofessional. Any issues between staff members should not be relayed to the customer. He made the worst drink I've ever had there. I made reference to the excellence in service I usually have and he didn't like that comment being compared to other bar tenders there. The ladies behind the bar are amazing, I like Jamie as well. The food is great and I love the atmosphere.

Went there to celebrate my sons 11th birthday, no reservation. When they found out it was his birthday he was treated like a king. Exceptional staff! Best service we've had on CC in a long time. My daughter lost her arcade pass and they issued her a new one immediately. So much fun will definitely go back! Everyone had a blast playing laser tag, even gramps! So much to do we didn't have time to bowl, looking forward to going back.
