The 21 Best Late-Night Restaurants In London - London - The Infatuation

"Until 4am, Friday and Saturday (or until sellout) This cupboard-sized spot is a minute from Peckham Rye Station and is salvation for hungry clubbers on weekends. It's open until 4am for filling bagel sandwiches, and these freshly made ones are sure to put you right. You can get plain, poppy seed, or everything, and a generous spread of cream cheese with smoked salmon has never gone down badly at any time, in our eyes. There are meatier options, like salt beef, pickles, and mustard too." - jake missing, sinead cranna

Rye Lane Bagels - Review - Peckham - London - The Infatuation

"There’s been a mini explosion of appreciation for NYC-style bagels, but Rye Lane Bagels is firmly of the chewy, London beigel variety. This tiny spot isn’t much more than a doorway a minute from Peckham Rye station, although there’s character in its 2x2 space. Paper sacks of freshly made bagels sit on the counter, NTS-ish bops play throughout the day (and until 4am on Fridays and Saturdays), while a polite queue forms outside. You can get plain, poppy seed, or everything here, and each one is made to order and generously filled. A satisfying—although not hot—tuna melt is a great lunchtime fix, while smoked salmon and cream cheese—topped with a dash of El Yucateco and a sprinkle of Tajín—is a satisfying little riff on a classic. photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch photo credit: Aleksandra Boruch Pause Unmute" - Jake Missing

I came for the first time yesterday and got the lamb shoulder bagel which was divine. Today, I went back and got two more – a salt beef bagel and a beef brisket bagel. The owner is incredibly lovely and the bagels are truly delicious. I will definitely be back!

Wow wow wow. Amazing bagels, cheap prices. A charmingly creative menu that will leave you intrigued and salivating. Excellent veggie options. Lunch in London for £3? What’s not to like. The head honcho Abdi sums up everything wonderful about Peckham and will always greet you with a smile and an array of pumping euro trance beats booming from his decks. Will miss this place dearly as a part of my daily routine, until the next time.

Bagels are actually really good! Big, richly filled and delicious tasting. Prices are affordable with an average of around 6£ for a bagel. The salted beef one was a star! Service is lovely and really human but also extremely slow.. which can be annoying if you are in a rush. No seats, so just take away.

the most amazing bagels I’ve ever had and probably the best you can find in london! the salmon and cream cheese bagels are my go-to and are filled with cucumbers, capers and hot sauce! the atmosphere is welcoming and the service is very quick and efficient! it’s tucked away and easy to miss but definitely worth a try 🥯

Tried the Pulled Butter Chicken bagel and it was incredible—rich, buttery, packed with flavour, and perfectly paired with the fresh salad and soft bagel. There’s only one person making the bagels, and each one is freshly prepared to order, so it does take a bit of time. But trust me—it’s 100% worth the wait and the hype. Real food made with care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered a vegan bagel, and the owner used the same glove that had been dripping in salt beef from the order before. I felt too awkward to say anything and the man serving was really nice, so hope you take this as constructive feedback! I wouldn’t usually moan about too much filling but it was a bit tricky to eat and didn’t need so many ingredients (some of which I’m pretty sure weren’t listed) The music was good and the shop was cute :)
