This place is absolutely incredible! I had an amazing time there. The staffs were so friendly and elegant, and the happy hour is a great deal. Definitely worth a visit!

I went in a little hesitant, because I really liked the place that was here before where the bar was made out of ice. But they did a really great job! The food, oh, my God, is so good! You cannot go wrong with anything you order here! Excellent cocktail menu, and a little different which I like! Definitely go on a weekend where there is entertainment. Makes the lounge so much better! They should have entertainment every night! It’s very loungy and sexy when you walk in and the customer service is fabulous! When in Mandalay Bay. definitely go here!

Entertaining Quick Shows, but an Overall Decent Spot S Bar has a lively atmosphere, and the quick shows definitely add a fun and unique touch to the experience. The performances are entertaining and help set the vibe for a good night out. However, as a whole, the place is just decent. The ambiance is nice, but nothing particularly stands out beyond the shows. Service can be hit or miss, and while the drinks are good, they don’t necessarily set S Bar apart from other spots in the area. The vibe and the food at S was fantastic! We got the sliders, waffle fries and flatbread and they were all great. We made and arrived for our reservation at 11:45PM, they informed us at check-in the kitchen would close at midnight so we ordered quickly. Our server was extremely attentive, but around 12:15AM we noticed the lights starting to come on and the music being lowered; everything online said they closed at 1AM. At 12:30AM we were told the bar was closing for the night and asked to leave, even though we hadn't even finished our drinks. We were really caught off guard by this and what started out as a great night was abruptly cut short.

Overall: 4.4/5 (dine in) S Bar is an awesome place to chill and has such a classy vibe to it. I love the atmosphere, lights, & music. The waitresses here are also very welcoming & nice. We found out that on Fridays they have a go go dancer and on Saturdays, they have 3 burlesque shows so we want to come back to see those shows. In general, the food & drinks were decent so you're really paying for the fancy environment & service. They gave us flavored champagne on the house since we came the night before and they closed early so we had to come back the next night. The champagne was pretty good too! Bourbon & Berries ($22): The drink wasn't strong and didn't taste that great. For $22, we were expecting more. Both my husband & I liked the Ms.Monroe better. Ms. Monroe ($22): This is a mezcal based cocktail which was really good. It came with a picture of Marilyn Monroe printed on a rice paper as a topper. Spicy Cigars ($16): This comes with 4 'cigars' with a generous side of labneh. You definitely taste the spiced ground beef inside the cigar which went really well with the labneh.

What a vibe! Upscale and ambient bar scene. Heard an incredible saxophonist as I was walking by and decided to stop in. It was pretty chill for a Thursday. Service was quick and attentive. The wings (although not lollipop style) are to die for. The flatbreads, poke, truffle fries, and sliders are also delicious. For a drink, I had the passionfruit smash w/ rum, amazing.

If you love surprises, this is the place for you. Reserved weeks in advance for a work engagement, only for us to be told-SURPRISE-our res was canceled. Apparently, they called to inform us yet mysteriously no missed calls, voicemails, or emails. Really weird how that works. Management? Rude. Staff? Equally delightful. Competence? Nowhere to be found. If you’re looking for a place that double-books, gaslights, and leaves you scrambling with guests in tow, look no further.

We didn't get food but were very impressed by this amazing place! We felt very welcome and appreciated. Fabulous decor and lighting. The bartender was so friendly and really took pride in his cocktails! Great wine list too, decently priced.

WOW! I stopped in because I'm a Vegas Key holder and was blown away! I had a mocktail that was delicious, and the Ahi Tuna. It somehow tasted better than it looked, and it looked like it was the demo for a professional video or magazine shoot. Destiny was behind the bar and was very knowledgeable of the menu, and has great recommendations. I will definitely be back. The vibe and atmosphere was very classy, but casual enough it wasn't stuffy.

Love love love everything about S Bar, it's definitely a cool vibe and the food & cocktail are excellent!! For food the Tuna Poke and the Cool Cucumber were my FAVORITE! Cocktails were awesome! The Desert Heat comes with a presentation, and it's very well balanced! Then the Expresso Martini was also excellent! Service was super fast and friendly! I can't wait to go back!

S Bar has been on the list of restaurants to visit. As a local I normally don't visit the strip. But today I decided to take myself out on a date. I was unable to make a reservation online for 1 so I made it for 2. I was greeted by the host at the podium, I told her it was just me. She smiled and said no worries and walked me inside the restaurant to my table. I was then greeted by the waitress with complimentary drinks. Sorry I forgot the name of the drink but it was nice and refreshing. I ordered the lobster roll. The order comes with chips and they would not allow substitutions so I ordered a side of fries. Of course I ordered a few cocktails because why not treat yourself. Overall a great experience to lounge and treat yourself

They check IDs at the door. Great decor and vibes inside, with a live DJ. The music wasn't too loud and was energetic and upbeat, while remaining chill. Bartender was helpful in making recommendations for food items to order. I ordered takeout (was told they did not take orders over the phone) and wait just about 20 minutes for my food. Was staying on the property so the food was still relatively warm. Ordered the following: 1) Sliders - (3.5/5) - patties weren't overcooked, buns were soft, caramelizes onions paired well with the sliders, would get again if craving sliders/burgers. 2) Spicy Calabrese Flatbread (4/5) - this was surprisingly spicy, and I love spicy food, would get again. 3) Waffle Fries (3/5) - flavor wise this was fine, texture wise it was a bit too dry, though crunchy, but that combination results in a little bit of pain on the inside of your mouth haha, wish there were more sauce provided. 4) Wings (Szechuan) - (4/5)* - SADLY, the lid to the container wasn't closed tightly, and I lost all but one wing - which tasted decent! Great texture and doneness, though perhaps just a tad bit under seasoned. Great honey mustard sauce pairing though. I was so looking forward to trying this. Would get again to eat in the restaurant. Would recommend checking out at least once, though really wish the prices were more affordable.

This place has a cool vibe with beautiful decor. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I love stopping by for the fantastic cocktails and the great ambiance. The couches with pillows create a relaxing and chill environment. The cocktail waitresses were adorable.

We had a great time after S bar! My boyfriend and I went for date night because we received a complimentary charcuterie board & bottle! It was very tasty and the vibes were great during happy hour. We also got the deviled eggs which were good too but maybe not for the price. They did also have a vocalist who als piano during our time too! The hostess and our waitress were both very friendly, had good conversations with us, and were very helpful. They even gave us an extra o peach flavored shot before we left! It's a great place to stop in for some drinks and appetizers! Would definitely come again!

Chill vibe, and good drinks... Late night drinks at S Bar located in Mandalay Bay. Extensive drink menu, and also food selections. We didn't eat, but had a couple of cocktails. I had the spiked blackberry lemonade which was so good, and my husband had an old fashioned. He said it was just ok. You'd think a specialty cocktail bar would make an amazing old fashioned, but I guess not. My drink though, off their specialty drink menu was DELISH! Inside is plush velvet seating, and they have a dj playing today's hits. Not too loud, but definitely not quite. The right volume to have fun, but also carry a conversation. Service was ok, but everyone was super nice though.

This was a dope Halloween experience!!! Not sure if S bar has food but we received 2 complimentary vouchers for free drinks for S bar from the front desk at the Delano hotel. The experience was one I'll never forget. They had a performance going on with people on stilts (and people riding the people on stilts lol), waitress's dressed in sexy lil maid costume, creepy grem reapers, singing, dancing, strobe lights, THE WORKS. The ambiance was beautiful. Very upscale. Huge bar, no regular smegular tables, they had beautiful couches and chairs with cute lil side tables to rest your drinks. Nice Big statement art pieces and cool strings hanging from the ceiling that really emphasized certain areas, like the bar. The service was great. It was a lot going on the waitress was still on point. And the seats we were front and center. Felt like VIP or like we were the owners looking at the main attraction. Aweee yea the drinks! They taste good but I'm not sure if they were strong because at this point we had been drinking all night lol! Definitely should check this place out for yourself!

We stopped here on a whim, they were just opening for the evening. We were the only ones here and it was fabulous. The decor, the setting, atmosphere was so unique and we loved it. The food and drinks were delicious! Service was excellent and attentive.

Post concert, I wanted to avoid the heavy traffic. After playing a bit on the gaming floor, I won some money! Yeah! So I stopped in here for a celebratory drink. I sat at the bar, the staff was very kind and accommodating. I had a little bite, some deviled eggs which were delicious! The drink names were so clever and cute! I settled on the conspicuous side chick! I laughed so hard at the name that I had to order it but it was so good. Would definitely order it again. The ambiance of S Bar is nice, a cool, vibe indeed. Dark, classy and great music. Looking forward to going back. The bartender said Saturday night is the best night to go too so next time a Saturday night to hang out!

S bar definitely feels like what Vegas is all about. Fun live entertainment by beautiful women along with delectable food and cocktails. The tuna and the truffle waffle fries are my favorite. We were provided superb service by Destiny as well. The performers are kind and friendly too. If you feel like having a good time without the need to go to a club this lounge is the perfect place to go.

I drove to Vegas on New Year's Eve to attend the All That Glitters is Gold NYE Celebration. S Bar is located inside Mandalay Bay and it is farther down from the strip, so it wasn't as busy as I was expecting. This establishment is classy and sophisticated. There was a live band and some really cool entertainment. The contortionist was really fun to watch. Drinks were strong, so we ended up asking for mocktails instead. There were just a few light bites passed around, so I'm glad we had dinner beforehand. Only standing room was available, unless you got the VIP room or paid for bottle service. We stepped out for a bit and came back in time for the countdown. They gave us champagne and there was so much confetti! It was a chill night and I had a great time here!

First time here. Beautiful speak easy, from unique entry to the arrival back in time of 1920's era. Amazing feeling, Jose & Kayla gave Wonderful service, very informative, and easy to spark up conversation. Don't real find this type of service in other bars lately. The drinks well done and were very enjoyable and impressive on Mock tails . High recommended to check out.Great for gathering anytime in Vegas Elegant Vibe! We've been there like 5 times the past couple of months because I just can't get enough! Not pictured is my favorite dish, the cucumbers appetizer, because it was so savory that it went by faster than I could take a photo. We went on a weekend last and they had a live performer which created a nice classy feel. Not to mention he sang some amazing throwback r&b jams, all the way to current ed sheeran songs. We'll be back soon!

Stopped into S Bar at Mandalay Bay to check out its "Late Affair" concept and it was a blast. The entertainment was similar to Superfrico except substitute the oddity of OPIUM with good old fashioned sexy rock 'n' roll. Definitely worth a night out on a Saturday to check out if you want some snacks and some sizzle. While the ambiance was electric, the food we sampled was terrific. We started with the Spicy Cigars (spiced beef, labneh, Zia'atar), Deviled Eggs and Cool Cucumber (black vinegar, cilantro, sesame). The spicy cigars are especially incredible! One of the best rolled meat (think taquito) I've ever had. I could eat 20 of these and not feel guilty. The deviled eggs were great (maybe drop some caviar on them to add a little boug?) and the cucumber was a nice palate cleanser. We then moved on to the Truffle waffle fries with harissa ketchup and some glorious sliders with toma cheese in port wine. These sliders hit hard. The beef was juicy and the onions with toma cheese was delectable. The Parmesan truffle waffle fries were solid and the ketchup and additional dipping sauce (fry dip?) paired well. Grazed on those all night, even during the wild entertainment that ensued. We finished with a crème brûlée with strawberries and a cookie. Perfect finish. The cocktails were well-made, especially the two that I was able to try. I went with their version of a Sidecar, called the Conspicuous Side Chick (Remy Tercet Cognac, Cointreau, Fresh Lemon Juice) and its take on an Old Fashioned, the Mature & Stylish (Bulleit Rye Bourbon, Amaro Montenegro, Bitters). I'm in a Sidecar phase so I'm ordering it everywhere. Last, but not least, the entertainment. Much like Superfrico utilizes the Opium performers as in-meal entertainment, S Bar uses a rock 'n' roll entertainment team that is both gifted, sexy and a blast. Audience participation is mostly optional, but that's not always guaranteed. It's a raucously fun time. And in a space that used to occupy the headless (and bird poop-drizzled) statue of Vladimir Lenin, it's only fitting that this crazy concept of free love, rock 'n' roll, and open mindedness meet at the crossroads where only the ghost of properties past remain. Definitely stop down there for both a meal and to check out the Late Affair (only on Saturday nights every hour on the hour).

Got a BOGO drink ticket after checking in at Delano. We didn't really have anything planned for the evening so we all decided to stop in for "One drink" and figure out the evening. WRONG! we shut the place down. Probably top 5 best times I've had in Vegas. Hostess and Bouncer were all very accommodating and not douchey like at other spots. We didn't have a reservation, but they sat us in a great spot and didn't make us wait at all. There was a live music act that performed throughout the evening. I believe their name is "Late Affair" and they were incredible. Vocalist, Guitarist with 2 female dancers and another male dancer. They were very choreographed, but also involved the audience, as my friend was pulled from his seat and whipped by the ladies. LOL. The DJ that was working between the breaks of the act was also amazing, that young man set them turntables on FIRE! Drinks: I had the conspicuous side chick and the Bourbon and berries. they were on the weak side, so i switched to Old Fashioned for the rest of the evening. Food: We had a flat bread and a shark coochie board and both were excellent.

Everything about this place is cool. Service is great! Food and drinks are uniquely delicious!

Today a group of us went to S Bar located inside of Mandalay Bay Casino and Hotel. It was very beautiful and clean with great music. Our server was Gabby and when I say she has the personality for this job .. this is a true statement. Gabby was very attentive and very well groomed. We all had a chance to try exactly what we wanted and I will share some of the great dishes with you. First of all a very special acknowledgment to Tylor, GM of the S Bar for the invite. So we started off with a couple of virgin drinks such as the Blackberry Lemonade; this drink was totally refreshing. Also had a rum passion punch; delicious taste. The meal items we had were as follows; tuna poke, lobster rolls , ceviche , Italian meatballs, lobster mac, Snifter Grissini . Absolutely delicious and all items were fresh. If you are looking for a spot to take a small or large party please don't hesitate to visit the S Bar .

Attentive friendly servers, beautiful classy bar area, music playing in the background, just right ~ still able to keep a conversation. Bar food on the next level! Wonderful food bites, tasty and delicious. Perfect spot to stop in prior to a game or performance/concert at Alligent.

Customer service on point! Bar tenders were so kind and conversational! Bryan made us feel spoiled with our extra cold martinis and signature cocktails! We took up almost the whole bar top and they made us feel welcome to stay! Also the music was fantastic!

Love the feel of this place, very roaring 20's with the dark lighting, velvets, and gold accents! Stopped in here for a few cocktails and a quick little nibble at the start of our night, we did not make a reservation, but thankfully the staff was able to seat us right away at the bar. The bartender was quick to greet us with menus and take our order. I tried both the Bourbon&Berries (it was fruity and sweet with a bit of mint to help even it out) and the Passion Fruit Smash (sweet and tropical) while my partner had the Cucumber Mule (the cucumber and ginger paired really well together, cool and crisp) and the Smoked Pineapple(the slight smokey taste tempered the sweetness of the pineapple)...all four were strong and really tasty. We also order their Waffle Fries which were amazing, honestly I'd go back just for those. They had Parmesan sprinkled on top giving a bit of a salty taste, there was this truffle garlic aioli and ketchup for dipping...the salty fry with the rich creamy aioli was to die for!

Had a couple's date night here at S bar and it was so much fun! The staff was very kind and attentive, and the entertainment was amazing! There was a magician, a dj, and welcome champagne (considering it was almost NYE). Will definitely be back for more date nights.

Great location to grab a drink and small bites before an event. Cocktails were amazing and the truffle fries I can't wait to go back and grab more. Maybe even to go. Service was great. They always came by to check on us and the live entertainment was perfect.

One extra star for the ambiance since it's a nice place. $7 rocks up charge on a $22 bourbon. Scam. Extra $2 house charge. Scam. Nothing worse than being a local getting extra slimy charges added to your bill. Hey at least they took off the $2 charge. My fault for even attempting to get a drink at a strip casino bar. Should have known when I saw SBE on the menu. Guy is as scummy as it gets.

Loved this place! We came in before a show and everything was amazing. Incredible service - we had the flatbread pizza, charcuterie board, and caprese salad- all were perfect. We could not stop eating the caprese either and the servers brought us more bread. The service was outstanding! The ambiance had such a great vibe as well I would definitely give it a try

That place is so disappointing and DISHONNEST !! To begin drinks are pretty pricey but that was expected, the waitress offered to give us water to begin, we realized she brought 2 bottles of Voss ($10 each) .. at check out I noticed on the receipt an extra charge call " H charge " so i asked what is was and the waitress explained to me it is an extra charge to HELP THE COMPANY for the INFLATION ! Excuse me ??? They should absorb the inflation in their price directly then and not make up whatever charge they feel to rip off people. Tourist trap place. 1st and last time !

Good place could be better though. It's super fun when there is a band here but unfortunately they don't play all night. They transition to a DJ which isn't that great. Drinks are good no issues staff is friendly and attentive and the seating areas are fun.

Alberto and Calvin took care of us! They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful & friendly. This bar is new so I really enjoyed it and the ambiance. Restrooms right next door Ample parking They also serve food but I didn't try it Try the Laos spicy cucumber salad!!! Very good

Minus three stars for the incredible ripoff. I ordered a Four Roses bourbon (typically $10-$15 an ounce) and later an E.H. Taylor bourbon (typically $25-$30 an ounce). When the bill came the Four Roses was $44 and the EH. Taylor was $26. This made no sense as the Four Roses was on a lower shelf so I asked a manager who said the Four Roses was "harder to get". I've had literally thousands of bourbons throughout the world and never paid over 150% of a bottle price for a single ounce. E.H. Taylor is a much better bourbon and had I known that it was less expensive than a cheaper bourbon (by almost half) I would have never ordered it. It's also sneaky to charge more for lower shelf items. Made me miss Red Square. On another note the bartenders were very nice and the service was good.

S Bar is where I wish I had taken my group of 8 on my birthday! It's classy without being stuffy. We were dressed for dinner but not dressed to the nines, and they gladly welcomed us! Our server at Rivea said Calvin makes great cocktails, and he was correct. I got a smoked old fashioned and loved it. My wife also enjoyed her espresso martini. The service was expedient and friendly. The music was also fun! This spot seemed equipped to welcome all kinds of guests. They have bottle service, big tables, intimate tables, and amazing service for the everyone!

If you're in Mandalay Bay, this is a great place to hang out while drinking and eating, and enjoying a live DJ playing a mix of different genres. The ambiance is pretty chill. Hubby and I were on a double date with friends on a Thursday evening. The food and drinks were delicious. Customer service was great. Definitely recommend this place. Tatiana was our hostess, who took good care of us. We all enjoyed our time here.

ambiance was definitely different, we went for a couple drinks and an app, there was a lil show going on it was so fun and our server was so sweet and efficient. Will definitely go back!

I was here for a private party during a convention. Excellent food, drinks and service.

We had attended a private party here. The drinks are good and strong. They had a dj that was playing all the latest dance hits. It was a venue for an event of a couple hundred. They even had a space at the entrance for professional photography. I would recommend this place for events for sure. It has nice dark ambiance and a decent size dance floor.

Anyone looking to go to S Bar it's a must! Ask for Jasmine she's attentive and friendly. This was our 3rd time there and she never disappoints

The S Bar is a truly sensual and elegant social space. The drinks were all well presented and the food, they refer to as bites, were all tasty. We do hope to try the ahi tuna, that was in short supply on the day of our visit, on the next one. Last, the service could have been better as it appeared the cocktail waitress had too many guest to serve, and it did take an extended period of time to pick back up dirty dishes. Otherwise, it was a great overall experience and look forward to a return soon!

Awesome show and drinks. While the drinks might be a little on light side but they are smooth. The singing and dancing are an amazing experience

Pretty cool place to hang out. Our server was awesome. She always came by to check on us after she brought us our food and drinks. Madison was the name on the check as the "cashier." Food was really good but portions are small. This place actually states it closes at 11pm on yelp but they said they will stay open if people are still there. Very cool!

I had a really bad experience at the S Bar in the Mandalay Bay. I had to cancel my order due to my 8 month old baby emergency. The guy was very disrespetful, did not undertsood my situation. He charged me $100 for the food that I did not recieve they calimed they threw it away ( which was a lie). He also sent security to my room, which was extremely insulting saying that I walked out when infact, I had told him to please Cancel my order. Requesting and investigation. Extreamly disssatisfied. I Always come to Mandalay Bay and have an amazing time. It left a bad sour taste this time, realy upsetting.   Ryan Guillermo is extremely unethical, really bad at listening to clients needs. Avoid this place.

I tried to come here twice with friends and both times the bar has closed early and no one notified me. Once was in November of last year and the second time was just last night. As the host was telling me that they were closed I got a text saying my reservation was confirmed. Both times I went were around 9pm. I understand needing to close early on a slow day but someone should have tried to contact me.

Very Cool Bar. The Ambiance is really nice. Good music but a good place to sit and have a drink. The service is really good our waitress was very attentive. Limited food options but good bar bites for a night out.

Located in the Mandalay Bay (across from Lupo) - our server said they only just opened this past New Years. No live music the night we dined here, but very swanky, cool ambiance. Unique drink menu, but we were most impressed by the food! We shared the wings to start. Not your classic style, but delicious and more like a fried chicken wing. Heavy breaded like coating which made them super crunchy and easy to get the meat off the bone. Paired with a light, cool dressing. Not too spicy either. The BEST part of the meal were the Wagyu sliders. Amazing. Paired them with the waffle fries. Will go back just for this! More than enough to share all this for two people. We were surprised it was not that busy either - while we had made a reservation ahead of time, wasn't needed on this particular Friday night. Enjoy!

I went here with 3 friends and we tried just about everything on the menu. There wasn't a single thing we didn't enjoy. From the flatbread pizzas to the sliders and lollipop wings, everything was delicious. I would highly recommend this place the next time you're in Vegas. Also, Chef Jake was kind enough to greet us (and the other diners) to make sure everyone was happy and enjoying their food and experience.

Perfect spot for a nightcap in Mandalay Bay. The bar is spacious with cozy corners throughout. The lightning bug was a wonderful gin treat and the bartenders Magic and Mike (yes that's real) were a delight. Great vibes here!

The S Bar at Mandalay Bay is absolutely on point. From the stylish intimate decor to the craft cocktails to the amazing tasting menu S Bar is the newest addition to our Vegas locals favorite. We especially recommend the charcuterie board, the Poke, and the Bourbon "Palm Reader" cocktail. Worth mentioning The S Bar is 50 steps from the self park garage. -Jonathan and Melissa Redford
