Dear restaurant owner, there is a wonderful Brunnauer restaurant in Salzburg. The service in this restaurant is perfect. Have your manager go there for an internship.

Here is the manager's response to the review. What can we understand from it? That she continues to be rude. She cannot understand in any way that there would not have been a conflict if she had just apologized. But she doesn't need it. I do not recommend this restaurant. Check out other restaurants.
