Honestly, it was one of the best nights I've had. Live music, high-quality food with impressive flavors, and such warm attention that makes you feel at home. Our waiters, Stevan and Bogdan, were the best, always accompanying us, explaining the dishes, what they contain, and even better, the recommendations to pair the food properly. We were visited by Chef Octavio and Chef Luisa, who warmly gave us recommendations on the food that couldn't have been more spot on. The live music was incredible, maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for conversation while enjoying the sunset over the golden sand beach. Even the Manager, Roberto, corroborated the quality of the food and service. Something you don't see everywhere, truly exceptional service, and I'm eager to come back.

Everything was exceptional except for ordering a 440 euro steak which was meant to be medium/ medium rare, but was clearly well done. The concept/design/menu is great but it needs more attention to luxury service and preparation of expensive dishes.

A new restaurant inside Porto novi complex by Giorgio Locatelli. It has the potential to be really good, unfortunately, on this visit it was underwhelming, staff weren’t trained properly and the place was almost empty. Quite expensive for a mediocre meal and service. Hope they find their rhythm next season

Exceptional dining at Sabia – Italian elegance by the sea We had a wonderful dinner at Sabia, the Italian restaurant at the One&Only Portonovi. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between cosy and luxurious, making it an ideal setting for a relaxed yet refined evening. The service was outstanding — professional, personal, and genuinely warm throughout. Even without a reservation, we were welcomed in and made to feel completely at ease. The cocktails were excellent, with thoughtful flavours and perfect execution. The food was equally impressive: beautifully presented and clearly prepared with high-quality ingredients and care. Sabia offers an elevated yet comfortable dining experience, where everything — from ambiance to service to cuisine — is finely tuned. A memorable spot, and one we would gladly return to.
