Ordered our food through Instacart. Order was marked ready by the store. We showed up to the store, only to find the doors locked, the lights inside turned off, and no one to answer our knocking. The open sign was curiously left on, and the restaurant staff reported to Instacart that our order was "ready." Obviously, we do not have our food. Now we have to go through an arduous process to get refunded through the app. Hopefully the restaurant actually gets the notification, given that their inbox is full.
