Lotte Resort Jeju Art Villas

Gorgeous villas on the hillside with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains behind. All have unique designs that feel luxurious and special. They do housekeeping everyday and it's private and secluded perfect for a quiet family or friends getaway. Amenities are a 10-15 min drive away but there's an onsite mini supermarket. Overall the area feels safe. Though the villa we stayed in had a strange design of the room on the second floor not having any attached bathroom which means that during winter it's a quick walk in bedroom slippers in the cold to the toilet in the main house! There's no bathroom with a shower on the 2nd floor so whoever stays in that special room with a large patio will have to share bathrooms with everyone else below. That's why it's a 4 star not a 5star for me!

It is about 45min south of Jeju Airport and very convenient to all the tourists' spots such as Waterfall, Innisfree, etc. Very accesible and easy drive within Jeju.||There is daily cleaning of the service apartment & replacement of towels but only 1 time change of linen/bedsheets. Units are clean and as expected. Do note that request for extra toiletries or towels are subject to extra charges.||Beautiful 3 room apartment to fit family vacation. As for laundry, there is washer but no dryer. Detergent are self provided & not by hotel. Clothes are dried on hanger & I had to request for extra hanger.

This place is really good and amazing, the facilities are also very complete and functional, super cozy and all the place was clean. Really nice. Good if you find a place for healing and relaxing with your family or partners, had a clean private pool

We stayed here on vacation with the family. It's like something from a sitcom. Very trendy. Staff kept the place spotless while we were out during the day. Gym was small, but well-maintained. Enjoyed our stay very much ❤

I’m surprised this exotic and luxurious accommodation is not more often reviewed here in TripAdvisor. The Unit we took has three bedrooms with one at each level of the three-storey villa. For the master room at level 3, it has a TV and outdoor jacuzzi. The TV at the living room is huge, probably 85 inches. The kitchen has everything you need, the the fridge dispenses ice or cold water based on your button selection. All in all, this property, including front desk is just exotic, comfortable and luxurious. It’s hard to find any fault. The size of each Villa is also huge with two private carpark slots allocated. There’s also a garden at the edge of the vila. This was a great stay.

Stayed in this wonderful villa for 3 nights, it was awesome! The staff gave us great attention when we needed assistance, especially Soo (not really sure of her full name), with the malfunction heater system around the room, but it got fixed almost immediately. Rooms were terrific with bathroom attached to almost all, huge living room, fully equipped kitchen (there's a washing machine too!) and yes the the outdoor jacuzzi, perfect on cold chilly nights! Just that most of the items are labelled with Korean characters but they did a run through with you upon check in, so not really a problem if you have good memory! And they provide complimentary pick up services from the airport! Apart from the location where it was situated (not very accessible without transportation), other than that all was great! Soo even brought us for a walk while introducing the rest of the villas at our last night, she's an angel!

This resort is divided into five blocks and was designed by five different architects.||We stayed their during the winter and the villas were covered in snow. It looked heavenly.||It has one master room upstairs with a living room, dining room accompanied with a little kitchen. ||||There was also a big terrace and a bbq station. ||The terrace also included a swimming pool, however it was covered due to the extremely low temperature during that season.||||The best thing was that you can have your own little sauna with a Japanese bathtub, how amazing ?||||Downstairs there was 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. ||There was like a built in kind of sitting area that was outside.||||That was basically the view from the room that i slept in.||From the big sized windows you can go out and up the stairs to the terrace. ||||The service was great. ||And most importantly the place was amazing.||||I honestly didn't have the heart to leave that place, it felt like home.||||Staying at this hotel was probably the highlight of my winter break.

We spent our 5-day holiday in Jeju Island last December and this hotel resort provided us one of the best experience in Jeju. It offers a lot of things for our toddlers to do. They have activity centers in the fourth floor, camping grounds, heated pool and a sound and light show at night. The staff were friendly and could speak English so we didnt have any problem asking for assistance. We also like the idea that we could choose the hotel's restaurants for breakfast, this gave us an opportunity to sample many cuisines. We are definitely coming back because theres much more that we want to try in this hotel. I am already eyeing their spa on our next visit. I am so glad Adam's travel and their guide Helen Lim arranged this accommodation for my family.
