Went during happy hour and they were out of pulled pork sliders. The other 3 food items on the happy hour menu didn't have meat so I ordered a burger. Basically a bigmac with better ingredients. Bread to meat ratio is a bit off. The top bun was too dense. Food comes out really fast. Overall a great experience but there is room for improvement.

Had an amazing time at The Lost Fox tonight! The ambience was perfect, with live jazz music setting the mood. Cynthia, the manager, and our server, Stephanie, were both outstanding, providing excellent service. The food was delicious — I had the smash cheeseburger with fries, and my wife enjoyed the halibut with roasted cauliflower and leek mash. It was the perfect date night spot with great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I've been to Lost Fox a few times now. The outdoor patios are great, but I generally prefer to sit in at the bar. All the bartenders there seem so knowledgeable and helpful, and the food is delicious. During the day its got a nice quiet and chill vibe to it, and at night they always seem to have live music or a DJ which is great. I feel confident recommending this place for lunch, dinner, or as a late night outing. I do have to shoutout one bartender in particular though, Ritchie, who really has gone out of his way a few times now to make drinking and dining there fun and comfortable. He always has some great recommendations for drinks, and at this point I've asked him for 3 or 4 of the recipes so I can make them myself at home. It's pretty impressive to watch him work and honestly you can tell he's really passionate about it. On my most recent visit though, I brought along a friend who has quite a few allergies. He was so kind to her and made her a custom drink that worked around her allergies. He was really careful to make sure she liked it and that it was safe for her, which really meant a lot to us. This will definitely be a regular spot for me and my friends!

Google
Was out on one of the outside patios last weekend when the weather was beautiful. Our server was good and very attentive. I didn't see the inside till I went in to use the restroom, which was very nice and clean inside. The inside dining area was beautiful, I look forward to going back, trying more on the menu at a inside table if it's rainy out.

Drinks and apps were phenomenal. The atmosphere was intimate and cozy but elevated! The holiday decor was a very nice touch. The service was top notch. Location was perfect too. Hubby and I will definitely go back for date night again.

My experience at the lost Fox was great! It started when the guy at the door checking id’s was very personable and friendly, I believe his name was John, then when I went up to the bar area I sat down and was quickly greeted by two great bartenders named Katelyn and Jill. The drinks they made me were great and the service was even better. If you are looking for a nice classy bar and restaurant with great service and personable bartenders I would highly recommend the lost Fox you will really enjoy your time there.

Google
The food here is really good, like really good. You can tell the head chef or whoever designed the menu truly enjoys what they do for a living. While others have mentioned that some of the portions are a bit small on the small plates, the cook on the duck and pork belly were absolutely perfect. Both dishes were paired with fruits and veggies that complemented the meat nicely, adding extra layers of flavor. The entrees were delicious as well. My mom got a pasta with lots of veggies and a sauce unlike any other we’ve ever tasted before. The chicken thigh I got had a great sear on the outside and was juicy inside. Last but not least, the cheesecake was perfect as I’m a sucker for the graham cracker crust. As others have said, it was a bit loud and overstimulating near the bar, but our server Daphne was super accommodating and helped us move outside. The outdoor seating had the perfect vibe with a nice overview of One Loudoun and AC fans blowing right behind us. Overall, this is a great place if you’re looking to try upscale food for acceptable prices.

I always have the best time here. Our server Kaitlyn was taking care of us the entire night. The food was beyond my expectations and the bar is just filled with amazing people. From the staff to the customers. Highly recommend coming here🤍

Yelp
This restaurant was phenomenal! It's in such a great location in Ashburn, VA with a great vibe. It's the perfect place for a happy hour or weekend dinner. The restaurant is very spacious with plenty of seating at the bar as well. The food was so great. They have a lot of options on their menu. The food came out fast and hot. The service was great. Even though it was a busy week night, our waitress was very attentive and friendly.

Yelp
This place's concept is probably a new American, which is very evolving and exciting in some cases.. nope, not this one. Personnel is trained to be attentive, place is stylish and very loud. Now to negative. I ordered habanero chicken thighs with beets and potatoes. Description didn't mention that beets and potatoes are mixed with mayo. But when server discussed dish,I mentioned that I don't want dairy in my dish. Besides that, thighs were burnt and not juicy. Flavors of chicken were interesting,a little spicy and sweet ,but burning chicken killed that dish. My friend ordered grilled Roman artichoke entree for 26 dollars, she asked 2 times server if this is real artichoke, seasonal, fresh and not from can. Answer was definitely YES. When my friend tried it,she asked why it's slimy and had marinated taste? Only after 2 consultations with kitchen server admitted this is canned artichoke. So,not only they are lying stating this is Roman artichoke, but they selling for 26 dollars something from can. Absolutely disgusting, we didn't call management, because we had only 1 hour or so and had something important to discuss. I added 1 star because food had some potential in theory. But concept is unfair and execution ( burned down chicken) ruined everything. I don't think I will be back anytime soon.

Yelp
Service: we sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. Food: we only had a few drinks. We came for a food festival nearby and decided to grab some drinks and talk. Ambiance: interior is like a ship but it's not old but tastefully done.

Yelp
Cozy vibes and a great spot to unwind! Had a laid-back meal at The Lost Fox. Shaved Ribeye French Dip, which was juicy ribeye piled onto a soft roll with melty cheese and a side of rich au jus. The Hideaway Burger - Juicy patty, perfectly toasted bun, and all the right toppings--definitely one to order again! According to my husband, one of the best burgers he's ever had. Overall, friendly service and will definitely come back!

Yelp
Came here today for dinner with a friend after almost a year from previous not so good experiences, but was pleasantly surprised by Service today. The grilled carrots were decent and the salmon was cooked to perfection and my friend enjoyed his peppercorn steak. Place was pretty busy and the waitress did take her time sometimes but net net - We had a fairly decent experience .

Yelp
My wife and I ate there on 5/25/2025. We both had the same entre. We started with the deviled eggs. They were creamy, but also had a little crunch. Delicious. The Mac and Cheese was pretty good. Not as creamy as I would have liked. It definitely lacked salt. It was both crunchy and tender. I can't remember what the topping was, but it added a nice texture contrast to the pasta, cheese. The hideaway burger was very tasty, there were many different flavors that worked well together. Delicious. The shoe string fries were average. They definitely lacked salt. Overall a very tasty meal. We will be back.

Yelp
Wonderful place for lunch. We got the baby carrots and fish dip appetizers and they were great to start with. Fresh unique recipes to excite the palette before your meal. I got the crab cake sandwich. I felt the crab cake itself didn't really have as much meat as I would like but it was still good. The patio are was a nice place to sit with friends and grab a drink.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was foul. The Mac and cheese was disgusting and lacked any flavor. It was incredibly loud and the service was mid at best. Subpar all around.

Yelp
So good we went back a second night before returning back to CA Both times, we had party of three couples so we tried almost every appetizer and small plates Everything was outstanding My favorites Chipotle Chicken Wings, sweet potato slices, and tuna appetizer Their take on a Manhattan up was excellent Polite and professional service The two dinners rank in my top ten for 2024

Yelp
After dinner bar, weather was nice and the staff was great. I always have a great time when I go.

Yelp
Good time for younger crowds. Definitely miss the old staff, first time back in a year and these new faces just aren't as friendly or efficient.

Yelp
This place has a really great atmosphere most of the time and usually live music! The Hideaway Burger is literally THE BEST burger in Loudoun county. Charcuterie bias is good but needs a cracker upgrade.

Yelp
The Lost Fox is a lovely location for shared small plates and fun drinks. They have a great selection of both, and are a great place to start or finish your night, with a fun upstairs outdoor balcony perfect for people watching and relishing in the weather. If that's not for you, the cozy cute indoors are just what the doctor ordered, and the staff is incredibly friendly and prompt. Food wise, the Mac and cheese was a real pleasure due to its layered potato's baked into the top adding a texture that complimented the creamy pasta in an unexpected way. I'd definitely go back just for this dish.
google avatar

Ricky G.

Yelp
Great food and we never made it past the appetizers! The menu describes them as small plates, but they are large enough for two or more people to share. The deviled eggs were creamy and delicious. The crab dip with Parmesan cheese and pita chips was enough for an entree. Skip the pork belly and seared tuna, but don't miss the Mac and cheese with crushed potato chips on top! Lots of servers and a warm, comfortable setting. We're going back to try the entrees!

Yelp
We thought this place was great! Pricey, but great! At first we walked into the wrong business, the entrance to this one is on the side, by the glass door, under the arrow shaped like a fox at the top. We checked in on the first level and walked upstairs, (an elevator is also available) we made reservations online and were seated right away. The place had a very sophisticated vibe and we were seated next to a fireplace, which made the room a little too warm, but it was still nice. It did start to feel a little crowded once more people arrived and the tables filled up. We ordered drinks which came out quick and were very tasty. They also left a large water glass on the table for refills. We had the charcuterie board as an appetizer, that we probably could have done without. My meal was the Trotolle and it was delicious!!!! Highly recommended!! Others at the table all got steak and only one had to be sent back to cook a little longer, but everyone enjoyed their entree. We also ordered the pumpkin pie and chocolate mousse, both really good and silky! Like I mentioned earlier this place is pricey, so it won't be a regular place to visit for us, but I highly recommend it for a special date night.

Yelp
I've heard so many things about this place and when in the area with a coworker we stopped in for the evening to enjoy drinks and dinner. We sat at the bar with Kaitlin, who was spot-on with taking care of us. She made some great drinks and kept an eye on our needs quite nicely! Started with their onion petals and they were really tasty! The batter was excellent, they were perfectly fried, and the dipping sauce had a great flavor! For my entrée I opted for their Trotolle, which is a pasta dish and based on the description, I was expecting something with some flavor and a zing to it... What I got was on the bland side, both regarding spice and heat. The sausage in it was rather fatty and some pieces had to be spit out, as they were nothing but fat. The andouille was boring too. Overall, very underwhelmed with this entrée, but the menu looked great and the service was nice, so I'd definitely return. The venue is very nicely done and romantic too. But what is up with cellular bandwidth within One Loudoun?!?! It's absolutely horrible anywhere up and down this main drag! This is with Verizon and AT&T... the restaurant owners need to complain to the cell carriers who will come out, find the problem and resolve it (it's clearly interference, and yes, I posted that on a restaurant review hoping it gets resolved, but it didn't influence my thoughts about this restaurant, but it does influence my desire to come to One Loudoun versus going elsewhere to dine!)

Yelp
I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food. The portions were generous, and the flavors were bold. A great spot for a weekend brunch with friends or family.

Yelp
Tried out this spot for Mother's Day. I loved the Speakeasy vibes outside but they also have a nice patio area upstairs that has shared seating. We had a very nice and chatty waitress that was fairly attentive. We started with a Caesar salad which was large and really tasty. My sister ordered hot coffee which took forever to come out but I had a great espresso martini and the mimosas were nicely priced. Food wise we went with the avocado toast, the eggs Benedict, and a breakfast sandwich. My biggest complaint is all the bread was so hard, almost stale like. My sister needed a steak knife to cut her eggs Benedict and same thing for my avocado toast.

Yelp
The trout dip was sneaky awesome and the burger is probably one of my favorite ever. Love this place

Yelp
There is nothing bad to say about this place. We stayed near Dulles Airport and this place was just a few minutes away. It is in a beautifully walkable shopping center with plenty of stores and boutiques. Our server, Kate and the manager, Cynthia, went out of their way to make sure our visit was perfect. The food and drinks were amazing. There was so much we wanted to enjoy on the menu and we ordered plenty! (Enjoy the photos.) The restaurant patio overlooks the shopping area, has a beautiful fireplace and outside bar, heaters and umbrellas and plenty of comfortable seating that allows you to enjoy each other's company and conversation. This is by far my favorite place in the Dulles area and we will be back again each time we visit DC/Virginia.

Yelp
We had a great birthday brunch for my friend here! We sat out on the rooftop and it was enclosed and warmed with heaters. The food was delicious - I tried the biscuit egg cheese and pork belly. The biscuit was soft but crunchy outside and the pork belly was a nice touch. I tried the espresso martini, it was not what I hoped for but ok. It was almost too sweet and not strong enough with the coffee/espresso flavor. The manager was awesome and gave our group two complimentary bottles of champagne and some juices. It can be difficult to find this kind of customer service today, so it was really nice to see someone taking care of guests like he did. Our waitress did a good job taking care of the whole group and was friendly. I would definitely return and try other menu options.

Yelp
Our anniversary dinner was wonderful. The staff is super friendly. The crispy cheesy collards are comfort food! Lamb chops were very tasty as was the rib eye dip. Probably the best French dip I've ever had. The drinks, Negroni and Aloha were strong and delicious. The restaurant was kind enough to give us a complimentary dessert for our celebration. Look forward to going back.

Yelp
Such a cute and cozy place! Had brunch with a bestie and sat upstairs in the fireplace dining area. Our server was sweet and we ordered beets, crispy pita chips, sweet potato wedges, avocado toast, and the Fairy mocktail. Everything was presented well and tasted delicious! Looking forward to returning for dinner soon!

Yelp
Great ambiance and drinks. Food is okay. Love the scene though. If you're single and between 40 and 60, this is your place. Used to be The Dock in Lansdowne and then Clyde's in Ashburn back in the day, but these days, this is the spot to meet that someone special for a fun night or your next meaningful chapter. I WILL BE BACK!

Yelp
We decided to patron Lost Fox on a lovely Sunday afternoon and boy am I glad that I did!!! We had a few lovely mock tales at the bar and TRULY enjoyed them!! The absolute BEST part of the experience was Madison the bar tender! She is an absolute amazing human being and made our visit so special! She is such a great conservationist and will go VERY far in life! I would have NEVER expected the afternoon to be this perfect! Madison is so attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about everything she does! She has a wonderful personality and I am so glad we had the chance to meet her! Thank you for helping make our experience 10x!

Yelp
The main appeal of this place is the romantic, dim ambiance with candles and little fox statues as decor. They also have a fireplace with seating and a gun mounted on the walls in the dining area. The outdoor section is also lit up with string lights. The place is very well decorated. It is well suited for a romantic date. The portion sizes are relatively small given the price and quality, which was a bit disappointing. The salmon was overall well cooked, and the greens that accompanied it went well with the grains. The lamb neck ragu was definitely better because the meat was tender and shredded and goes well with the plain polenta. The lavender cocktail was sweet but it made me somewhat nauseous after a couple of sips. Overall, this place is pretty nice for a pretty date, but the food quality is average--even a bit below average given the price range.

Yelp
We went here for the first time yesterday. They open at 4. It has a speak easy vibe as there is no sign outside that says, "The Lost Fox" that I could find. The hostess greeted us inside the door. There were stairs to go up but also an elevator. We opted for the elevator. There was something wrong with it but we got up there! It was kind of spooky and added to the experience! The interior is dark like you have gone back in time with a hunt club vibe. The room had a fireplace going with a sofa and chairs facing it amidst tables and booths. The hallway to the bathrooms are lined with historical photos and interesting art. We had the kale salad which I liked very much. It could have used more ingredients but it was good. I also had the gnocchi which was yummy. Perfectly el dente with a lovely cheese sauce and topped with a generous portion of Parmesan. My sister had a cheeseburger and hand cut fries. Very good. Perfectly cooked!

Catherine M.

Yelp
Great ambiance and incredibly attentive wait staff. We went here for our Anniversary, and multiple staff swung by to check on us and quietly congratulate us on our celebration (kind, thoughtful, and not embarrassing!). The food was magnificent. Appetizers were delicious and perfectly portioned. I had the Brussel sprout salad and Ahi Tuna small plate--both were phenomenal. Complex but balanced flavors with fresh ingredients. My husband had a delicious burger (and he's quite the burger snob)--we were both impressed and satisfied. And don't skip dessert! It's worth lingering for.

Nicole G.

Yelp
The French dip steak Sandwich is amazing! The au jus is rich and full of flavor! The horseradish cream rounds out the dish.

Yelp
The food and drinks are really good here. They even have a Photo Booth that you can use and it prints it out for you! The service has always been great each time I've gone here.

Yelp
FOOD/DRINK: 4/5 SERVICE: 3/5 AMBIANCE: 3/5 We were looking into Lost Fox for a engagement celebration but found that you had to email in advance for reservations bigger than 2. I emailed and got a confirmation in 1-2 days. Note this for "last minute" reservations - it ain't gonna work. We arrived earlier than the newly engaged couple and they had no inkling that we were celebrating anything even though we called and emailed the place recently. We mentioned it multiple times before they got there and during the meal -- we were expecting a candle on a dessert or a "congrats" or something, but we barely got anything. Someone came over (not sure if it was a manager) and joked about doing "something." The something was giving shots to all of us (and not telling us what it was). Two of us (me included) cannot drink and it was extremely awkward. We appreciated the thought, but it was kind of an oversight. I saw the place settings and got really excited but the ambiance severely lacked. I thought at first that it was a nice place with a fireplace next to our table, but you can hardly see! We also couldn't hear ANYTHING and had to raise our voices just to talk. This is certainly not a place to go to celebrate or to have a date. We hadn't seen this family in almost a year and we wanted to catch up. We had to whisper to our waitress just so she could hear us. And forget about it when the "live music" (aka DJ) comes on at 9. It turns into a FULL CLUB and you can't hear yourself or enjoy dinner. This alone turns us off to coming here again. Service was underwhelming as well. Waitress had to be RIGHT next to us for us to hear her. No suggestions were made when we asked what was good. We wanted to order apps to have on the table when everyone else arrived but it was like pulling teeth. We had to wave her down to order appetizers, then again to order drinks and AGAIN to order food/dessert. The food also took a really long time. The apps weren't big enough to share and were clunky with our party size. Also, a lot of the food comes on these cast iron pans and are PIPING hot. You can't hear them say it's hot, but you just...find out. I know this seems like common sense, but they didn't put a towel or anything to protect you from serving yourself. Another odd and annoying thing is that you have to show your ID just to get something from your car. I guess I'm past that age because I was never carded (and I didn't drink). If you've reached this far, here's how the food and bev were. Apps were the sweet potato wedges ($9) and the nothin' but crab dip ($22). I ordered the grilled half chicken ($26) and the Hibiscus MargariNO ($12) and hubby had the rigatoni bolognese ($22) and the Cuban Punch drink ($13). We rounded out with olive oil cake, cheesecake, & chocolate pot de creme to share ($10 each). FOOD/DRINK: -sweet potato wedges - these were crisp and perfectly made, but it was not an app made to share between more than 2 people. it only came with 4 wedges. we had to awkwardly cut them in half to try to share. if our waitress would have made suggestions, we probably wouldn't have got them. $9 for 4 is not a good price point. either increase the portion size or lower the price. -nothin' but crab dip - the warmed pita was the star here. my in-laws are from MD and deemed it "really good." i think i've had better, but it wasn't bad. $22 is STEEP for this. but it did come with a sizable amount. -grilled half chicken - chicken was moist and falling off the bone, but the sauce seemed weirdly like sour cream? the fries were good, but some were limp and cold. too expensive. -rigatoni bolognese - very rich and filling, but i only had a bite. hubby kept stealing my chicken to get a break from the "one note pasta" (his words) -Hibiscus MargariNO - a very good mocktail in a cute glass, but I cannot believe they have the GALL to charge almost the same for this as the alcoholic ones!!! (I didn't try hubby's drink) -olive oil cake - extremely dry and spongey. HOW can an olive oil cake be dry? -chocolate pot de creme - good enough, but it was again, "one note" -cheesecake - weird texture and dry - my FIL did not care for it at all Overall, the food quality didn't match the prices. I don't understand why they are doing higher end pricing but the service and consistency don't match. We will probably not be back.

Yelp
Such a cool spot! I loved the vibe of the whole place. Had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Our waitress was so kind and attentive, she was amazing! We got some drinks which were all great, they have a lot of locally made options which I loved! We tried the crab dip appetizer and it was INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend. Came out steaming hot with freshly toasted pita bread. So delicious. Honestly one of the best places I've seen for a date night

Yelp
AWESOME PLACE!! My coworkers and I were in Ashburn this week for work training and I was tasked to find best places to eat since I'm a foodie.. I found The Lost Fox for our first night and everyone LOVED it! This place is super cool and the vibe was just amazing! There is a host when you walk in. There is stairs or an elevator for use to go up to the dinning area. They have both outdoor and indoor. They have two outdoor sections, one where there are normal tables, outside the main dining area. The other outdoor seating was on the other side, where it is more of a lounge and there is another bar for this lounge section. We hung out at the lounge first while waiting for the rest of our party and enjoyed the fireplace quite much! Onto dinner, it was wonderful! Their menu is so innovative and Monday (3/27) was I think the first day they changed to the Summer Menu. We got quite a few things. Kale Salad, seared duck (crispy and so good and the grit was so so buttery delicious), trotolle (yummmmm), lamb neck, grilled half chicken and pork chops. Everyone loved their food! And our waitress was super cool. They also give you cute post cards when you get your check. One They have a fireplace dinning area inside where it is more cozy and intimate. And their restroom was a fun trek to take. I love everything about the Lost Fox concept. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fancy upscale elegant fun with tons of delicious food and drinks!

Yelp
Great place to go out too for drinks and food! The environment is lively with great music. The food selection has a variety of items.

Yelp
I went for Sunday brunch with a friend. The service was really great and the atmosphere can't be beat. We both ordered off the brunch menu and while I had the wrong dish delivered, the server was amazing about it and got it corrected very quickly. I would definitely go back.

Ishaan S.

Yelp
Here to tell you the truth, the food is good. I got the pesto gnocchi with chicken added in. Was some exquisite pasta, but I got charged $10 just to add some chicken in it. So that was a major red flag, $10 for 4 ounces of chicken is crazy, don't get me wrong the chicken breast was good. Ima take accountability, I should've asked how much it is to add the chicken. But I was bewildered by the $10 charge lol. But the menu really didn't impress me, which is why I opted for this item. Like nothing jumped off the page and seemed worth paying a premium for. But, is solid food, try it for yourself but nothing worth going out your way for just your average smaverage American cuisine. The ambience is alright not sure what asthethic they were going for but food is solid nonetheless. Def doesn't live up to the hype of its yelp rating. Ashburn area lacks good eats so, it def is better than a lot of the sit down options around there. Signing off-Ish

Yelp
It's a great place to hang out with your significant other and/or friends. We have been at The Lost Fox several times, and we always have a blast. Drinks are good and decent price, only think I wouldn't recommend is the food. So, if you want to have a good time, meet new people without having to drive to D.C. This is the place to be.

Yelp
Limited menu, wouldn't let in 20 year old sister at 2pm on a Saturday, kick out of table after 1.5 hours. Rude and short about whole process. Very disappointed due to the great location of this poorly managed establishment.
google avatar

Yelp
Last min reservation was only available very early into dinner service transition so saw some house turn over busyness which is fine. Overall great location and atmosphere in the dinning room, the bar seems to be busy and great company outside of the dinning experience. Definitely need to go back and check that out. Food was amazing on point, apps to entrees kept you wanting more but very happy with the flavors and portions. The items you saw on the menu you wanted to try well you saw coming out the kitchen making you go "yep I want to try that next time". Overall need to head back soon to try more and experience with friends.

Yelp
Tuna- stellar. Ambiance: amazing. Woman's Bathroom: never wanted to leave. Eucalyptus hanging from the ceilings. Fresh floral scents. Most amazing bathroom ever, ha! Outdoor patio with fireplace and twinkle lights! Cocktails worth the trip alone

Yelp
Another late night and need a dinner option Stumbled upon The Lost Fox Definitely has a night life crowd I noticed that the clientele actually changed as the night progressed from business-business casual-hipster The staff is inviting The menu consists of a variety of meats with gluten free options and vegan as well I always check out the bar options Ordered The aloha drink & the Jalapeño cucumber Margarita Moved on to Nothin but crab dip with house made pita chips Old bay spiced chicken was another appetizer we ordered For dinner I ordered the pork chop with the center bone in well done.. seasoned lightly and was moist **note I could only eat 1/2 nice portion I also got the Mac n cheese...it had a potato chip type crust (different not bad) Also ordered the braised collard greens (I'll pass) The citrus shrimp were really good ... had a spicy barbecue sauce Our server was really bubbly and the manager greeted each table and interacted within the staff also Nice place for date Will return

Yelp
Seated at once by a charming waiter, I ordered satanic eggs. The pig sacrificed to top off these eggs as bacon were crispy and small. I mean tiny, like not a lot but also the eggs were little as well meaning the satanic eggs were HWP (height and weight proportionate for those who haven't dated in this century)...

Yelp
This was my 2nd time trying lost fox. It seems like they are not paying attention when it comes to food anymore. Reservations is highly recommended , seating is limited. We ordered shredded Brussels which was delicious, cauliflower main was good but needed a bit more sauce, the worst was the crab roll, it was a baby roll and it tasted like it was cooking in a pan with red meat. For desert we ordered the apple pie which was very dry. Their menus is small but they need to upgrade it. Towards the middle of the dinner, the restaurant keep getting louder and louder. Basically the bar got busy and people from the bar start coming to the tables where people were having dinner. The fire place section got busy and super loud. Over all our server Leoneoniss" I am probably spelling his name wrong but Leo was a great server. He was attentive and professional. Another we noticed when we first come to the restaurant on the first floor. There was a rude guy asking us to stand on another side of the door (it was kinda ridiculous because no one was coming in or leaving so that was completely unnecessary. He asked us for our ID. i didn't think i was going to a club so I didn't bring my wallet . my partner did have his wallet. They ran his ID and I told him I didn't bring it. To my surprise he said we are good to do and we should be good to go because we are and look like we are in our 30s. Overall it's a place to grave a drink maybe not dinner anymore.

Yelp
Fairly new "hip" place in One Loudoun, overtop the City Tap. Very warmly greeted at the door and escorted to our seats. Beautiful outdoor area, great if you like cigars, but a little warm for today so we chose indoors. Waitress was "average", maybe a busy day for her. Ambiance is really nice, like a local pub, but I had to ding them a star for the volume of the music. Just too darn load, and I love music. My wife and I both had burgers and beers. Very nicely prepared burger, looked and tasted great. Great selection os local and "the usual" beers. Menu a but limited but it had everything we needed. Looking forward to visiting again on a cool night to take in the outdoor patio.\

Yelp
The food is incredibly salty!!! The French dip - completely tastes like a salt mine. The French fries are doused in salt as well. Lamb chops were over cooked and also a salt bath - can hardly taste the actual meal. The staff, ambiance and drinks are great!

Yelp
Great location. Friendly staff. Got there and got a great outdoor bar seat immediately for my party of three. The drinks and food were great. Between The three of us we had the salmon the burger and the bolognese.. we also started with the wings and the crab dip. everyone talked about how good there food was. My only gripes are the appetizers they started out rocky , there was a hair cooked into one of the wings and when we brought it to the waitresses attention she tried to convince us it was a feather it was absolutely hair. The other thing was our drink glasses were dirty every drink order. I think these are minor things that everyone won't experience I would absolutely say don't skip this place it has great potential.

Yelp
Tried to book on OpenTable but it stated that our party of 5 was "too large" and advised to call the restaurant directly. Did that and was told that the majority of their tables are for 4 persons. I was then told that I could contact the banqueting manager.......! Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

Yelp
First some logistics. The Lost Fox is located on the 2nd floor. While you can see it from Thorndike St, the actual entrance stairs and elevator are on Exchange St. The Lost Fox is for 21 years and older. Reservations are via open table, which I recommend. It was pretty busy and we were there on a Tuesday! Beer, wine, booze selection covers all the basics. Food: we started with grilled citrus shrimp with white corn buttermilk grits, and eastern carolina BBQ sauce. I'm actually not much of a BBQ sauce fan because they are usually too sweet, but this had some heat and tang. Also it was lightly brushed on and didn't overpower the perfectly cooked shrimp. The grits were also creamy and perfect. Next up was the shaved brussel sprout salad with farro, toasted pine nuts, pomegranate seed, grana padano, and champagne vinaigrette. So many amazing flavors. This was one of the better salads I have had in a long time and will def order again. Then the bourbon glazed pork belly with a tuscan kale and serrano chili slaw. This one was a little disappointing. The meat on the pork belly could have been crispier with better fat rendering. Also there was too much slaw. We finished off with a 14oz grilled Glenmary Farm ribeye. Great char and perfectly med rare. The au poivre sauce was peppery, but lacked fresh cracked peppercorns in it and also was a little too salty. Fortunately the sauce was more poured around the steak so we could be selected in its application. We ate inside and it was a little dark there. Next time we plan on trying the outside deck or bar. Service was excellent.

Yelp
I like this spot for a nice little weekend hangout especially when you can get the fireplace by the patio! It's such a vibeeeee! I came with my "two dates" lmfao and it was a great time. The margaritas are always on point. My actual date got a whiskey and he really enjoyed it, but you can't really mess up whiskey. My buddy got something called a side car, but we didn't really like it. He stuck to a math after he tried my drink. There's a DJ on weekends.
