If I could give no stars I would. I truly wanted to love this place as it came highly recommended by a friend. However, after placing an order over the phone the cost and quality of the flowers was greatly overstated. Not only could I not get a receipt for 72 hours after purchase and after multiple phone calls. The cost of the flowers was increased over 9% of the stated cost over the phone. When brought to the attention of store manager, I was told that nothing can be done, she was inconsiderate and condescending about the whole situation. All I can say is that my company will never use this florist again and I will advise my LA clients the same. They don't care about their customers or trying to build corporate relationships.
