A hidden gem in downtown Shreveport! The Agora Borealis is truly one of Shreveport’s treasures. From the moment you walk in, you're surrounded by creativity, color! The shop is filled with one of a kind pieces from local artists. It’s the perfect place to find a special gift. Katy and staff are always friendly and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about supporting the local arts community. The Agora is one of my go-to spots when I have friends visiting Shreveport. There’s something for everyone, and it’s such a fun way to show off the local creativity and charm. Highly recommend!

The Agora Borealis is a magical place where everyone is welcome! It is a destination for artists and travelers a like. I am gracious for the opportunity to met so many creative and wholesome people, especially the owner Katy. I would not be the person I am if my path didn’t lead me there. She supports local artists and gives them a tremendous and rare space to showcase their wares to the public through consignment. Katy is always professional and extremely helpful and kind! I love her shop because it’s full of so many unique pieces of art, but more importantly, Katy makes everyone who enters her shop feel seen and heard. The Agora Borealis is a must-see if you come to Shreveport. Katy and her wonderful and talented teen keep the gallery bustling and full of some of our towns best local art and products. Everyone in there is kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help. We love coming to their abundant local events they host also!

The staff are extremely sweet and helpful, the building is gorgeous, and the market itself has sone amazing art some of which are local!!! Definitely worth stopping by!!

There are not enough amazing things I can say about this place and the owners. Whether you're shopping for unique, locally made art, gifts, or looking to rent out a beautiful space for an event, this place has it all. Being here feels like supporting a real community and I absolutely love it!

Every city needs a place like this. An independent art shoppe with groovy items, it's as much a museum (if you don't buy anything) as a store (if you do).

I loved visiting The Agora Borealis. Owner Katy has a passion for local arts and it shows in a big way. What a great space! I loved getting a taste of the Shreveport arts scene. There's something for everyone: paintings, jewelry, clothing, decor items, metal works, sculptures, handmade crafts, and so much more. I drove from East Texas to visit The Agora Borealis and i was blown away! The space was beautiful and the owner was knowledgable about all the artists she holds space for. I walked away feeling inspired to go home and paint myself. They have handmade clothes, jewelry, art, tables, sculptures, and who knows what else. Cant wait for their upcoming events!
