High Horse Bar

No food here except the occasional food truck. Great dive bar atmosphere and drinks.

We are in town for a conference and wanted to hit up a good dive bar and found this place. The pictures you see from other visitors, some are old because this place recently moved. It seems to have lost some of its original luster in that change.

This place was actually recommended to me by a bartender at a different bar. She was spot on. Amazing laid back atmosphere, quick service, and decent pricing. I'll be making a visit any time I'm in the area for the night.

Had such a great time at this bar on Christmas Eve. My family was very thankful for this place to be open since we were only here for the night for our road trip back home. The environment was very fun and the bartenders were very friendly. The cost for our drinks as well was also extremely reasonable.

Our experience was disappointing. I contacted the bar about three weeks in advance to let them know a group would be stopping by during a Santa Crawl and provided a specific arrival time. I followed up again a few days before the event and was told they could accommodate the group. When we arrived, it appeared the bartenders working that night were not aware of our visit. Several people in our group said their drinks were awful. Based on this experience, we plan to remove this location from our rotation next year.

One of my new favorite bars in Louisville. The drinks are amazing and it's not over priced. We had a great time drinking and dancing. Also they have a pop up kitchen space that serves great food. I wi definitely have to add this place to my repeat places.

Sad to see they moved from the old location but honestly the new location rules. Bartenders are always cool, great drinks, good vibes only. Hip but also for anybody and everybody.
