I am so disappointed in the customer service I received. I needed a dress for an event. There is no option to expedite shipping online so I called the store to have it shipped to me to ensure I would get it on time. And even though the lady was nice she would not budge on offering me anything but store credit if the dress didn't; work once I received it. The excuse she gave about only having one size in store and that was the reason she couldn't refund my money back is just ridiculous b/c if the dress does't fit it is coming back either way. I am so tired of horrible customer serve and no one being willing to do anything to help a customer. And for the prices you pay to have something from this brand it is just ridiculous that I have no way to get a dress, that they have in stock, other then ordering from the store, paying $35 for expedited shipping no less, and being told I can only get store credit if it doesn't work. And online customer serve being able to not guarantee the dress would ship out any sooner then FOUR days after the order is shipped! This is just unreal. I searched everywhere to find this dress any other place but it was not available anywhere. It is really just a shame. If I could have found anything else that I liked as much I would have bought it over dealing with this in a second. But I guess that is what they bank on and just don't care to help the customer. So disappointing.
