I grabbed the shrimp and broccoli over rice to go. Honestly, this is the best and most reasonably priced Chinese spot around here. I’m definitely coming back for more.

I was born in Hong Kong and never would I have thought to be able to find truly authentic, quality, Hong Kong Cantonese style cuisine here in the middle of Stamford. I asked for a classic Hong Kong dish, 乾炒牛河 (pronounced roughly ‘gone chow niau haw’ - probably corresponds to “stir fried beef wide rice noodle” and the chef whipped it right up literally to standard of how I grew up eating it. The beef was so tender, veggies cooked to perfection (not overcooked, perfectly still crunchy), and noodles with the perfect texture. The best part was that the sauce was correct - not too salty and the perfect umami flavour. I’m so glad I found this place, or this place found me. I can’t wait to go back. Oh, tons of comfortable and clean seating as well! I’m pregnant and couldn’t bear waiting to get home through traffic to eat it so I cracked it open on the spot.

TL;DR- wonderful food, kind service, not too expensive, nice heating, and overall 10/10 place! Me and my cousins went on a trip to connecticut and decided to end it here- and we’re really glad we did! We called the place first and they were really nice over the phone. The service was calm and nice in person, too. The food was amazing. It was nice and hot, (steam coming out), i had chicken wings, fried rice, and some sesame chicken which were all very tasty! i was still trying to eat all of it even after i felt full. My family agrees with me that the food was good too. It was also imo cheaper for how good the food was. We didn’t have to wait too long too. It was an absolutely freezing outside, and when we went in, the place was nice and warm compared to how frosty it was outside. If you want some good chinese food and you’re in the area, i suggest dining here!

I have passed by this place dozens of times and last night my go to Chinese takeout was closed on Monday. Typed in Chinese food nearby and took my chances. It was so pleasantly surprised because not only was the food outstanding but extremely reasonable. I ordered 3 egg rolls, hot & sour soup, won ton soup, roast pork egg foo young, roast pork lo mein, chicken and broccoli all large sizes except for soup which I ordered pint size.. all for under $50. I have found my go to take-out Chinese food place and it's closer to where I live. No more heading across town. Closed on Tues😉 having left overs tonight...so much food...

I am requesting but thought the issue with the egg rolls was an isolated instance. They must have changed recipe. Soggy amd not tasty. Most likely purchases and not made. They used to be crunchy and delicious

This was my first "experience" with Hong Kong Chinese Food. I ordered delivery, an appetizer, two different entrees and the donuts for dessert. I received two of the same entree, and only one sauce between them, the dessert and dumplings seemed fine at the time. Fast forward five hours, I started to feel terrible. I proceeded to projectile vomit for at least ten minutes, and only after then did I start to feel better. Needless to say I was afraid to eat the leftovers, and threw them away. Additionally, the past three days have been fraught with bouts of continuing diarrhea. Do your stomach, esophagus, and rear end a huge favor, and find somewhere else to eat.

Neighborhood restaurant that I like, and will return to. Primarily lunch near work. Folks are very nice to me during takeaway. Thank you 🙂
