Had an amazing manicure & pedicure experience! The place is super calm and relaxing. My sister and I were taken care of by Alison & Angee – both incredibly professional with such gentle, light hands. They started by cleaning my nails, then applied a scrub, followed by a unique mask I tried for the first time. After that, they used a special device to massage my feet – such a nice touch! We then moved on to the manicure, where they removed all the cuticles with great precision. At the end, they even placed warm compresses on our shoulders – such a lovely detail. Honestly, the whole experience felt complete and perfect, nothing missing at all, and I enjoyed every moment of it!

I had the chance to visit The Lanesborough Spa last week during a quick trip to London. It was a fast-paced journey, and this little cocooning moment became a much-needed pause. In the middle of a hectic schedule, the experience slowed me down in the most beautiful way. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. I was warmly welcomed, invited to sit, offered a soothing tea, and wrapped in a luxurious robe. It felt like being gently taken care of from the very start. Malalai was outstanding. She was attentive, skilled, and made sure every part of the treatment was carried out with care and precision. The entire experience felt thoughtful and highly professional. The products used are of exceptional quality. I usually avoid anything that can weaken the nails, such as gel treatments, but here they use L’ Atelier Green , a clean, natural brand that delivers impressive results while preserving nail health. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I’ll definitely return for more treatments next time I’m in London. I highly recommend the spa , and especially Malalai.

We booked originally for our daughters Sweet 16th, we decided to collaborate both daughters treatment session together as both similar in age.. We had rescheduled twice, however they secured an session, for our two lovely daughters; at a drop of an hat, which we are truly grateful.. They accommodated us with due care & diligence and supremely thankful for their esteemed understanding & efforts in goin’ thee xtra mile for us, Daughters were delighted and spoke well of the therapist’s & reception staff conduct & service… Sunday afternoon, will never be the same.. lol appreciative! I went to sip tea during The afternoon fruit tea is very good. The taste is just right, As for the dessert, each piece has a flavor. Touch your tongue and feel it. Eh! But after chewing for 3 seconds, it was very delicious. Overall, perfect!!

I had high expectations for this spa, but unfortunately, the management completely ruined the visit. The front desk was disorganized, staff seemed uninformed about appointments, and there was no sense of customer care from the manager. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they were dismissive and unapologetic. For a place that markets itself as a luxury experience, the lack of basic courtesy and coordination is unacceptable. It’s a shame, because the therapists seemed skilled, but poor management made the entire visit stressful instead of relaxing. If you suggest what should be improved and give them a feedback, an arrogant woman at the reception will tell you not to visit if you don’t like it . Appalling behaviour and attitude from a member of staff at the reception in the Spa. They have definitely missed the education and knowledge about hospitality and spa care . No wonder why so many members of staff at the reception in the spa have changed over the last few years, it all leads to a bad management. Don’t waste your time and money at The Lanesborough Spa, plenty of other better , beautiful and professional spas in other 5 star hotels that worth a visit!
