The UPS Store

Had to look up where the UPS store was on 14th st and we got there like at 5 minutes before they closed. It smelled really clean and walked up to the counter and the lady scanned my QR Code and gave me my receipt for my records and it was all super fast. Very nice people.

We notarized a document she was so helpful, and everyone was smiling, they were kind plus the place was clean and nice. They make us feel welcome. Thanks!!!. Alicia

Horribly rude service. Especially the big Hispanic girl that works the front desk who refused to give me her name so that she can't be held accountable for her deplorable attitude. I will never go to UPS again. It is absolutely outrageous that someone would act like a child simply because they don't have to give their name and have no accountability. If I could get zero Stars I would.

Do not go here to print copies or fax. The reps(Lisa) in the ups are rude and charges you 4 dollars plus each page just to click a button. They do not offer wifi computers so you are forced to pay to use their computers or pay them to print your forms. For being a small city like abilene you would think they would want to help. Do not use this ups store.

I have never had an issue with products or service at this store.

The employees lack a lot here. Pretty much “the everything store” only means everything if the employees want it to. If it happens to be 40 min before closing don’t take your ‘already labeled and ready to ship’ packages. They literally said there almost empty HUGE package holder didn’t have room for mine. Mind you it all fit in a child’s wagon that I took it in. All polymailers except 3 boxes. I said that’s fine I’ll go to another one. The other employee said “well ma’am this is UPS not USPS”. They weren’t all USPS but they didn’t want to do it! Lazy.

They are great for printing big maps for me. Good quality

I went into return an item. The lady with long dark hair and glasses wearing a black shirt and her co worker with red hair and a blue shirt. The lady said she could help me you could tell she didn’t want to. She was to busy looking at her phone. Then she started saying I would have to pay the shipping and I said that was fine let me get my wallet.Went to get my wallet she said I need the shipping adress . Then proceeded to make me feel stupid because I had put the label not in the right place. While her co worker just stood there and stared at me snickering. I tried to take the sticker off. While I did the lady with dark hair continued to look at her phone. And the red head still standing there snickering. I was walking out then she started telling me to call the company. I just walked out I will not ever go back to that ups store again

No wait time with knowledgeable and professional clerks. I just wish that they were open longer after hours around the weekend.

Love this store. Employees are polite and helpful. Service is fast and efficient Whatever service you need and the prices don't feel like you're being gouged which makes it worth going in there. I pass two UPS stores to go to this one for the pleasant customer service.

This store is the best. It has great customer service. I had a will and power of attorney to be notarized and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Used the UPS Store to make some copies, do some scans and emailing. Found them to be helpful as well as quick and very responsive to the needs of customers.I will use them again
