I recently visited El Parasol known for its delicious breakfast burritos, and I must say, the food did not disappoint. The burritos were packed with flavor, with perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and a delightful blend of cheese and chili. They were definitely the highlight of the visit and lived up to their reputation. However, the experience was somewhat overshadowed by an uncomfortable incident. One of the young staff members was openly making out with her boyfriend in front of the entire restaurant. It was quite distracting and took away from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. While I understand that everyone deserves a personal life, it would have been more appropriate if they had chosen a more private setting for their display of affection. Overall, I'd recommend the restaurant for its amazing breakfast burritos, but I hope they address the professionalism of their staff to ensure a more comfortable dining experience for all customers.

I ❤️ EL Parasol usually service and food are excellent. Not sure about the current staff, My order was completely wrong only 1 taco was correct out of 4 and the tiny serving of raw fries really disappoints as well as getting the customer name wrong then acting as if it was my fault. Guess I'll go to El Parasol in Santa Fe if your employees can't get an order of 4 tacos right.👎👎

El Parasol offers the best tacos, the way Grandma would make them, filled and fried! You get your choice of red or green salsa, the red is HOT! I also got a bean and cheese burrito with green chile, so good!

So love the specials ! Delicious Caldo Talpeño : a soup with chicken, garbanzos, avocado and Chipotle chili. We also had a calabacita squash burrito. Happy happy food. I'm sure each El Parasol is slightly different. Ours out in Pojoaque is staffed by the nicest people :).

Had the green chicken tamale, the cheese enchilada with green chili, and the green chili stew. All were excellent. If from out of state like me, this place seems to be a great place to sample all the green chili New Mexican offerings.

This is always a great stop. It's our go-to place. Food is always tasty, and fare prices, that will fill you up. They have indoor seating, as well as patio dog friendly.

This location used to be so good a few years back but has gone down hill and gotten greedy. Smaller portions and they don’t put any chile (or very little) even when paying for extra. Their chile doesn’t taste the same as it used to. I’d rather go to other surrounding locations. Dinosuar Trail location is the best, then Los Alamos and Okay Owengh.

This was one of the worst meals I've had in many, many years. The enchilada was soggy sitting in some sort of enchilada sauce water; weird cheese for an enchilada (colby or something?); and the "carnitas" were some sort of flavorless beef chunks. The rice was somehow even more flavorless. The beans were really good though, which is the only reason this wasn't rated 1 star.
