Went into get a coffee next door and walked over to check out the store connected in the hotel. Had a great conversation with the woman who was managing the store. Purchased the most amazing smelling roll on oil and card. The store has lots of great gifts that are not touristy.

I ordered a body wash from here that I fell in love with at a hotel in Savannah, GA. The bottle cap was unscrewed during shipping, causing much of the product to leak out. Seeing as it was a $36 bottle, I contacted them for either a refund or new product and have had zero communication back.

Unfortunately, my experience is in line with the other reviews. Unable to get in touch with the store, mailbox full, no response to any of my e-mails. No tracking number. Laughing at us after we finally got a hold on them via the phone. Not worth ordering from this store, bad service. In case you're left in a similar position after ordering from Keep Shop, try to get a hold on them via Noelle Hotel, ask for Keep Shop.

I have ordered candles from Keep shop 6 times throughout a year. I give them a chance every time because I truly love their signature candles but every time there's an issue with my shipment and this store is very bad at communication. I have stayed at Hotel Noelle a few times before covid and loved keep shop so much I wanted to support them throughout covid times as well. I'm very disappointed. I received an email on the 3rd my shipment was on the way but no tracking number and I have emailed multiple times and nothing. This will be my last time ordering. I am tired of my shipment either getting "lost" or it taking a month to arrive, it's not professional at all. I was understanding at the height of covid but this has been a year of delay after delay.
