I’d heard lots of buzz about Harlem Coffee, and let me tell you, those reviews weren’t exaggerating. I found them at their pop-up inside Sauvage Wine Bar in the Willo District, and it was just what the caffeine doctor ordered.
Walking into Sauvage (a cozy wine bar known for natural & biodynamic wines) , Harlem Coffee transforms the space into a morning haven of coffee smells, mellow vibes, and welcoming energy. Harlem positions itself as more than just a coffee stand; as a mobile, intentional experience that brings people together over well-crafted drinks.
The staff? Friendly, skilled, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their barista game is strong. The coffee? Beautifully brewed. I tried “The Louis” and it absolutely hit the spot, exactly that perfect balance of bold, smooth, and soul-warming.
Atmosphere + staff + coffee = one winning combo. I’ll definitely be back. If you ever see Harlem Coffee pop-up in town (especially at Sauvage), go. Your tastebuds will thank you.
