The worst place I’ve ever been to. My son injured his toe. We arrived at 9:00 PM and we are still waiting. They have already asked about our insurance three times and written down who we are and where we’re from, but there has been no help at all. I respectfully expressed my opinion that I can sleep at home with my child, and their “emergency” care seems like it would only help the dead.

I was recently a patient for 2.5 days and was admitted to the 5th floor! I want to recognize TWO very important nurses that made my stay bearable. Nurse Tia and Nurse Jayden, you are both impeccable people and care givers! Every single interaction was filled with empathy, understanding, compassion, urgency and importance! Your bedside manner is especially exquisite! Thank you both for taking such great care of me over the last 2.5 days and getting me home by Christmas! You are both saints!

Horrible! My mom went in for back surgery, during the night rather than taking the time and help her to the bathroom they straight cathed her not once but 3 freeking times. Would not help her get comfortable or allow her to lay on her side instead, they left a drainage pouch thing in lower back and wouldn't move it or move her. The whole experience left with her wanting out and security there while she was naked getting dressed. These were male security guards. They were more worried about the dignity of the nurses then a 70 year old woman naked and agitated. I was in Washougal so it was going to a little bit for me to get her, I suggested they give her a Xanax to help calm her down which is a prescription she has and takes all by herself at home. They refused to give her one. This is just part of what happened. I will be contacting administration Monday.

Came in by ambulance experiencing severe chest pain, shortness of breath, numbness in left hand, pain moving to right back, sweating and feeling faint. The ambulance gave me a large amount of pain meds. Upon arrival the hospital placed me drugged up sitting up in a wheelchair in the lobby for three hours with nobody checking on me or taking vitals. Got no help in an emergency situation what so ever. Finally ended up leaving seeing as I was not getting the help I was brought in for. Absolutely horrible ER. This place needs to be investigated.

Had knee replacement surgery there. I try to stay away from gluten but my God the food was horrible. I had to order from door dash to get a decent meal. Also, I was supposed to go straight from hospital to rehab facility. I am a disabled senior. No one to take care of me. I don't know what social workers submitted to my insurance but after 7 days of no response I checked myself out and came home. I had to pay someone to come stay with me and take care of me. Outrageous!

I'm here all day for my husband's surgery. Had lunch at Terrace cafe. The soup Italian zupa soup is horrible. Some kind of mystery meat in it. Bad flavor. The sour dough bread was stale. Probably safest to get the salad bar. You can mess that one up yourself.

I wish I could give the labor and delivery team in Legacy Medical Center Salmon Creek 10 stars. The nurses and doctors are amazing. I specially want to thank Lee, Sonya, Andrea, they took such great care of me and my new born baby during my labor. They are so loving and patient, went extra mile to help me cope with my pain and soothe my baby at late night. Our family are truly grateful for them.

This hospital left me bleeding out in the lobby and separated us for three days after birth and then the child had the wrong ankle band that didn't match and was 2 pounds less. I asked the World Genius Records agency and they said babies do not lose that much weight just to prove to these neglectful staff they are clearly wrong and impossible. Then they let people in my room trying to get me to sign surrogate paperwork which was further sketchy.

I recently spent 6 days @ Legacy Salmon Creek. Each staff that I encountered from the first day in ER, to the day of check out was phenomenal. The doctors were all patient and knowledgeable. Amy from diabetes educators was amazing and very helpful. Mostly though, I would like to give a huge Thank you to the nurses of IMCU and the 2 nurses that cared for me on 5th floor. Every one of them was amazing! They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and never made me feel like a burden. They made my stay so much easier. They helped me to feel calmer and more at ease in a situation that could have been so much more overwhelming! Thank you for making a difference!

Locked, Loaded, and Radiated: My Recon at Legacy Salmon Creek Marching into a hospital through a metal detector wasn't on my bingo card for the day, but apparently one lunatic with a gun years ago ratcheted security up to DEFCON 2. I get it--force protection--but it slows the mission down a bit. Once inside the wire, the front-desk crew were solid troops: friendly, efficient, and squared away. The radiology techs carried the same energy--professional, competent, and quick to execute. When my number came up, the procedure moved fast. The only real enemy contact was that cup of radioactive chalk they made me chug. Let's just say it hit like a flashbang to the gut ... RALPH! As a first-timer in this AO, I'll say this: the hospital is clean, organized, and staffed with pros. The security gauntlet? Maybe a little overkill--but I've seen worse, and if it keeps another incident off the blotter, I can live with the inconvenience. Today I had Surgery there and I was very impressed with my Doctor and all Staff that made my Surgery very Pleasant and very Professional Thank you to all the staff and Nurses

I've had the privilege of experiencing Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center firsthand on several deeply personal occasions, and I feel compelled to share my positive experiences based on the overwhelming number of negative reviews I'm reading about this place. The staff in this hospital have been there for me and my family through many important, and a few times, heartbreaking moments. I witnessed firsthand the labor and delivery staff's joyful exuberance in caring for my friend's newborn child; these people love what they do for a living! I recently witnessed the doctors and nurses care for my grandmother after a traumatic fall that resulted in the diagnosis of terminal illnesses and a monthlong hospital stay. I've also been treated in this hospital and received quality care at a time in my life where I wasn't sure how I would pay my medical bills. I'm happy to say care comes first here, and over the years it has been nothing short of outstanding. Here's where things get problematic. Hospitals are public institutions that cater to a wide range of patients who have vastly different needs. It's impossible to accurately predict the outcome in any situation, especially with so many unpredictable factors at play. But I feel it is important for me to say the caliber of care my friends, family and I have received at Legacy Salmon Creek has never been anything short of amazing. The doctors, nurses, technicians and admin staff have always been patient, understanding, and extremely dedicated to healing those in their care. I've always been impressed by the hospital's commitment to basic human decency as it shines through in every interaction. I'm telling you, this is the only hospital in the area I would want to receive care. Clearly, hospitals aren't always perfect, and my heart goes out to anyone who has had challenging and frustrating experiences here. Just know, from my personal experience, I can say that Legacy Salmon Creek has been a model of quality care and compassionate service when it mattered most. Areas for improvement: Please find some funding for staffing the hospital giftshop! I haven't seen it open once during the last month of regular visits to see my grandmother. Also, I'd love for there to be wheelchairs or assistance available for people with mobility issues who want to visit family receiving care. This may be available, but I've not found these resources during any of my visits.

Consistently poor care and difficult admin is experiences over many years. Lied to a family member and pressured medical intervention. Sent my mom home from ed with a dropping eyelid saying it wasn't a stroke (it was).

Emergency ceiling air vents in waiting area are very dirty blocking air flow in area. Especially when people are sick is very concerning

This is absolutely unacceptable. To put you in a hallway with no privacy is ridiculous. My wife came in with severe chest pains vomiting and diarrhea. I understand waiting to get triaged but putting is on a hallway in a freaking plastic chair to wait for doctor and imagine is absolutely ridiculous. No private restroom to use to vomit and relieve herself is so wrong. We waited 3 hours to get seen and now she has to wait in the waiting room with all the people waiting to see a doctor. She is hooked up to an IV running to the public rest room while hooked up to an IV is impossible. If this is how it is a Salmon Creek Legacy I would not ever go here again. This is ridiculous.

This SUCKS! Brought my dad in ambulance on Friday 10/19, I get a phone call on Tuesday 10/22 and the oral antibiotics the ER doctor perscribed was the right ones and I would need bring him back in to get IV antibiotics and just let them know we were already in here on Friday and we would be let back soon. LIES!!

The ER is horrible to say the least. Most staff are rude and you're lucky if you get a kind doctor. Sad to see the elderly sitting in the waiting room exposed and not a nurse to care... it's dirty and literally like a third world country. Don't go unless you have no other options. This area needs better doctors and nurses. The community is suffering and none of them care . This review is from multiple trips over the years, and each time it only gets worse.

Complacent/arrogant security staff. Patient status board in waiting room is convoluted and inaccurate. Staff in waiting room doesn't follow up with promised updates. Nursing staff was average. Billing department was worthless. Auditor Nurse never returned any of my calls. Billing amounts are inflated and outrageous. I'll think twice before using this hospital again.

As someone with undiagnosed chronic illness (still in the process of receiving ongoing specialist care for years) it is very hard to find medical staff that actually care about what i am going through instead of diagnosing me with just anxiety.The last time I had to go to the ER (two days ago) I went to the closest one to me which was PeaceHealth. I had a very discouraging experience there and I swore I would never go back. As my symptoms got so much worse today, I decided to give Legacy in Salmon Creek's ER a shot. Immediately upon arriving, the entirety of the large waiting room was PACKED. This wasn't my biggest concern, as I was much more concerned about the quality of care. I was initially called in for vitals, and sent back to the waiting room. Then I was taken back for an EKG and then sent back into the waiting room. Then I was called back for triage, and once again sent back into the waiting room. I was once more called into the back, However, this time, the nurses hooked me up to an IV with fluids, as well as a heart monitor, and I was sent back into the waiting room hooked up to all of this. This has to be some sort of HIPAA violation?! I don't need strangers knowing what I'm going through/what kind of treatment I'm receiving. That was a very odd and quite honestly, humiliating experience. One I was finally called back into a room to go over my results (about 3 hours later), the doctor came in and only focused on one of my issues even though I came in for a plethora of them. For context, I came in for fainting, chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea/vomiting, and numbness and tingling. I was only treated for pain. The doctor told me I didn't look like someone who was experiencing pain. As someone who has been in and out of the hospital for YEARS now, I'm almost used to my pain. Was I supposed to be moaning and groaning to make my symptoms believable? I was prescribed extra strength tylenol sent to my pharmacy (???) and given torodol (pain medication) and advil. What was the point of coming here? $250 copay for that? I ended up spending about 2 hours more just waiting in between when the doctor would come into speak with me. I ended up spending a total of 8 hours here. I would have 100% rated this experience a one star, but I gave an extra star for the kindness of each of the RN's I came in contact with, as well as the cleanliness of the hospital compared to PeaceHealth. The American Healthcare system is truly a joke, and my experience here just justified that fact even further.

Visited emergency room with a BAD case of shingles waited 3 hours to be seen. Next I waited 1/2 hours to have an Xrar then waited in an isolation booth and they said there is nothing we can do you are free to leave.

Stay away from here. I wanted to make an appointment with pediatric orthopedic, but the receptionist (Holley) was very rude saying "I'm not sure we see that kind of injury. I will call you back." without asking my phone number and hang up!! My daughter has grade 3 turf toe and other bone issues that need to be seen Dr, but how come the receptionist diagnosed it?????????? I called her back and she hang up! How rude!

Don't try to walk in on a Sunday with over an hour before they close...Debbie said, "We've had a very long day and won't be taking anymore walk ins..." when I told her I was a Veteran in the VA system, I'm in pain, and this was my only option for Urgent Care in the area, she said she was sorry but she'd be happy to schedule me tomorrow. So just suffer tonight I asked? "It really has been a long day for us." Yeah thanks anyways.

Came to get an emergency CT scan after surgery complications. All we have done so far is vitals, the CT scan and waited for the results. We have been here for over NINE HOURS. We have been doing absolutely nothing since coming here other than waiting and being confused. Finally it's 2:30 in the morning and we had to track down a doctor to say " hey, can we leave?" and he just said yes. What the hell.

May 23rd 2025 Friday 2:30pm Legacy Salmon Creek Emergency room made my 80 year old mother wait 9 hours to get no results. My mom fell in her bathroom her face hitting the tile ledge of her shower. She had smashed up her nose and lip, jammed her jaw and scraped up her face. After waiting an hour they did an ct scan told her it would be 10 minutes and sent her back to the waiting room. She was told not to eat or drink. They never came back. After 8 hours she tried to get the results. No one could give her that information. She needed an ice pack to replace the one she came in with and was given something that did not last. The waiting room was terribly uncomfortable, we were starving, they gave her nothing for pain or swelling just told her to wait. She finally gave up and went home. Called the next day to get the results and was told they would not give them out unless she make and appointment and was willing to wait up to 6 hours again in the waiting room. There was nothing in her my chart either. Now due to the holiday she has to wait until Tuesday make an appointment to be seen to get her results eventhough she is in a great deal of pain. Doesn't know if her nose if broken, doesn't know if her jaw is broken...nothing. There were may others in the waiting room in the same situation. Disgusting treatment of an elderly person. Don't go here.

HORRIBLE. Er nurses are miserable, you get treated like cattle. Don't expect a comfortable waiting room as you will be placed on a cheap plastic chair for hours on end......literally. Their billing department is even worse. Just a horrible organization!!!! Can't believe America has such bad customer service for hurting individuals. Just awful. You won't leave this place feeling any better as a matter of fact you will leave feeling worse and broke financially. I promise you that!

The Emergency Room is poorly functioning. Didn't communicate with us about what they were doing much. At the beginning said no CBC blood test because one was done yesterday, then they go and do one? Kept my 88 year old mother with anemia weakness and pain from Rheumatoid arthritis sitting in a chair for over five hours. We finally left but they never said "we are waiting for a hematologist." We saw it in online notes later. Go somewhere else.

I hate the fact that I have to write this story It's embarrassing but recently my daughter came to this facility due to the pain she was in she's 28 years old and 8 1/2 months pregnant, the nurses were snobby and indifferent to her, which is horrible, she's a well educated African American Woman in a Masters program at PSU, with exceptional insurance, and great peoples skills. I was waiting a reasonable amount of time, However their doctor and nurse were not very kind! They were short and a bit rude! I was rushed out of there and felt rushed out! I don't usually go to this hospital, I won't go back! Peace be with you all Sherri

Best Urgent Care in town, full service X-rays virus testing, etc. Not crowded quick service Nice staff!

Visited EMERGENCY here. Previous to arriving, I called their operator and was told the wait time was less than usual - but I first had to explain that I was evaluating whether I should go there or somewhere else, based on potential wait times. It ended up being a 2 1/2 hour visit total, which admittedly is likely better than average. Everyone on staff was professional and courteous, with the exception of the guy in triage (I believe it was Toby, the one with the 3Stooges-lookin dark brown hair). Toby was hostile, condescending, argumentative, and set bad tone for the visit. Fortunately, everyone else on staff did what was expected, including Dr. Johnson, who made up for Toby's shortcomings. While waiting in the lobby, an unhinged fella started cursing people out. The receptionists remained calm and occupied the needler while waiting for 'Maximus and Cletus' from campus security to assist without escalating the disturbance. While I take issue with much of the American health care system, overall I would recommend this department. If feasible, call first and ask for wait times with candor. If asked properly, they may give you a fair idea of what to expect. When needing help, it may be better to drive further (with one or two other places in mind) if it means significantly less waiting. Remember they are often busy, and respect usually begets respect (usually.. ahem, Toby).

I went to Trevor Stanton's office for a check up, which I am allowed on my insurance per year as a free visit. Paid my co-pay and received a bill for $253 . When I called to ask why, they replied that it was coded incorrectly when they submitted to the insurance company. So why can't it be coded correctly and resubmitted idk. I spoke with the manager etc, and nothing was done. It blows my mind that they cannot do anything about it. I will not return. Liars, crooks and thieves.

Went to the emergency room on the advice of my doctor because I had back pain and severe weakness in my leg. After an MRI, the doctor told me I had a "run of the mill" herniated disc. Made me feel terrible for wasting their time. It may be run of the mill for him, but to me was very scary. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Generally quick access to triage, friendly and caring staff. I trust the care given. Very disappointed over an encounter the other day. While I understand the concept of security and safety, going through TSA like encounter is sad, but necessary. Staff in two areas were rude and did not in my view implement / consistently apply policy. Two people I know had their knives held by security while visiting our family member. They could have taken them to their car, but were not asked to. We were told we had to take ours to the car, which was no issue. Totally understandable. The problem I have is what appeared to be an 80+ year old gentleman with a beautiful wooden, extremely expensive looking knife. He was not given any options. He was crying when told he had to give it up or take it to his car. He told security he had no car. He didn't drive (was driven by someone or public transport). Again, while I understand the concept, why are there no options? It could not be in a locker? It could not be mailed to him? I have been upset for several days. We have told several people. Just cannot get over it. I have to say, the security guard kept turning that knife over and over. Is it his now? Do they sell them? Not happy with this. My thought is that this poor man was devastated by the illness of the person he is visiting and devastated by the loss of his precious belonging.

I have taken my grandma to the hospital twice in the last month. Both times she was in the ER and then transferred to the hospital. I have never seen such great care in any other hospital. Every single staff member really took their time and sincerely cared. Every single staff member went above and beyond. We never felt rushed. every nurse and every doctor took the time to provide the best care they possibly could.

The single worst medical experience in my life at 63. went to the emergency room for chest pains in the evening was there for 3 hrs with no help at all got pissed and left. Went back the next morning because only emergency room around. Was imediatly verbally attacked by the nurse in the triage room while she was checking my blood pressure because I said I was there last night and no one was doing anything for the patients everone was getting vital and an EKG and that was all, good thing I was taught chivalry. Same today, I was there for nine hours with maybe 10 min total face time with anyone. I went to the front desk and asked what was going on because I had seen a complete turnover of people in the waiting room. found out they had all their rooms full and nowhere to put people except int the waiting room and ignore the unless you hadn't had you vitals or EKG done yet. After all of this theytold me what I told them when I arrived and never looked further. the refered me to a cardioligist. and that when they told me that they were no longer a Kaiser affiliater facility. Oh and my final consultation of ZERO information was in the hallway that had cloth privacy barrier linning the hallway from beginning to end. Do Not go to this Hospital! the majority of them are so full of themselves they dont even know pathetic they are at their job. I'm managnent in a business and we would be out of buisiness if we operated that way they do. I'm putting my whole name in because I would love to see managment contact me so I can tell them what I really think Randy Hess

Worst hospital experience ever. Left with more trauma than help. Came when our daughter was experiencing stroke-like symptoms and we were left to wait for hours while other patients are having complete nervous breakdown screaming the waiting room was out of control. After only having her blood pressure drawn and them collecting our insurance information we left the facility because it was actually making her migraine worse. Super fun to then receive a bill when all we received was trauma. Will NEVER return even if we were dying. Terrible. There's also no parking so we had to park in the parking structure and walk around the whole building while my child couldn't walk well. Insane and inhumane. I've received better care at a hospital in Mexico.

I only went into the first in take room, the nurse was unprofessional, she sent me away with not help, so a very serious disease btw, and then lied on the after summery !!!. I told them I wasn't paying that bill. They ignored me and sent it to collections where I am now fighting it. Absolute garbage emergency room

Hip surgery 1/7/19, unfortunate post op dislocation 1/20/19, during ER visit for hip reduction I was given 1 mg dilaudid before xrays, no pain control, 1 more mg before reduction again no pain control at this point. Next I had conscious sedation. After the reduction by a PA the RN did not help me get dressed. They did not see if I could walk. The put me to wheelchair then into a cab to be sent home. I had no help at my house. I woke up the next morning. I do not remember the cab ride home or paying the cab driver. I had to look in my wallet to see if there was a receipt and how I got home. ThNext day I woke up in my living room. I was horrified when I stood up noticed my underwear they cut off me in the ER hanging out of the scrubs with my pantyliner. They discharged an FNP ARNP from the hospital like that. If you have another ER choice I would go elsewhere. I called to speak to Legacy ER manager. No ER manager could be found nor has anyone called me back about my concerns of the care I received at LSC Hospital. Imagine that....

This place is the worst organization they don't know their head from there feet. They have taken months to schedule an appointment just to cancel it. I am sick of people not caring about others life. Ramon Hollander is worthless and a waste of a paycheck!

I was instructed by urgent care yesterday to go to the ER for further treatment. I chose Legacy Medical Center in Salmon Creek. I understand how ER triage works (I am a RN), and knew I would have to wait as my condition was not life-threatening. However, I was in the ER for over 6-hours, which is not acceptable. Although the staff was cordial, they were clearly overworked, which translated into suboptimal care for me. During those 6 hours, all that was done was a superficial exam, several sets of vital signs, and a lab draw. The reason as to why I was there was not correctly recorded as evidenced by some of the conversational points in staff discussions with me (I did ask this to be corrected, and one of the RNs said she would write an addendum to correct the information, but I do not know at this time if this was done). The discharge instructions for the most part, were not at all helpful, and felt as though the staff was reading through a script in order to check off a box on their to-do list. Again, it was not the staff that was ineffective, but the ER process. The fact that my reason for coming to the ER resolved during my 6-hour wait was not due to any medical measures, but simply due to time. Sadly, it will probably show up on metrics as a successful outcome for the ER, which is not correct. I feel it is wrong that my insurance will be charged for this visit as essentially, it was a waste of time and resources. I expected far better from Legacy. You obviously have some serious issues to resolve with your ER flow to make it effective for both staff and patients. I would start by asking your ER staff how to improve things. They appear knowledgeable, invested in their professions, and would likely provide valuable insight, if management takes the time to listen to them. The care I received was truly poor, and a one star review is generous.

They have the worst triage. My partner whose already having a cardiac pain. doctors didn't even attempted to attend to. We even saw a severally cut child and was waiting almost 5hrs ahead of us. Worst worst

I went in because I had stepped on a piece of metal that broke off in my foot. I sat in the ER for 6 hours. The quote "Doctor" stated he was unwilling to take it out and told me to leave it in my foot. The next day I went to a foot doctor who removed it in less than 20 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst service ever.

Worst ER experience ever. Waiting room experience was like a Star Wars bar scene. The wait times were obscene. After 4hrs the would be patients were getting angry and confrontational. It was scary just being there. Staff for the most part were great. Not their fault the administration of this hospital is uncaring and self serving or just incompetent.

Needed insulin, but not from this region. Was able to fill prescription, after getting some info from me, and assigning me a temporary number. Thanks!

I recent had spine surgery at Legacy Salmon Creek. The care I received was amazingly kind. Every. Single. Person was kind, professional, and treated not just me but also my family with dignity and respect. Excellence in providing trauma-informed care, also!

If you are having a baby, I would highly recommend the birthing center at legacy salmon creek. The staff was incredible and made the experience for us. I am pregnant again and am glad I don't have to worry about being in good hands. I have also unfortunately had to visit the ER. i did not have to wait long (they definitely prioritize emergencies). It does take some time to get test results back but that is expected in ER situations. The staff was friendly.

I'm actually rating this as Terrible. I'm reporting this place for malpractice and negligence, and abuse that is completely unethical and unacceptable. I have Addison's Disease and a lot of food allergies. no matter what I say, they continue to bring me food that I can't have. No matter how many times I tell them and talk to the dietitian about it, they are STILL giving me the same old stuff.. in addition, they are not giving me the proper dosage of Prednisone- so I'm always running low and that's the first step towards me going into crisis because the "doctor" in his infinite wisdom, will not adjust my dosage because "what you are on is ok" which is what they said when I was here a few years ago and I kept telling them that I was going into crisis and they just kept saying "you have enough steroids, you're just fine " and two ho later, I am unconscious they didn't listen to me. So this ended up with me in the ICU - twice. So they clearly have not learned anything since then. I'm treated very poorly by the staff, very punitive and demeaning. Because rather than listening to me and working with me, oh no that's not possible I guess. I'm always the cause of the problem. there's no sense of being Trauma Informed, rather the opposite. I'm reporting each person to the licensing board as well as the hospital itself. Nobody who needs help should never be subjected to this kind of treatment. Considering a Malpractice suit as well.

Legacy needs to have a talk with their nicu staff on professionalism my birth experience was the worst and I say this as a first time mom not only was my surgeon racist and rude to my husband I went to get cared for after my C-section and she completely dismissed everything I said I was better off talking to a wall plus my nurse was supposed to have me plugged in to my oxytocin the whole day I watched as my own contractions decreased and said something to her lady annoyingly turned off the machine in the room and said don't worry about it I'm pretty sure she was more concerned about catching her flight that afternoon to Hawaii because she was talking about it that day and I'm from their honestly I expect more from this hospital!!the least they could do is act like you care for your patients and treat them with respect first time I ever experienced racism in a professional place

I got very sick with covid so i went to the ER. Upon arrival i was immediately treated like garbage. 6 hours of horrible and painfully waiting they pulled me into a hallway to "treat" me. The wouldn't give me anything for my fever or dehydration. I am extremely angry by a hospital with complete disregard for human wellbeing. Then they tell me i pneumonia and sent me on my way with no prescriptions or treatment plan. It almost felt like i was sent home to to die by the people that took an oath to help others. I guess they fired all the good doctors and kept the shit ones. HEROES DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!!!

So went to er sat for an hour to see a triage nurse. Then sat for another two hours to see a dr now I'm sitting waiting for results. Such a waste of everyone's time they should just start over with patients in mind next time instead of whatever bull*#%^ this is absolutely terrible!!!!!!

My Wife gave birth to our Son at this hospital. Everyone that helped us was very very respectful and treated us like we were royalty. I will not use names because every person was exceptionally helpful. There were two young ladies who went way above and beyond. One lady even visited us before her shift started to stop and see how my wife and baby were doing. Anyhooooo, the Doctor and birthing team made having our Son a Magical experience. I thank them super much. Last but not least, I ate at their cafeteria there. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, best I ever ate. Who would think a person could get such a delicious flavorful burger at a hospital. Truly added to the Magic.

I believe them to be a zero star hospital but did not have that choice. I would recommend that you never go to their ER for any reason. Waited for hours until we were finally called back to "a room". When I was asked to lie down on a gurney in a fairly busy hallway and told that it was my room I couldn't believe it. There were barriers between gurneys up and down the hall but all patients were exposed to anyone walking up and down the hall even during an exam with the doctor. Private medical information was shared by the nurse and doctor for anyone in the hall to hear as they spoke to the patients. The nurse that seemed too busy to care much and The doctor seemed too busy to listen. Once I went back from the lobby vital signs were never taken again and I received the fastest and least thorough exam from the ER doctor that I have ever experienced. This was my first and last experience at this hospital. If I ever have to go again I will go to Providence where I know I will get good care.

I understand not wanting visitors in with patients because of covid and all, BUT IT'S AN ER. How can you expect someone who needs an emergency room to sit and wait by themselves.. They should either allow one person or have a text message notification system. I'm baffled at how unorganized a 2021 emergency room can be. Such little care for incoming patients! They also apparently don't allow visitors to use the bathroom. So I guess I'll pee on your wall.

Please be advised that when visiting this er that they will do everything in their power to get you into triage quick so they can bill you. I had to go into this facility a few weeks ago with internal bleeding. After about fifteen minutes in the waiting room I got called into this little room so they could triage my condition. After asking the same questions I answered at the front desk, they told me to go back into the waiting room. here I sat for 3 hours without any other direction or contact with any of their staff. At this point I decided to leave and go over to the urgent care at Kaiser, as my app showed they had an opening over there. I went to the front desk to let them know, and they informed me that because I was already triaged that they would be sending me the bill for 200 dollars co-pay. This is a scam on so many levels, they don't care about you, just how they can get your money and bill your insurance. Even if you don't make it back to see an actual doctor in the er

I recently had surgery here and could not have been more satisfied with my care. My pre op nurse, Ricki, was amazing. I am very difficult to start an IV on and she used her tricks to make the process easy and painless. She was very thorough and kind and I can not say enough wonderful things about her. My surgery went smooth and the whole surgical team was great. I would not hesitate to have surgery here again. Leading up to surgery I had different staff call to collect payment, update health history, remind me of my surgery and pre op instructions. Everyone I spoke to was thorough and kind.

You have a bad head ache? Come here and waste 6 hours for nothing. this is ridiculous,
