⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Booming Hot Pot & Grill – Huntsville, AL We had such an awesome experience here! The food was fresh, the variety was huge, and everything tasted incredible. The restaurant itself is super clean with a modern, fun atmosphere — from the cool lighting to the spacious booths, it felt comfortable and inviting. The selection on the menu and at the sauce/dipping bar was impressive. You can really customize everything exactly how you like it. Our table loved the whole experience — cooking together, trying new ingredients, and enjoying how interactive the meal is. Service was friendly, the portions were generous, and it’s honestly a great place for a family outing or date night. Huntsville needed a spot like this, and Booming Hot Pot did not disappoint. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend! 🔥🍲

Come hungry! Fresh and beautiful ingredients are bountiful here. We should have curbed our urge to choose so many wonderful options—but it was our first time here. We had no idea we would receive such generous portions, on top of the appetizers/buffet. The two of us ordered one hot pot and one bbq menu. Both were wonderful, but the hot pot was a unique treat for us. The herb broth and the mushroom broth were both excellent, our favorite protein for the hotpot was the lamb, but could have done without any of the meats/fish items because the dumplings, vegetables, and noodles were the greatest. The ribeye and short ribs were the stars for our bbq experience, bit we were already stuffed by that point. My husband even grabbed an ice cream cup from the appetizer/buffet. Will be back, with a more discerning order.

This was a 1st for me and majority of family. We went bc my daughter insisted it was the Bomb. At 1st its very confusing bc of all the options you gotta pick to create your meal but I used the mushroom base, my daughter the Herb base & the others the Original base with rice. There are soooo many variations of meats & vegetables to use, its unbelievable. Then its all you can eat for 2 hrs at 1 base price per person & its totally reasonable. We were Blessed to have an excellent waitress (dont rem her name but she was a sweetheart to explain everything to us). Oh & the dessert ice creams...to die for. I even went to an Asian grocery store to find them. My new favorites. Def recommend the coconut. There were 6 of us so it was a total of $200+ but as I said, totally worth it!! Anyways, I highly recommend trying this place. 5 🌟

Me and the husband came up from the Mississippi gulf coast, decided to spend the day in Huntsville and wanted some good quality Korean bbq. We came across this place and HAD to come try it. It was such a great experience. Bianca, our server, was very sweet and informative. She walked us through the menu and how to order and made great conversation with us. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and we appreciate her for her wonderful service! We got both the hot pot AND the bbq. Short ribs and spicy beef bulgogi were my favorite from the grill, and the healthy herb broth was so good and flavorful. We will 100% be back the next time we are up this way!

We absolutely loved it! Our server CK was amazing! He was attentive, helpful, and made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and everything tasted fresh. If u have not tried hotpot and kbbq, u r missing out on a great experience! And u have to try the galbi ribs on the grill! 11 out of 10! Loved this place! Hoping to visit again!

Probably been here 6x!!! Literally. Talked to my friends how good the place especially here in town not going to Atlanta. They all love this place, highly recommended! The beef bulgogi gets if u can, always got the mushroom soup so good. Had the cocktail drink was good too. Bonus!! Free meal in your birthday!!! Thats why i even love this place!!🤎

Excellent food. We had the Dim Sum. The service was amazing and fast as soon as we ordered within 2 minutes our food was served. I highly recommend steamed rice roll, steam sticky rice in lotus leaf, deep fried pumpkin cake and brown sugar mochi. The best dishes were popcorn chicken and steamed black bean spare ribs. We have had Dim Sum all over the US and other countries, this ranks up there as one of the best!

Very neat experience.The photos was very good and there was plenty of options.I recommend you do the hot pot and grill combo as without the hot pot combo , there aren't many carb options to pair with your meat. The service was fantastic. This is a very good place for a keto person, also,Give yourself plenty of time if you're gonna eat here.This isn't one of those in and out kind of deals. Fantastic experience for a friend's birthday. This is definitely our favorite korean bbq place now. We got both the hot pots and grill, and agreed the healthy herb broth was the winner of our selections. There's an appetizer bar, but the food service is so fast you don't have much time to eat - obviously this isn't a complaint. We loved all of the meat selections and the booths we were at were comfy. Highly recommended, bring your appetite.

My friend and I came by to try hot pot and Korean bbq. It was a weekday and about 11:45 when we arrived. Both of us ordered hot pot and Korean bbq. The ambiance here is good. For a date night, you have to be adventurous. You have to cook your food. If you don't get the right hot pot base, that makes a difference. I have eaten here 4 times for hot pot. The lady 2 times I had the right broth for me. The first 2 times I had mushroom broth. I highly recommend healthy herb. That broth is delicious! It is easy to get wrapped up cooking and dealing with raw meats and seafood. You have to make sure you do not cross contaminate your foods. The healthy herb hot pot broth with all the meats and vegetables I had was extremely delicious! So good that I decided I will always order this. 5/5 The Korean bbq was great. All the meats, vegetables, and tofu were delicious. I probably will not order this again because there is more fat in the meats than I prefer to eat. The meat was great but fatty for me. The taste was great. 5/5 If you like adventure eating and do not mind cooking your foods, this place is fun. It's when you forget everything and cook that the fun starts. I saw many people a little uncomfortable cooking. For me it was all a big adventure. 5/5

Yes the service and the food is always amazing!!! The sauce you make at the bar with helpful tips is always my favorite!!

The place was so clean, upon arrival everyone was very welcoming! Our waiter Andrew was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, friendly, on top of everything, and took his time at our table telling us not to rush. Their menu and bar is expansive. The Thai Tom Yum was my favorite soup base. All the meats to Bbq were delicious, but the Beef Bulgogi and the spicy pork belly were my favorites! Definitely check them out by far my favorite Korean Bbq place so far.

I was highly impressed with this place from the instant I stepped foot inside. It's a very spacious venue that can accommodate groups of many sizes. Our server, Natali, was awesome! Extremely attentive and had a very bubbly personality. She was awesome! The thing that stood out to me here, was that you can have all you can eat hot pot AND Korean BBQ for $37.99! It is $32.99 for either hot pot or BBQ. So for the $5 extra, you may as well have both. They have so many options it will make your head spin! Each person gets their own hotpot cooking bowl. The grill is shared for the Korean bbq. The food was outstanding! They also have a buffet that goes along with every meal. That includes all the sauces & appetizers. You literally cannot leave hungry.

We got the Dim Sum. Food tasted great, but they haven't gotten their food carts yet so you have to order without really knowing how much to order or what it looks like. It was a little chaotic. But overall good food. I think we may try again in a few weeks. Also it's an automatic 18% tip

Ever since Ding How II (on Whitesburg) closed, we have been looking for a good dim sum restaurant. We heard that Booming Hot Pot & Grill served dim sum, so we decided to give it a shot. To be honest, we were underwhelmed with the dim sum menu. The seating was also very uncomfortable because the table has all of the cooking stuff underneath it (because most people cook their food at the table. And - the manager was cocky and rude. I just did NOT get a good vibe from this place at all. We were disappointed when we left because their dim sum was mediocre. There weren't as many dim sum menu options as Ding How II used to have. THEN - one of my family members drive by the old Ding How II and saw the attached sign. This announcement confirms that we will probably NEVER go back to Booming Hot Pot & Grill because the best dim sum restaurant will be back SOON !!!

Very clean and excellent service. We had dim sum only and, while good, it didn't hold a candle to the traditional dim sum we're used to. We tried every item on the dim sum menu except popcorn chicken. The sticky rice and pork buns were our favorite items.

I had no experience entering this place, and I hoped the service would help explain what to do. I got no help and no explanation whatsoever - it was a new waitress who probably only started to work there, but that means is that the main restaurant Traff did not train her correctly. I left-- I paid the tab and I gave her a five dollar tip so she would not be blamed. But I won't be back.

What an unexpected and pleasant surprise! My nail tech recommended this place to me. I have never had Korean grill experience. I asked her about another place near the nail shop and she told me NOOOOO! She is young and outgoing so I decided to try her recommendation! SHE NAILED IT with this one! All I can say is you have to try it!

While the servers couldn't be nicer, they don't take newbies through the Hot pot process. It was a bit confusing especially since no one turned on our soup heaters until everything was on the table. The appetizer bar was disappointing with old edamame and soggy kimchi. The sesame balls were tasty and the watermelon was fresh. Lots of sauces and seasonings for hot pot. The table is arranged to accommodate both hot pot and bbq but you can only choose one for the table. Hot pot is very small and makes a mess using only chopsticks to move ingredients around. Regular utensils are at the appetizer bar. I didn't really enjoy it and would recommend it.

Had amazing hot pot! The variety was outstanding and most everything was really delicious. We had the Thai Yum base (medium spicy) and a mushroom base. We tied everything from lamb to jumbo shrimp to bamboo and lotus It did not disappoint. I was actually shocked that you could order as much as you want for 32.99. The only thing we weren't keen on was the scallops. I can't wait to come with my family. Most of the tables would comfortably seat for possibly five but they do have larger party rooms available; they even offer hot pot at the bar. Overall, the atmosphere was great and I sure hope they stick around because I don't know any other place to get hot pot like this.

This place deserves a Michelin star i highly recommend for hotpot get the miso soup base and udon. It's amazing

Quick seating. Almost scary quick food to the table. Service was attentive and helpful guiding us through the hot pot experience. Next time we will probably go for less flavored sauce so it doesn't overwhelm the flavors you're cooking. The least successful meats were the blue crab and shrimp because you only have fingers for deshelling. The beef and lamb were good as well as the chicken though surprisingly chewy for their thinness. Definitely returning.

Do not recommend, health score says 87 but is actually a 70. It's all frozen "meat" Misty? The manager? Awful! Rude and disturbed. Alyssa is lovely. This place is doomed. It's disturbing and disgusting.

This place is better than the other Korean barbecue. All you can eat places. Their meat is just better quality than the other 2 or 3 ayce places. and in terms of the hot pot, The broth is better than the other places around town and their sauce bar is pretty in part with some of the other hot pot places I've been to in other states. The only downfall is that they don't have any ventilation so be prepared to smell like KBBQ for a week.

Everything is perfect. Good food, fast service. I'm sure my family will come back. This is a great addition to the variety of restaurants in Huntsville

Great atmosphere and service. We have been to all of the Korean BBQ places here in Huntsville and this was the best of them all. We enjoyed the sides bar, and all of the meet was seasoned to perfection. Highly recommended here for your next Korean BBQ experience!

Quality and selection was amazing. Been to several Korean barbecue hot pots and this one is better than most. I love that they bring you the meats and you don't have to go up and get them yourself.
