Little Lilly Sushi

The sushi here was outstanding from start to finish. The tuna belly and the Hamachi Zest roll really stood out, and you could tell the fish was incredibly fresh across the board. The Devil’s Breath roll had just the right amount of heat and added a nice kick to the experience. This place is definitely worth visiting if you enjoy quality sushi. The only slight disappointment was that the butterfish wasn’t available today, especially since my family has been talking it up for so long. Still, an excellent overall experience and one I’d happily repeat.

Let’s start off by saying the sushi was excellent. Among some of the most fresh and best we’ve had in Fort Worth and DFW. The downgrade occurs from the service or lack of. We’re asking about sashimi or the rolls there was essentially no guidance when requested except just pick the ones that are hearted on the menu. From price point I would have expected a little bit more than that. Very minimal wine menu. This is not necessarily a come and sit down and enjoy your time type of sushi place, but more of a hurry up and order so we can get your sushi out pretty quick so we can turn over the table type of place in my opinion. The plus side is all the sushi and the appetizers were excellent. For that reason, we would still try one more time to see if this was just an isolated experience.

By far the best sushi we’ve had in Fort Worth! The service was also great. I have celiac and they were very kind about it and knowledgeable about gluten free items. Definitely our new sushi spot!

Little Lily Sushi is delicious! I visited this last weekend with my family and we have not stopped talking about our meal here. We started with the Pork Gyoza and Edamame; both were delicious with the gyoza wowing all of us. Extremely great flavor there. Two of our members had the Chicken Stir Fry with Brown Rice which were also delicious! A generous portion and the chicken stir-fry had a very tasty sauce. For rolls we tried the Hamachi Zest, Salmon Bite, Dragon, Devil's Breath, and I believe the Negi Hama. Each roll is incredible! The Devil's Breath had wonderful flavor, but was rather hot for myself. The gentlemen at the table had 2 rolls each and found that roll to be very hot but still enjoyable.The Hamachi Zest was a table favorite, but I must say that every roll is truly delicious. The fish is all incredibly fresh. I must also note that the Negi Hama was mouthwateringly delicious for such a simple roll. Though Little Lily Sushi is small, is it an excellent restaurant and we will be returning often!

I had a sushi craving and usually drive all the way out to Carrollton or Dallas but saw this place closer to where we were shopping and had to stop in! Glad I did great customer service and the sushi was amazing! They do not skimp out on quality here perfect ratio to rice balance too ingredients. This will now be my secret local go too spot!

I’m very picky when it comes to food, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that you’re going to eat sushi made fresh, with high-quality ingredients. The place is small—perfect for two or maybe four people. The girl who serves is super cheerful. Everything is clean. But of course, all of that comes at a price. It’s not cheap.

Tried this place for the first time and was very impressed. The restaurant is on the smaller side, but it's in such a big shopping center that there is plenty of parking. There is also plenty of outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. You do need to be fairly acquainted with sushi, otherwise I think you're going to be a little confused or picky when ordering. We ordered 3 different rolls, and I was honestly VERY impressed with not only the taste and quality, but how fast they came out. I have never gotten fresh sushi that fast, ever. Reading some of the other reviews, I can't believe someone would actually complain that their food came out too fast. We will definitely be back!

Great local neighborhood sushi spot in Fort Worth! The staff is super friendly and the food is reasonably priced. We ordered; Lilly roll, 2024 roll, kappa maki, tuna taco, Philly roll, and miso soup. All were well done, full of flavor and freshness. Highly recommend the 2024 roll, it was the perfect combo of sweet and citric. If you are looking for an unassuming spot that makes you feel at home can’t say enough about this spot!

I crave sushi weekly I'd say. I've traveled worldwide and had sushi anywhere from California to Virginia! The food was Mid you can tell they've tried to make the place a little more upscale but the quality does not match the price point in my opinion. I dined alone and ordered a coke, which came in a can and I actually prefer that to fountain drinks, for rolls i ordered the Hawaii roll, shrimp tempura, and two pieces of tuna nigiri. A little of everything The rolls were small, but much more on the traditional Japanese maki side I'd say You're not going to get American sushi here that is colossal with lots of toppings! I enjoyed the Hawaii roll The shrimp tempura was too small The tuna nigiri was not fresh in my opinion which is why I'm leaving two stars I only ate one and I believe the price was 11 for two pieces Making my total 40+ for one person The service was lovely But will try somewhere else next time!

Little Lilly Sushi is a staple in our dinner rotation--and for good reason. As someone who could happily live off sushi, this spot always hits the mark. Anytime my husband is out of town, I basically go full sushi-mode and this is one of my top go-to places. While he enjoys it, I'm the true addict in the household! This place is a local gem through and through. They run specials regularly, but my usual order is simple: a yellowtail roll (always fresh, always satisfying) and then I let the staff take the reins. I couldn't even begin to name the other two rolls I typically get--because they switch it up and work their magic every time. And I trust them, fully. The service is always warm and welcoming, and sitting at the sushi bar is a treat in itself--watching the precision and care that goes into each roll is half the experience. A note for fellow diners: this is not the spot for kids or big groups. The space is intimate, and the ambiance is everything. Screaming toddlers can truly kill the vibe in such a small setting--so for everyone's sake, maybe save this one for adult nights out. They also offer lunch specials if you're nearby during the day--worth keeping in mind! 5/5, no complaints. A neighborhood treasure that keeps me coming back again and again.

Bf and I are sushi connoisseurs and while Little Lilly doesn't take top spot for fish grade/quality, it's a solid little spot to stop in for a nice quick meal. The location is pretty small and oftentimes pretty busy but service is friendly and fast. Very chill vibe and daily lunch deals that are great.

Absolutely delicious sushi! The tuna belly and the Hamachi Zest roll were my favorites, but you could tell all the fish was very high quality. I loved the spice level in the Devil's Breath roll as well. Highly recommend checking this spot or if you haven't yet! My only regret is that they didn't have the butterfish today, and my family has been hyping it up to me for so long now. I'll just have to come back next time I'm in town!

Very good seafood and fresh. They served fast and the server was super nice and making sure we had what we needed. The place is small but cozy. It's a little far from where I usually stay, but it was worth the 45 min traffic on 121

This is still the cutest lil' date night spot! It's still quaint, intimate and delicious. It'll definitely show that someone he or she is #special. They have a variety of sushi options from raw to cooked rolls, as well as, traditional and speciality sashimi and nigiri. We actually stopped in for this reason, because I needed sushi but can only have cooked rolls right now. We ordered 4 rolls with my favorites being the Spider and Dragon rolls. The shrimp tempura within the rolls was lightly battered which gave just the right amount of crunch and absolutely no greasy-ness. It tasted AMAZING! Plus, the staff was so kind! They were all smiles and remained professional while being personable. It's just a great vibe that everyone should check out at least once. (:

I have worked over in this area for 10+ years and never knew this place was here! Not surprising as it's a tiny little blink-and-you'll-miss-it place. Hubs loves sushi and we were looking for a new place we'd never been to before so we came here for father's day. It wasn't busy when we arrived at lunch time so we were seated right away. There are maybe 5-7 tables, several chairs seated around the sushi chefs, and a room with a large table if you dine with a big party. Our waitress great and very attentive. I ordered the hot saki which was yummy and had me feeling quite nice by the end! The boys ordered 3 sushi rolls: Cali '69, Rocky, and I can't remember the name of the 3rd. Everything tasted fresh and the sauces provided were a nice touch. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento box which came with a small salad, miso soup, rice, chicken and veggies. The salad was so so so good! The dressing, tasted like a peanut dressing, was the star and I could probably drink it! The miso soup was very good as well and the chicken was tender. We had a great experience so we will keep this place in mind when we are craving some good sushi!

I have not had sushi rolls this good in a while. Little Lilly Sushi has been here for 20 years and it shows. All the ingredients are fresh (the restaurant gets their fresh fish supply every 2-3 days), down to the wasabi. I could tell that the wasabi was fresh by how grainy it is and the flavor really stands out while being not too intense. Our waiter, Joe, said that the wasabi is made fresh every day. Also, Joe is such a helpful and friendly waiter; he explained all the dishes very well and gave us amazing recommendations. On top of everything, the price was really reasonable for such high quality ingredients. Our wagyu/fresh blue crab roll was only $16 for 8 mouthful pieces (see picture below). The beef flavor really stood out and the meat itself is just so juicy and tender. The shop is also super cute and a great date night destination. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would 100% go back again very soon.

I'm so sad that it's taken me this long to find this gem. I'm even sadder for my wallet that I'm officially addicted to this place! Food was AMAZING. Everything was fresh and they're not skimping on anything. I also love that everything I ordered did NOT have imitation crab. Environment intimate, clean. Table seating, sushi bar and patio seating available. I went on a Saturday around 7 and there wasn't a huge wait for 3 people. Brussel sprouts are fried. Salmon tower (instead of tuna tower). It's songood and even better that ita lumps od crab instead of imitation crab. Hamachi zest roll was okay 2023 roll - I recommend. The crunchy garlic chili oil really tops it off. Masunosuke crudo was raw salmon sashimi on ponzu was really good too. Tuna taco - really good! Its rare for me to find spicy tuna that's not fishy and this is not fishy at all. The flavor really goes together well! My only complaint is a tiny thing of fresh pickled wasabi was $4!! I was really surprised because a $$$$ that I normally go to gives twice as much and only charges half that.

Yummy sushi for Texas!! We sat on the patio & it was beautiful. Service was good and prices were appropriate. Fish tasted fresh & they had a lot of creative rolls!

Brought our daughter here for her birthday dinner and also wanted the hubby to try Kona Kanpachi sashimi. Absolute hit with them both. For starters, weekend dinner will mean reservation is best because this is a small restaurant with limited tables and seating. We started with the pork gyoza and the Tuna Tower. The freshness is evident right off the bat. For rolls, we ordered the Hamachi zest, Hawaii, Salmon Bite and the Rocky. The Hamachi Zest was really refreshing and FRESH! The Hawaii certainly had a kick to it. My kids devoured the Salmon Bite and Rocky rolls. We also had an order of tempura udon. All in all, service was fast, sushi was excellent. Did I say it was super fresh? Will certainly be back!

Cozy and unique is always the vibe at this local gem. Always warm & knowledgeable service. A must for every sushi lover from appetizer to dessert.

I like to go to Little Lilly for lunch. It's not super busy like dinner. The service is always very attentive and excellent reminder - It is a little place with only about seven tables and a sushi bar. This is my favorite sushi and all of Fort Worth (also Hatsuyuki Handroll) the most fresh ingredients you'll find anywhere in Fort Worth, delicious and very reasonable price in my opinion for the great quality offered! Ambience is small & very clean, great lighting!

Very fresh and delicious menu. Very small interior, so plan your arrival time accordingly. Some really creative rolls on the menu but no riceless options. The service was ok, no issues with anything but not super enthusiastic lol. Food was the best part by far!!

Upon arrival, this is a very typical modern city style sushi restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. But I gave 5 stars because the sushi, I felt, was above average from what you normally get. The best I've ever had? Close, but really good. you may find your new regular spot here. Highly recommend trying!

I can't believe I hadn't left a review for this place until now. I must have eaten here over a dozen times, and every single time it is excellent. I have ordered a variety of items, I try to order something new each visit, and I have never had anything bad. Some are more favorites than others but everything has always been consistently an excellent quality. I know every time I go it is going to be great, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend trying.

Good sushi went there for my wife's birthday had alot of good specialty rolls. There rainbow row is different than anyone else's great roll Hawaiin snapper was only pure sushi we had it was great and fresh tasting. Small place went at dinner right when opened got busy fast was small building but great food and waiter was great.

Food and service was awesome! We tried the sushi and bento box. Highly recommend anyone that likes clean sushi.

The sushi here is probably the best I have ever had. It was so flavorful and tasted extremely fresh. I thought the menu had plenty of options so that everyone in my party was able to find something they liked. The one thing that was slightly disappointing is the portion size. We ordered noodles for my toddler son and he was able to eat the entire bowl and still wanted more food. The sushi was amazing but the rolls were smaller than other place we have been to. For the price of the food I expected to leave full which we did not.

AMAZING. The sushi is delightful! Our favorite is the "Tiradito roll". This spot has been our go-to for a while now so I decided to have my 30th birthday dinner here. We were a party of 14 and sat in the back room. It was Japanese style so we sat on the floor with no shoes, a unique experience! Our server was so sweet and handled our chaos so well. We were there past closing time and did not feel rushed. Thank you so much for an amazing time!

This is my new favorite sushi place. Try the steak sushi. It's freaking amazing. The three different rolls we had were all incredible such great flavor.

MISO SOUP. Yes yes yes! This soup was so good and maybe it's the first time I've ever had it but it was so good, I would go back just for the soup but not only that. The edamame starter was good as well, I got it with the chili-garlic paste. The sushi was good too but I don't know if I found the sushi roll for me. We got the rocky roll and it was okay. I could truly just not like deep fried sushi. And the Philadelphia as well, which is typically not my favorite anyway. Sushi is typically hard for me to order since I have some dietary restrictions but I still love it! My boyfriend enjoyed his roll and we both agreed we'd be back to try other stuff.

Staff is friendly, place is clean! Poor boyfriend thought he was picking an upscale sushi restaurant but this is a nice place! Hamachi zest roll was my favorite! Pretty affordable and great delicious food! It's not upscale but is solid!

This place is such a gem! Talented sushi chefs, supportive and knowledgeable staff, big beautiful pieces of sashimi, super sweet uni, tasty stir-fry noodles, juicy fried chicken, and properly chilled sake. Also, Little Lilly has just been renovated because of fire. Please come support and welcome them back in business! If you've read my other reviews, you probably know by now I have kids. I always try to include them when traveling or dining out. I hope they will do the same when I'm old and wrinkly, but if not it's okay kids, NO pressure. Kids are 90% of the time well behaved so I at least want to find a place that's okay for kids to join. I read from another review that Little Lilly has high chairs and also noticed there is cooked food. I then went and read their business description and there it is, Little Lilly was named after the owner's granddaughter. How sweet. I bet they would be nice to kids and yes! They went way beyond my expectations. The fried chicken was so good. We haven't even read the menu but they recommended getting it right away as it takes time to fry and cool down a bit. With impatient little human beings, this was definitely a smart move. Truly appreciate the little trick to keep kids happy. We ordered stir-fry chicken with noodles and that was really enough for my 2 younger kids. My husband and I like sashimi and we were so amazed by the uni. Super sweet and fresh, definitely our top #1 of the night. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be back when we are in Fort Worth. So come Yelpers, give them a try! Moving from California, I was on the search of finding a sushi place like the ones back home. After searching for spots near me, I found Little Lilly Sushi - which had a ton of great reviews so I decided to order from here. The menu had many rolls - after picking a few- I placed an order for pick-up. The rolls were pricey. The location is quite small but had plenty of parking. Few of the rolls had an odd taste - as if the fish was not fresh. This was the case because later in the day - my stomach was upset. I was expecting better quality especially after reading other reviews but that was not the case. I will NOT be coming back.

This place is always on point. Ambience is perfect! Its a small place with a big menu Service is awesome! Awesome Sushi spot!! I'll get pics next visit!!!

Ooooh man. I hadn't been here in a long time. Way too long! I was so happy we found ourselves nearby, hungry, and within a "Winnie's happy" window. We popped in around 1pm on a Friday and were immediately sat near the entrance with a high chair for Winnie. We scanned the QR code for our menu and the waitress let us know that they'd be able to make most items gluten free. We ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio for me, a popular Japanese beer for Jon (forgive me for forgetting the name), steamed edamame with Japanese sea salt, the Edo Roll: spicy tuna, asparagus, and avocado topped with togarashi seared tuna and accompanied by a honey miso dressed salad, and the Hamachi Zest Roll: toasted garlic-sesame seasoned salmon and avocado topped with yellowtail, yuzu ponzu, lemon zest, and scallions. Ugh. Perfection. Every piece of fish was so fresh and buttery and beautiful. We asked for tamari for me (gluten free soy sauce) and a side of wasabi and pickled ginger. Everything was incredibly delicious and prettily prepared. This is a relatively tiny restaurant centered around the sushi bar, so you can see the sushi chefs artfully preparing items from most seats, always using beautiful fresh fish and produce and house made sauces. Unfortunately we had another stop to make where we knew we'd be eating, otherwise we'd have ordered many more items. I really want to try the Masunosuke Crudo: king salmon, white balsamic soy, extra virgin olive oil, fennel pollen salt, and cracked pepper. How good does that sound? I also plan to try the Sayuri Roll: lump blue crab and cucumber topped with garlic-seared albacore, pickled shishito, and yuzu ponzu. YUM. I've also been eyeballing the Chirashi: 12 pieces of assorted sashimi, tamagoyaki, and pickled vegetables over sushi rice. Yes!! The staff here Is sweet and speedy and the seafood is so SO stellar. If you know, you know... Little Lilly is absolutely peak DFW sushi.

Just was there again for lunch today with my in-laws. So. Damn. Good!!! Every single time. Again, this experience will ruin you for sushi any place else! Quaint space, with the artists working their magic right in front of you. My in-laws come to Fort Worth for sushi - not BBQ!!! Just true!!! #gonow

Let me start by saying the sushi isn't not bad here. Just small and not memorable. Service was friendly, but with the small roll size it took us 20 mins to sit down, eat, and pay lol.

Okay Friday night, looking for something good. We found it here at Lily's. Inside was a little crowded, but that is a sign of a good sushi restaurant. They have seating at the bar or sitting at tables. We started off with around the sake, and some miso soup. Which were both very nice. Next we ordered various sushi and maki I highly recommend the Hawaiian, the Cali 69, and the Edo. All of these Maki were great. As for the sushi, we had the tofu , the Korean tuna, the sweet egg, the freshwater eel, and the salmon. All of them were wonderful. There were a lot of locals and repeat visitors, basically patrons that knew the staff and the staff knew them So that was a great sign. Lot of laughter a lot of fun a lot of conversation. The staff there were attentive, they helped us pick and learn about the menu, they also made sure that we're all taking care of, and they make sure they clear the table in a timely manner as the sushi and the maki were arriving. Will I be back, of course, I will bring friends, and I will tell friends. Thank you Lily's, found a wonderful sushi bar

Above average sushi with great service in a small, quaint environment. This was one of my better sushi experiences. The spider roll and salmon belly (king salmon) were great. Urchin was super tasty. But the A5 was a real treat. I'd visit Lilly again.

Amazing service and unique rolls. We loved the neighborhood feel and it seemed like lots of regulars visited for dinner on a Saturday. We will be back for sure!

I eat here when I'm in the area. First time having lunch here. Not as fun as dinner but still very good. Service very friendly and food reminds me of when I lived in Okinawa.

We ate dinner there last night and had 4 rolls, 2 orders of sashimi, and 3 orders of sushi. The fish was fresh and good quality but the rice was oddly gummy and the rolls were too wet. Also, the surf and turf roll was just weird...

Best sushi that I have had in Fort Worth so far!! The spider role was my favorite. The place is rather smaller than what my husband and I thought, so definitely set reservations for their dinner time !

Best sushi I've ever had. Even better than the sushi I had in Osaka. The uni and otoro are incredible- now two of my favorites. Bravo to the chefs and my kind waiter. Wow.

This is a nice little sushi restaurant I found in Forth Worth. Their nigiri quality are pretty good and they have a good selection of the regular fare and the more exotic/expensive types. Too bad they don't do Omakase but the nigiri menu is easy enough to order it. Their wasabi are freshly grounded and their nigiri rice is at the perfect temperature of warm. If you are looking for a nice quite place to eat sushi at the sushi bar I recommend trying this place. Nice service and good quality fish.

Really good sushi and in a Super casual restaurant. No pretentious or price gouging nonsense. I loved absolutely every bite, sushi and especially loved the salmon rolls. We will definitely be back soon!!!

For my birthday dinner this year my son Nicholas treated me here. We started with an order of pork gyoza. Next came spicy crab California, shrimp tempura, spider rolls and whole fried spot prawns. The gyoza and rolls were good but not the best I've had. They are also smaller than I can get elsewhere. Nick loves the prawns but I was not impressed so he ate both. I finished my meal with miso soup and again was not impressed. In fact it was the worst I've ever had. The dining room is very small and nondescript. The service was good as they had plenty of staff, even Little Lilly the owner, to keep things going at a good pace. Will I return? Probably not.

I like the outdoor patio for a casual little sushi date. The sushi is very small though so dare I say it's a little overpriced. My boyfriend was still hungry after our $100 meal. Everything we ate was tasty though!

Great food. Good variety. Good service. It's a small place with may not be ideal for big groups. They do have one big table that seats up to 12. It's in a room if it's own and you have to take your shoes off before entering. Neat expirence for our kiddos!

Great selection of sushi, its a small hole in the wall type but very cute and great tasting sushi! We ordered to go and everything was great. 2018, 2022, hamachi, and an assortment of nigiri.

This is my husband's and my favorite sushi spot in town! The sushi is always fresh and the service is outstanding! My favorite birthday get together is reserving the back room for an intimate spot with a group of friends with a great atmosphere! Definitely highly recommended! Favorite rolls: Edo and Sayuri
