Ken Fulk has his office at this location on 7th, which is private, but nearby, what I love is that he has finished a two and a half year (or longer?) remodel of this abandoned Catholic Church at 1401 Howard Street. It's called the ST. JOSEPH'S ARTS SOCIETY and Fulk turned it into an exciting space for events. There are a couple of tiny shops right at the entrance (the old Church lobby) including the only Buly 1803 shop in America and an expansive art gallery upstairs.
