This place is literally an explosion of flavors for your taste buds. The owner wears many hats in her establishment, but I believe she wouldn't have it any other way. She cooks, serves, cashiers, and all of the above...
Culture Cuisine serves primarily Puerto Rican and Filipino dishes. There are days where she varies the menu even more when she throws a little Jamaican food and a few other Carribean or Asian dishes in. At the end of the day, her dishes are flavored, full of love, and will make a person want to come back and try her other items on the menu. Follow her Facebook page to get dishes of the day. We ordered:
- Pastelillos
- Chicken Lumpia
- Pollo Guisado
- Pancit
- Manoknok
Her chicken dishes were so tender and moist. Everything is aromatic and plated so nicely. Portions are good. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. I wish my pictures were better, but you really just need to go there and order so you can experience it all for yourself. The dishes felt like you were going to that one Aunt's house in the family, that cooks really good and everyone wants to have the family get together over at her house. You feel welcomed as soon as you're seated and your food comes out pretty fast. We left with several to-go boxes. You won't leave there not satisfied.
