⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent place for a quick meal in a great location! The sandwiches are absolutely delicious – fresh ingredients, great bread and very tasty. Perfect spot to sit down, relax and enjoy good food while exploring the city. The atmosphere is very nice and the place looks beautiful. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty food, fast service and a nice place to eat.

Typical Italian Salumeria, doesn't get much attention but it covers all basics. They even have live demonstration & tastings.

I was starving after roaming about Rome for a long time and away from the various tourist traps, and then I discovered this shop. The shop is quite simple, with only two people working. I assumed no one was eating at this shop, yet there were a lot of Italians enjoying Panini. They were talking and singing together. I got a Panini and sat with them; the pricing was reasonable and the taste was fantastic, extremely wonderful. I absolutely enjoy dining with these Italians. And it turns out that the proprietor of this shop is a great singer, so they performed classic Italian songs together while watching Andrea Bocelli on TV. Many Italians arrived and went, and the majority of them ordered wine and panini. I felt that was a fantastic combo, but I can't drink because I have a low alcohol tolerance. I enjoy the ambiance in old shops like these because it makes us feel like we're truly in Italy.

Visited this place as four American tourists randomly. The bald man behind the counter took our orders and bade us to sit down and enjoy our food. He didn’t ask for money until we were comfortable and done eating. Granted, he was also quite busy with customers coming in for lunch and other tourists so he wasn’t really in a position to Settle the bill anyways. We ended up buying three Panini‘s and one plate of cured meat with pecorino. The price was very fair, at least compared to what I could get back home in Seattle (€75 for three paninis, a caprese pack, a plate of prosciutto & salumi & pecorino, five peach teas, and a whole salumi for me to take home to Seattle). As an American tourist with a very weak grasp of Italian, I did not get the feeling that the man behind the counter was rude at all. Reading the reviews of other patrons before posting my own, it feels that people can mistake a Stoic disposition as rudeness when in reality it’s just a man a work. Not a lot of bullshit and hustle, just a man taking my order, serving me, and smiling at the end. Hell, compared to the attitude people in Seattle can have towards me with a tip and a smile, I would welcome this man’s attitude any day of the week. I would recommend this place to anyone in my family and friends group, and I invite anybody reading this review to do the same. I like this place, and I think I’ll bring my family here when I come back to Rome.

Wow wow wow. We have been travelling in Italy for 6 weeks and have eaten a LOT of antipasto platters. This was by far the best! No doubt. There were three of us and we ordered a platter for two (we wanted to go out for dinner for after) but it was massive and we couldn't even finish it. The most amazing pork sausage, cold meats and cheeses. And the red wine that was recommended was the perfect accompaniment. Just go and enjoy the experience. And show a little enthusiasm guys!

We stumbled upon this place randomly and I’m so glad. With their limited English, my nonexistent Italian and a sprinkle of human connection this was probably my favorite place in Italy. We shared a glass of prosecco, a good pasta recipe and a life lesson when they threw out my teenage sons’ Mc Donald’s soda and replaced it with a bottle of cold Coca Cola, illustrating that quality food > junk food. It was awesome.

Great quality Italian sandwiches, full of flavor. Local vibe. Must try! Better than the ones with the long queue near the Pantheon.

Some notes from our last trip: We felt taken advantage of charged us so much by the time we were done They had: Wine, Cheese, salami ham pork ? He upcharged us on things to buy went in for wine and cheese & prosciutto got ham and 5 other things we didn't need.... Over $156 plus dollars later .... We did not expect to spend so much he definitely took advantage Not going back.....

As you enter this beautiful authentic shop , you are greeted with an older gentleman who takes much pride in his local produce and authenticity. Cheeses and salamis and the perfect place to grab lunch. I had the traditional mozzarella di bufala panini he toasted it on the spot and gave us so mamy tasters after and even free wine taste. I bought some homemade marinated olives forno woow the cheese was delicious fresh The panini bread was fresh and crispy. This place is absolutely amazing and the pictures speak for itself !! Woow when we are pack in Italy we will definitely be back here again wow !! Service friendly and food 5+++++++++++/ 5 Don't hesitate just get yourself a panini for me I already crave it

This was 2nd stop on our food tour. The table was already set and laid out for us. It was one of the best antipasti plates we've tried. Must stop by when in the areas. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

The porchetta sandwich is amazing (€15) but the owner will try to rip your head off if you add ANYTHING to it for additional flavor, olives, etc. I wouldn't visit again after this second time.

We were hungry. We wanted a little meaty cheesy snack. We asked the man behind the counter if he could throw us together a meat and cheese tray. He said he could and to have a seat. I was not prepared for the feast that he brought us. They have a great selection so I shouldn't have been surprised. It was amazing! I know he just made us a standard meat and cheese board, but I like to think he saw into my soul and made it just for me. This was the best charcuterie I've ever had. There was a mix of salamis and cured hams. There were hard cheeses and soft mozz. It was amazing. And our bill was only 20Euros! There was a steady stream of locals picking up sandwiches, meats, and cheeses. There were also folks buying packaged sweets. Service was friendly. Cute eating area. This was one of my favorite meals.

Friendly and English-speaking just off Piazza Navona. Packed with goodies, be it fresh cut meat, bread, cheese, desserts, pasta, chocolates. You name it. It's not the cheapest place in town, for sure, but it's all quality.

This is a very nice shop we just stumbled across near our hotel. There are many great food options and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
