REASONABLY PRICED delicious Italian foods with a variety of sauces. The service is amazing! It was evening and I didn’t see any kids but above that - all young women at one table, senior couples at another and mid-40’s at most. Elegant music in the background added to the atmosphere.

Casa’s is a Fort Wayne staple. Most people love eating at Casa’s. I found the experience less than desirable. The food was fairly cold when I got it which for pasta is not pleasant. The prices and quantity matched up. The server was really green and hadn’t had good training. He messed up our order cause he didn’t write it down. Food took a long while. Had to wait for water a lot. Just not worth my time. Oh…and the space was pretty loud.

The food was good, the staff was friendly but seemed.... distracted. The restaurant was very messy. Several tables needed to be bussed and there was food and trash on much of the floor area.

11.4.25 Update from my visit a week ago. Second time that my entree wasn't piping hot or reasonably hot. Even after reminding the manager of my experience the prior week, my lasagna wasn't hot. Sorry but no third trip for me. The service was a sharp decline from last week (different waitress). Don't sit me next to a large party that obviously ranked much higher than me. A simple glass of ice water shouldn't take better than 5 minutes. I expected much better from Casa Ristorante. Even a franchise restaurant knows that serving the meal HOT is key. BTW-Thanks for comping my beer. 10.29.25 The taste was amazing! The service was superb! The restaurant was clean, the price was reasonable. Thank you Melody L for recommending the excellent side dish. I think I found my "go-to" Italian restaurant while I'm working in town.

Google
We had an amazing experience at Casa. Our waitress Kris was extremely nice, super helpful with the menu, and very accommodating with all of our special requests. She made everything easy and enjoyable. Daniel was also incredible he checked in on us throughout the meal and had a genuinely great conversation with us. His energy and hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, the service was top-tier and we left really impressed. Highly recommend!

Best Lasagna I’ve had in a long time! Amazing staff, service and I came back a second time. . . Just to get the key lime cheesecake!

Google
This place just isn’t Casa’s of the past. I had the meatloaf special. The flavor was really good. But it was served to me lukewarm at best. Don’t bother ordering an old fashioned. It was like drinking koolaid. Not a real old fashioned by any means. Their salads and bread are not as good as they once were. Fruit flies were dive bombing our table the entire time. It was all very disappointing. That being said our server was sweet and did a good job.

Google
Our family has enjoyed many meals from Casa over the years but the past few times we've been in, we've been disappointed. The wait staff have been less than attentive and we've had to sit at our table for several minutes before getting a menu. Getting a drink refill was also a challenge. Trying to get a box for leftovers nearly impossible. It's too bad because the food has been good.

Yelp
Casa has been around for forever! It has been a landmark on the south west. Today my wife had spaghetti and meatballs and a salad. She liked both. I had bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella and plenty of of olive oil. Pam did an excellent job and we were glad to have her at or server. We will return.

Yelp
The Casa salad is always, but the filet mignon skewers were horrible. There were 3 skewers on a plate (no onions), they looked like 3 turds. It would have helped, if they had been put them on lettuce leaf or something. They were so heavily seasoned, I could barely eat. The meat was wonderful, it did not need to be covered with anything, but a little seasoning. The pasta was fine. The next day, just smelling the skewers, I couldn't eat them. It was a disappointing meal, I would try it again, if I could get the delicious filet mignon with no seasoning.

Yelp
My Husband and I grew up here, and this is still our favorite spot when we visit family. The casa salad and Quattro Formaggi are always amazing I even ordered five to take back to FL! Already missing this place after only two visits this week.

Yelp
We experienced very friendly service and a nice ambience at this restaurant while visiting the small city. The vibe was very family oriented. The roasted veggies were the best thing we ate. I also enjoyed a bite of my dates chicken, it was really good. I didn't enjoy the crab lasagna rolls, however. The bottoms of the rolls were burnt and crunchy. The sauce neither looked appealing nor tasted flavorful. I ordered an Aperol Spitz that was very tasty and put me in a festive mood.

Yelp
The best Italian food and great steaks . They do need work on the bread ! Every Italian dish is fabulous!

Craig D.

Yelp
Casa used to be the best in FW. It's gone downhill. The service is rough. The last 3 visits included us reminding the server we were missing items like salads and apps. This last one, the spaghetti parm came out more like a soup (barely any noodles) and all we got was "sorry about that." Things happen but it's regular at this point so here we are.

Yelp
I've written reviews on several of the Fort Wayne area Casa's restaurants, and the reviews are always very positive - this one included. A good restaurant experience doesn't have to be complicated, as long as the restaurant focuses on the basics: Food: Casa's does not serve authentic Italian, but that's okay. Authentic Italian isn't why people come here. The food, while not overly seasoned and flavorful, is very satisfying and filling. I'm not proud of this, but I once drove 2 hours from Indy to Ft. Wayne, just to get their salad. Portion sizes are large, and that alone makes Casa's stand out in a world of "shrinkflation". Most dine-in customers leave with a take-home box. Service: We've always had great service here. Again, all that's needed is a focus on the basics. Don't make me beg for drink refills, and don't force a single server to wait on 20 tables. Casa's always gets this right. Ambiance: Every Casa's restaurant I've ever visited was always clean and nicely decorated. And, most importantly, they seem to avoid eardrum-crushing loud music. I give extra points and high-fives to Casa's solely on that basis. From the bottom of my heart, thanks for not forcing me to shout above 90-decibel obnoxious music and for not giving me tinnitus.

Yelp
I can't believe after living in this area most of my life, I just experienced Casa Italian Ristorante for the first time. Have always heard good things about it, but I've always had my favorites that took precedence. Went Saturday. Arrived at opening time. It didn't take long for more people to arrive. The appearance on the outside would not be what I would consider inviting, and the interior looked as though it was at one time a fancy dining area. Ceiling looked like it could use some work (sagging in areas). But we were seated next to a window that provided a nicer view and a more intimate location within the restaurant. Our server arrived shortly (friendly and helpful) and brought two loaves of bread and oil and shredded Parmesan Cheese. The bread looked amazing. I'm a bread lover. So I was excited to get a slice and enjoy. Sadly, the bread was dry and crumbled when picked up. I thought the oil and Parmesan mixture would soak it up and make it better. It.... Did not. Once known to have incredible bread, their provider went out of business during cOvId. A sad casualty. I hope they can find a better supplier soon. Spouse ordered the Classic Lasagne. I ordered the Chicken Parm. Our server said that lunch menu was available. I was surprised, given it was a Saturday. Very nice surprise. We ordered two Caesar salads and I also had pasta with mushrooms and white sauce as a side. They serve Pepsi products, and while we love Pepsi, we don't waste calories on drinks as a rule(not a fan of their Diet Pepsi). So we opted for water. The Caesar salads were exceptional. Perfect portion size and great mixture of ingredients. Spouse was impressed with the lasagne. The chicken parm was perfectly made and so tasty. I was surprised to see that the pasta used for the side was shells and not Alfredo noodles. But the first bite had me hooked. For the first three bites. Then... one flavor became the dominant taste throughout the rest of the pasta. I couldn't put my finger on it, but when my spouse said my breath smelled of onion, it finally made sense. The flavors in the white sauce just didn't seem to "become acquainted" with one another. Touted for being the oldest Italian restaurant in Fort Wayne, I had hoped for better. The best part? Both meals came to just right at $24. Can't eat at a fast food joint for that anymore. Would I give it another go? Possibly. I just think there are others out there that are better. Sadly, didn't get any pics of the meals. If we do go back, I'll take some and do another review including pics.

Yelp
The food was excellent, love the pizza and the salad here!! The service at the pickup window is always friendly and fast. Great place to dine in or carry out!

Yelp
While in town on business, we joined local family for dinner here. Eight of us thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We ordered 2 large bowls of salad for the table which whetted our appetites nicely. Most ordered one of the baked pasta dishes - spaghetti or penne - and all were very satisfied, including portions to take home. For my part, I enjoyed the Linguine Fruiti de Mare with clams, mussels, crabmeat and shrimp. The wine pours were hefty and the Super Tuscan was a suitable table wine. A nice Italianesque atmosphere and efficient service.

Yelp
We had a little over 10 people and we were here from 5:30 to 9 a clock. It took over half an hour for them to take our order for DRINKS and then over an hour for our food to come. Afterwards when we tried to pay it took an hour to separate the bills and then took each bill one by one. Food was Alr but probably not coming back. We had kids that had to be at a softball game for their tournament and they were late. (Good bread tho) that's what saved it .

Yelp
Casa never disappoints! The Casaburo family is amazing. They are wonderful hosts, and the food is delicious.

Yelp
I've eaten at Casa's for years and everything I've ever had was delicious! But this time I had the Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich for the first time and it was sooo good! I've recently tried a few of them around town during my last visit and this one was by far the best. Great flavor and nice crunch. The seasoning was perfect and the thickness was just right. It was so tasty! And of course salad was amazing as usual!! The service was also great and very friendly

Yelp
We ordered carry out Saturday night from Casas on Jefferson. One pasta linguine tutto mare, and one large salad with dressing on the side with bread. Cost: $38. Including tip. The salad was mushy like it had been microwaved or sat out for hours. We threw it away. The the pasta was barely better: There was no light butter sauce and it was very dry; maybe a tablespoon of sauce in the bottom. I called the restaurant and talked to the manager who said he was sorry. I asked to have the charge for the salad put on my credit card which he said he could not do. He said to bring the salad back to the restaurant for a credit. (a 12 mile round-trip for us.) This is not the Casa restaurant that I used to remember. High prices and downhill food.

Yelp
When my companion recommended we stop by Casa! on my visit to Fort Wayne, I was intrigued. He could not stop talking about the garlic knots. When the memory of food stays with you, it speaks a great deal about a place. Starting with the Caesar salad, I was hoping for a Caesar dressing with a lot of flavor. However, the flavor of the dressing was pretty tame. The lettuce was fresh, and the croutons were good, but the dressing wasn't quite up to par. With that said, the rest of the meal was really good. The garlic knots were fried, which I wasn't expecting. The melted butter and garlic added so much to the taste, which was phenomenal. I ordered chicken parmesan for my entree, which is one of my favorite meals. The cheese came out piping hot (which is definitely how I prefer it!) and the chicken was well-breaded and tasty. I can't say enough wonderful things about the mushroom risotto. It was flavorful, yet mild. I was very impressed with it. The ambiance of the restaurant reminded me of a few Italian "ristorantes" we have in North Carolina, but Casa! had its own flair. Our server was very upbeat and friendly. She allowed us to have time to eat, but made sure we had everything we needed, including several to-go boxes! When I return to town, I hope to stop by Casa! for another excellent meal.

Yelp
I am VERY disappointed in Casa. I have been going here my entire life and now that I live in California, I make it a point to eat here whenever I am back visiting. Two years ago, I lost my father and we held a gathering in their banquet hall following his funeral. It was fantastic. I wanted to schedule the same exact event this year as my mother passed away last month. I just got off the phone and was told I would have to collect everyone's money and pay with one check to use their banquet room. So on top of the grief of saying goodbye to my mom, they wouldn't let people pay separate checks like they did two years ago. I am heartbroken as I don't know what I am going to do now.

Yelp
Whenever I get back home to Fort Wayne for a visit, a meal at Casa is a must! My absolute favorite is the toasted ravioli. So delicious and I always have to ask for extra marinara because it's amazing. And the famous Casa Salad is a given. Love that they are able to make mine without cheese. Our server was fantastic and gave us great drink recommendations. I was feeling festive and went with an Italian Margarita because it sounded fun. It has amaretto so it was sweet as expected but balanced and delicious. The Jefferson Blvd location is my favorite. The dining room is cozy and rustic and fits the Italian ristorante vibe. 5 stars Everytime.

Yelp
Best thing about Casa Restaurant is the salad & bread sticks. Server was great. Floors under tables can be cleaned.

Kathryn S.

Yelp
We hosted a private event at the Casa Ristorante Banquet Room for 40 people. Katy and her team were outstanding! The room was set up correctly well in advance of our group. The round tables for 6 made conversation easy. From drinks to appetizers to entrees, everything was perfection! It was so humbling seeing Katy take care of every detail for all 40 of us, while makingb it look so easy (which I know it was anything but easy). Everyone thanked us for such a wonderful event, but Katy was the real superhero! This is definitely not our last time using the Banquet Room.

Yelp
I try to give them a fair chance but lately the food has disappointed. The bread was entirely way too hard and dry. The pasta was okay but nothing special, under seasoned and over sauced. The salad is usually my favorite thing here but usually it is too overdressed and does not seem fresh. My husband had the Italian sub and it was great. The service was kind but overall usually ordinary experiences here lately and nothing to go out of your way for.

David D.

Yelp
As soon as you walk in the door, the incredible smells for the kitchen warn of a great experience. I have eaten there many times, and I am always impressed by the level of service, the way they make you feel like family and strive to make each experience better than the previous time. People ask me what is so special about Casa's, and I tell them it's like your grandma is in the kitchen making it just for you - the way you like it. And with only the love grandma could do it. So, when you want great Italian food like grandma makes, stop by and reward yourself.

Joes W.

Yelp
Had not been to a casa in a long time. Won't be going back anytime soon. Ordered drinks. Waitress ask if we are ready to order. No not ready to order. Comes back a while later. Ready to order. Like to have our drinks before we order. Comes back again. Ready to order? No drinks yet. Goes to get our drinks. We order entrees. Order another drink when first drink arrives because it took so long. Second drink took forever to arrive. Service was terrible. What is Casa known for the delicious salad right. Appetizers came. While still eating the apps our entrees came. No salad ever came out. So as they are delivering the entree we are like we have not even had our salads yet. She like I'm sorry let me go grab them as our apps and entrees are piled up on the table. We both say lets just have the salad to go then. Salads arrive boxed faster than anything else has arrived. Waitress set the boxed salads on the table and walks off. Our table is literally staked with crap now. Food was ok. The place was dead too so no excuse for the terrible slow service. A restaurant being dead on a Saturday night is a red flag right? Not our waitress but one serving the table next to us smelled of cigarettes super strong and dirty diaper. One of the worst dining experience I have ever had $120 before tip down the toilet. Ugh ...

Yelp
We always look for wood-fired oven pizza when traveling. This one was short distance from our motel so we took a chance. Excellent pizza and house salad. Had veggie and tutti pizzas plus Peroni draft and Pepsi. Owner and staff very friendly. Highly recommend. Will be back next time in Fort Wayne.

Ray B.

Yelp
Good solid food, great service, prices are reasonable. I wholly recommend this place.

D K.

Yelp
Their hours currently say they're closed but they're open! I told our waitress and she told the manager. I hope this place makes it! The Casa in Indy closed. The food was good. Service was a little slow, but the waitress was nice and knowledgeable. Ambiance seems needs an update. Even our 12 year old mentioned the ceiling tiles are very dusty.
google avatar

Lex B.

Yelp
Not like it use to be. Dumbed downed and short cuts took put into this pasta meal. Just not like it use to be. No more good bread, skimpier portions, microwaved tasting and prices fit for a King. Use to be really good. Kind of tough now to say it's awesome. I think I would rather go to Olive garden or Ziano's. 10 Years ago I wouldn't say the same. Casa use to be really good with good bread served and better salad for sure. Now it's skimpy with less of the good stuff in it. Dumbed down. The bread use to be kind of that hard good old fashioned bread that you loved to smear the real butter on, now it's some soft grocery store 99 cent stuff. Where did we go wrong?

Yelp
Coming home for the holidays. This was the "fancy" prom restaurant of my youth. Usually avoid it when visiting as it's really just overpriced pasta served by underpaid servers. Decided to give it a try - but ordered take out as my family informed me none of the patrons and probably many of the staff would be un-masked and possibly unvaccinated. Waited 30 min longer for my pick up than I was told. Food was mediocre as I remember. Hammered salmon bone dry (oh and with several actual bones left in) and overcooked yet still sold at NYC prices. And even in my long wait at the entrance I still worried I'd bring more than just food home to my immunocompromised mom. 2 hrs later update: After spending the last 6 months in Mexico City - I've finally had a meal that sent me running to the bathroom. Enough said.

Yelp
Casa! Ristorante was unimpressive to stay the least. I would not call myself a food snob by any means but I found the flavor to be lacking. I came with a friend on a Friday night, around 7pm and was able to get right in. Between us, we ordered stuffed shells and Pollo Romano and shared both meals. The thing that bothered me most about the flavor was the sweetness of the tomato sauce in both dishes. It was strange and something I couldn't get past. The meal came with bread that included oil and grated parmesan cheese. Usually I like bread with oil but the only seasoning was the grated cheese and plain black pepper. Everything was just "meh". The restaurant felt very run down and didn't have a clean feel to it. The women's restroom felt especially dirty and outdated. On a positive note, our waiter - RJ, was extremely attentive and friendly.

Joy C.

Yelp
Our server was excellent. So friendly and because the food for our friends was taking a long time, she took our salads back so we could have fresh salads to eat with our friends when their food arrived. Rosemary was her name. Casa is so busy, the parking lot is always full. Food is excellent.
google avatar

Charity P.

Yelp
Came here to eat with gf. Was greeted right away and given a booth. Waitress was nice but very slow on checking on us and ordering due to bar being being quite busy from regular customer's birthday being celebrated. In turn, felt regular customers got priority. Food was good but not original in Italian flavor that I would expect. I could tell sauce is fresh but not cooked for long period of time. Believe me, I can my own sauce and I cook it a long time to get that special flavor. Prices are very reasonable for amount of food and drinks. If on a budget this place does have good food for the price and amount. However, the service might be a bit slow depending on who and situation.

Dale D.

Yelp
I haven't eaten here often but several times. I don't know if others might share my view but, it's decent Italian food and a few steps above Olive Garden which I don't really consider real Italian food. If you're satisfied with the Olive Garden,! you'll probably enjoy this better.
google avatar

Jennifer G.

Yelp
My main course (chicken Palermo) was delicious- though the side salad was quite wilted and the pasta had a mushroom cream sauce I've never had before (& it was quite bland). The waitress was lovely (as was the hostess). This was another restaurant recommended to me by locals (it could be that I'm 1/2 Italian and spoiled by the Italian food of my family (and the restaurants where I live).

Sharen G.

Yelp
We had phenomenal service! While our entrees were not up to par, the staff went above beyond to take care of the issue-

Yelp
New bread is yucky. Big disappointment. I knew right away something was wrong. They stated the original company "Indiana Bread Co" went out of business but I feel they could have tried harder to find a comparable product. This doesn't even taste like italian bread. It reminds of a low carb bland bread. Try harder Casa please, I beg you. If I had to guess, I would guess this bread was cheeper. Big disappointment. Casas

Vicki C.

Yelp
I ordered the baked mostaccioli and it wasn't so baked. Yes the top had a blanket of cheese on it but once you cut thru that it was so over sauced and under baked it was like soup. The pasta was hard and stuck together. They missed the concept of baked. The bread is terrible too for an Italian restaurant. It used to be one of my favorite go to restaurants but it's been hit or miss and more of a miss lately.

Yelp
So disappointed in our recent trip. I usually by-pass the chain, so I refused Olive Garden, by way of Casa. I didn't even hesitate because the bread and salad was always a win, my eating experience has never been bad. Until today. Now that we live out of town, the only thing I wanted was Casa. We called to check reservations and were told "no wait to 45 minutes. " What does that even mean? We showed up, party of 5, we werent greeted at the door, we weren't acknowledged. Ok, new staff, I get it. We sat down ordered, received our starters. Waitress brought my husband the wrong drink, water, no problem, he'll drink it. Then she never came back. Something tasted off, either olive oil or the cheese. Disappointed. My small salad had just as much brown lettuce and edible lettuce. I only ate half. Food arrives, my mom never received her salad. Couldn't find the waitress. No one stops by our table. No one acknowledges anyone but their own tables. So bizarre. Finally she brings my mom's salad. We get a bag and take it to go, with the bill. Sadly, I guess I'll have to find a new restaurant.

Yelp
Really not very good at all. Basically fast food quality Italian goop priced high. Bread...awful and hard like it was stale. Carbonara..glue-like goo. Wine options should have been embarrassing. The waitstaff was complaining about everything when she showed up to the table to take our order.

Yelp
My family didn't want to cook for our family get together so our large party came to Casa. The service was AMAZING! We expected a delay or minor mishaps because our party was so large but we had NO issues. All of our food was hot, correct, and delicious. I have a gluten allergy and expected to get my food late but it came out with everyone else's! Plus it was amazing! The waitress was so sweet and let me know that they also have gluten free cheesecake. Amazing!

Yelp
I would normally rate this location very highly but today for lunch they really disappointed me! I understand they are slammed for lunch, that's not the issue. We put our name in for the wait, which we were told wouldn't be long. But while we are waiting a couple comes in and apparently they knew the manager and were seated immediately. Apparently you need a connection to get fair service here!

Apurva C.

Yelp
Casa is a Fort Wayne institution from what I understand. They have a pretty broad variety of conventional Italian dishes. We had the pork mac and cheese and chicken marsala with sides of roasted vegetables and linguine between us. The linguine had a garlic butter which was flavorful while being light enough. I've had chicken marsala at a number of Italian restaurants - this is the first place to serve with bell peppers instead of mushrooms - but what do I know? The marsala sauce itself was decent but nothing special. The pork itself was very tender and flavorful and the Mac & cheese was adequate. The bread wasn't super fresh but was complementary. Would I choose to dine on another Fort Wayne visit? .. not on my accord since there are so many high quality restaurants to choose from.

Yelp
Had lunch here a week ago. Really enjoyed it, thought it was a great lunch deal. Good portions, good food and great service.

Yelp
This is probably my favorite Italian restaurant in town! The restaurant is large with plenty of seating. There is a bar area, as well, if you are looking for a more intimate feel. They also have a private room that is available to rented out for parties. You can always count on two things when you come here, consistent service and food quality. The staff is always friendly, professional and attentive. You can always count on a carb load when you come here. Fresh bread is delivered to your table. They also have beer, wine and full bar service available. A few of my favorite entrees from the menu include pasta con verdura and mostaccioli al forno. Remember how I said carb load? Dishes come in HUGE portions and you will easily have leftovers. But they always taste fresh and full of flavor. Four solid stars for Casa in my book!

Yelp
Once you've had food in Italy, practically anything in the US is uncompareable but I feel generous with 3 stars on this review. Let me preface this by saying I haven't had a good experience in Casa's in along time. In fact last 3 have just been plain below average. So many food inconsistencies, and slow service. But we were here for a fundraiser event and there were some bright spots. We were sat fairly quickly but it took about 15 minutes for our server to even greet us and get a drink order And another 5-10 to actually get the drinks. Being in the industry for 10+ yrs, I just find that unacceptable. I watched other tables who came in after us get there good before we even had a chance to order. Once he got everything together our servers table maintenance was good. Refills and extras were prompt so I just took it as he got double sat and allowed himself to get behind. It happens. Food: I ordered pork chops and they were monstrous. Good sauce. Ordered risotto as side.. Tasted like it was drown in a cream of mushroom soup...don't recommend. Italian vegetables were excellent. Tried my kids chicken Alfredo. Not a fan. Heavy, heavy ricotta taste. The Wedding soup was amazing. Casa salads are legendary so no issues there.

Yelp
Cheap Italian food. It's really hard to go wrong here. Love their brick oven pizzas and their classic dishes like spaghetti & meatballs are the best. If you go here you MUST get Casa's signature salad. It's their best salad and the large easily feeds 3-4 people (big servings). Their baked pastas are better than the stovetop pastas. I tried the Pollo Romano and wasn't that impressed - it was a very small piece of cheese crusted chicken over a ridiculously large amount of noodles. Meh. But 4 stars alone just for their great gluten-free pasta menu. Been coming here for years and never had a bad experience eating off the gluten-free menu. Love it and will be back!

Yelp
This is close to my work so I visit often. I'm a sucker for a good soup and salad though no matter where I'd have to go to get it. Must Try: Italian Wedding Soup Casa Salad and add Grilled Chicken. Baked Spaghetti New York Style Cheesecake with Raspberry Couli

Yelp
If you want burnt chicken instead of grilled and burnt fish as grilled fish then this is the perfect place to go. We had the worst dinner. They need to change the way the kitchen staff is trained or at least stop serving burnt food to kids.

Yelp
Usually love this place and would rave about the soup and salad but both weren't impressive at all this last visit. Both of our pastas were great however. Staff is always above and beyond.

Yelp
Not good Italian food. I grew up in a huge Italian family, learning old world family recipes, enjoying family get togethers, eating some of the best authentic Italian food. And, I get that different regions cook things differently - just like here in America - one family may make meatloaf one way, while another does something different. BUT, Casa is some of the worst Italian food I've ever had. They've CLEARLY changed their recipes. We loved going to the original Casa D'Angelo when I was a kid, and the food was fabulous. But, as the Casaburo kids have taken over, they seem to not care about authenticity. Casa's sauce taste like plain tomato sauce, straight out of the can, with nothing added. And, their salad - used to be one of Fort Wayne's best to offer, now isn't worth the gas wasted to drive to any of the restaurants. Last time we were there when my niece was visiting, the bread wasn't even the same they've served for decades.Their Alfredo sauce tasted like paste. My mom just met friends for lunch and got sausage & peppers. She said there was barely any sausage and peppers in her sauce. This place is not good anymore. You'll find better pasta at Liberty Diner.
