A top of the line department store in the heart of St Petersburg. Top brands products. Great and very friendly staff

Beautiful building of early 20th Century Department store. With the store being in the lower few floors. The upper floors are used for education. The basement has a very good supermarket named Prism. Very accessible location. The store itself has very limited selection when compared to modern dept stores in at Nevsky Central like Stockmann. The spire on top looks like the Medical Symbol - Caduceus ; maybe there is some meaning to it .

A great department store with local and international brands. Awesome souvenirs and great cosmetics selection. The interior is simply wonderful, the art nouveau spirit is still in the air. A total must-go if you’re planning to do some shopping in town.

Beautiful but usually empty department store. Quite expensive for Saint Petersburg, but at the same time the items are unique and definitely worth checking out. Also there is a hermitage bookshop, where you can buy books about art in Russian/English/other languages, the upside is that it’s much less crowded then the one at the Hermitage.

This department store is known in St. Petersburg as a favorite place for local fashionistas, wealthy men and their VIP ladies. If you know what I mean. In most cases, clothing prices here are above average or high. But sometimes prices, for example for shoes, are about the same as at Farfetch and other online stores. There are a lot of clothes here. Cosmetics brands is also inside. In my non-professional opinion, the choice of cosmetics is small. There is also huge selection of home decorations, the price range is very wide. Here you can find a miniature antique figurine for $ 1000, or a wall clock for $ 5000. To my surprise, and according to my personal feelings, fashionistas loves DLT more. Which is also known for its high prices. But this store is still good place to go if you’re wealthy person.

One of my favorite concept stores in Saint Petersburg. Trendy fresh brands, beautiful building and interiors, not so crowdy especially on working days.

Building "Au Pount Rouge" or at the Red Bridge over Moyka River. Red bridge exists since 1737 but present one was constructed out of cast-iron by Russian Architect William Hastie (1753-1832) in1808-1814. Hastie was born in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 but found new Fatherland in Russia 🇷🇺 as many other Scotsmen. Uber chic and expensive warehouse. Newly renovated. Certainly worth a look - but hard to see who would really be shopping here.
