The service here was exceptionally friendly, with staff making a genuine effort to speak English, which I greatly appreciated. I purchased tea as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law, who is a tea enthusiast, and the experience was wonderful. Upon entering, I was offered a tea sample, which set the tone for the visit. The shop has an impressive selection of loose teas, as well as teas in satchels, catering to all preferences. I also treated myself to a freshly made tea to go. The store itself is impeccably designed, with well-organized shelves and detailed descriptions of the teas, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The ambiance and setup reminded me of Teavana back in the States. This is a must-visit for tea lovers!

My husband and I had such a wonderful date here! The staff are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the many different teas they have in store. We did the tea tasting and enjoyed the whole experience - as two people not supr familiar with the intricacies of tea, we learned a lot and appreciated the complexities of tea varieties, roasts, and ages. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Quebec city!

Best tea store in all of Quebec. They've got everything you could ever want in every format you could ever want. They're also really nice with the samples. If you like tea even a bit, definitely go.

What a tremendous tea experience! We loved talking through the different teas with the friendly and helpful staff, loved looking around the beautiful store at all the tea accessories on offer. But the real highlight was sitting at the bar, watching the careful process that goes into making each pot of tea. This is a real treat for any tea lover, and I would highly recommend!

The staff is very knowledgeable about the tea and you can tell that they really care about the art of drinking tea! Each tea was quite affordable and it’s very relaxing. It’s also a great place to buy tea sets and loose leaf teas. I would love to come back here to relax.

I stopped in this tea shop after breakfast while passing by, and I’m so glad I did! They have an amazing selection of loose-leaf teas, along with packaged options, drinkware, and all the tools you’d need to make the perfect cup. It was such a fun place to browse, and I even found a few Christmas gifts while I was there. I grabbed a chai latte to go, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, warm, and perfectly spiced. The shop itself is spotless, and the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made some great recommendations and really knew their stuff. If you’re into tea or just looking for unique gifts, this is a must-visit spot. I’ll definitely be back!

I was browsing some shops in the area and took a break here. Had a pot of a really nice rooibos, I think it was the Wupperthal. The tea is served already prepared, you just need to pour it. They sell sweets too but I couldn't try them because I was on my way to a nearby pâtisserie. The place has a very peaceful atmosphere, a spa vibe if you will, and the employees are helpful. Of course, they have an enormous variety of teas for you to buy and take home.

Staff always helpful, kind and able to explain which teas are which. The ambiance, however, used to nice and cozy. Used to. The change from a teahouse to their new comparative tasting model, akin to their Montreal house, is a huge letdown for me. I used to come and sit to enjoy a cup of tea that I would choose, but it seems like it is no longer possible. I am deeply disappointed by this decision, and will, from now on, order my tea still from them, but online, as it is more practical than going to the store since I cannot enjoy a cup of my favourite blends after buying my leaves anymore.

Located in the more eastern part of the St. Roch district. They have a partnership with 5 other tea companies called the Tea Studio, which has a series of tea originating from Southern India in the Nilgiri region, where all the tea leaves are managed by a community of women that are paid a living wage. The teas here are organic, fair trade, and or either: vegetal, floral, fruity, woody, earthy, or spicy. From the lightest and sweetest white teas, to sencha or matcha green teas, to wulong teas, to black teas, and even lattes, this place caters to restaurants and other Cafés here in Quebec. About 200 tins of tea line up the wall behind the counter. The little tea house has a small sit down area where there is peaceful, naturist music in the background. My matcha soy milk latte was really well done. The usual bitterness from the matcha is balanced out by the sweeter taste of the soy milk. My beau likes a stronger tea, so he ordered the Manzi Hong Cha, which is a black tea with leaves from 80 year-old trees. Both teas soothed us right away. Perfect for cooler Autumn or colder Winter weather. The host is bilingual and super knowledgeable of all the teas here. Upon arriving, he asked us if we wanted to sit down or to buy tea to go. Once seated, he immediately gave us a menu with all of the history and origin of their teas, followed by a description of their taste and qualities, and also a sample of tea on the house. I am so in love with Quebec City. Everywhere you go, there is Québécois French and still everyone here is pretty fluent in English as well, and the service is just impeccable. I felt welcomed here. Great place to relax. Highly would recommend if visiting Quebec City and you are a tea lover!!

We where walking around and it was a little cold day, we wanted something hot and found this place!! I love tea so I was happy to be able to try something new. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products, the tea is amazing and the place is very nice and comfy, we didn't have much space in our luggage but decide to buy a box with different teas to try out what we like, I was happy to hear that they ship anywhere in Canada!!! If you are close by stop here you won't regret it if you like tea!!!

I had such a great time doing a traditional tea here! The tea baristas really seemed to know what they were doing. My matcha latte with soy milk was indistinguishable from a regular whole milk matcha latte which is usually my go to. That just proves they are working with great ingredients primarily tea. The english breakfast blend was served with a side of sugar and some cookies were both perfect for the tea. Peaceful and beautiful with an adorable tea set. In a word? perfect. I ended up buying some tea to have a little slice of peace at home.
