Leila Restaurant is a beautiful Mediterranean spot in West Palm Beach that delivers a consistently enjoyable dining experience. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels warm, inviting, and relaxed whether you’re seated indoors or on the outdoor terrace. It’s the kind of place that works well for date nights, family dinners, or hosting friends from out of town. The food is clearly made with care and attention to flavor. The grilled meats are a highlight especially the chicken and lamb, which are well-seasoned, tender, and cooked properly. The appetizers are solid across the board, with hummus, baba ghanoush, and mezze plates that are fresh and satisfying. Portions are generous, and most dishes feel worth the price, especially if you enjoy authentic Mediterranean flavors. Service is friendly and welcoming, and you can tell the staff genuinely wants guests to have a good experience. While service can slow down a bit during busy dinner hours, the staff remains attentive and polite. The belly dancing entertainment in the evenings adds a fun and festive touch, making the experience feel more special without overwhelming the dining atmosphere. The only reason this isn’t a full five stars is that pricing can feel a little high on certain dishes, and consistency can vary slightly depending on how busy the restaurant is. That said, the overall experience is still very positive, and Leila remains a reliable go-to for quality Mediterranean food in Palm Beach. If you’re looking for great grilled dishes, a cozy atmosphere, and an authentic Mediterranean dining experience with entertainment, Leila is definitely worth visiting and a place many guests happily return to.

This is a nice place for office lunches as well as family dinners. The kababs and falafel are fabulous. My favorite in the area.

Leila's: Exceptional Service and a Mediterranean Dream in Palm Beach Leila's Restaurant is an absolute gem in Palm Beach. If you're looking for truly excellent Mediterranean food, look no further. From the vibrant flavors of their dips and salads to the perfectly seasoned grilled entrees, every dish we tried was fresh, authentic, and completely satisfying. The quality of the cuisine alone makes Leila's a must-visit destination. However, the food is only half the story; the service is phenomenal. The team at Leila's demonstrated hospitality that went far beyond expectation. We were a party of five hoping to dine a bit earlier than usual. Without hesitation, the staff cheerfully opened their doors a full 30 minutes before their regular opening hour just to ensure we could be accommodated. This level of dedication is incredibly rare and instantly turned a great dining experience into an unforgettable one. The staff treats you like family, ensuring every need is met with warmth and professionalism. If you value high-quality, authentic Mediterranean cuisine backed by a management and team that consistently goes the extra mile, you absolutely must visit Leila's. They’ve earned every one of these five stars!

The biggest reason for the two stars is not the taste but the price. The falafel was dry (seemed baked not fried) and contained no herbs (no green insight), among the less good falafel I have had but that did not motivate this review. I am coming from Germany where there is very good mediterranean food due to the mass immigration of people from the Arab world. I am familiar with this cuisine. 3 slices of halloumi for around $16. I can get 5 bags for that price at Aldi. I was flabbergasted. The lemon and ginger for $8 was a tea bag like the ones from Publix. No real ginger or lemon. Again flabbergasted. I guess they cater to the Palm Beach crowd who doesn’t care about price and is ignorant to this kind if cuisine. Anyone familiar be ware. High prices not in correspondence with the quality or quantity. Great service and a lovely place inside.

Yesterday I picked up dinner for 2. Celebrating meeting a Lebanese friend after 4 yrs, it was a special occasion. Extremely disappointed. We chose Veg. options. Tabouli, hummus, baba ganouge, peta bread, and kanafee for dessert. Taoubli was high in salt and too much lemon. Dessert was inedible, humus and baba ganouge were OK as was the pita bread. Price was around $55. Two us could not finish it, and we know the portions are not huge. I am going to throw away the rest, and I dislike throwing away food. Not, good enough to give to anyone. The ambiance seemed nice. However, food was pretty bad. And, we have had Mediterranean many times. Too bad. Will not be returning here. It was precious time with a dear friend, which was priceless...and ruined by the dinner.

Absolutely outstanding! This Mediterranean restaurant is a true gem. The food is bursting with authentic flavors fresh, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Every dish feels like it’s made by with passion and care. The service is just as impressive warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Even the owners go above and beyond; they’re incredibly professional, kind, and treat every guest with the highest standard of hospitality. A perfect combination of great food and exceptional service—highly recommended!

Google
We had the best experience at this restaurant. We had falafels to start, two main entrees and baklava for dessert. It was the best baklava I’ve ever had! Rich in flavour yet light and fluffy. The turkish coffee was the perfect way to end the meal. The server was polite and welcoming & the food was incredible. Please try out this restaurant! We will be back!

Google
It takes a lot for me to write a review but I am super impressed with the food at this place. The chicken was the absolute best I’ve ever had. Not dry, cooked to perfection. I’m down for a hunting and fishing trip and stumbled on this place by accident. What an amazing establishment. The host, waitress staff everyone was just top notch. I will be back 💪💪💪

Yelp
We live in downtown West Palm and there are many good restaurants, however Leila's is one of our very favorites. The staff is very courteous and professional, the ambiance is very nice with both indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed starting with specialty cocktails. The chicken and the beef kabobs are alway amazing and the belly dancers add a wonderful twist to the evening's experience! I highly recommend you go enjoy everything they have to offer! Yelp
I stumbled upon this little place in West Palm Beach and love Mediterranean food upon entering the restaurant was very clean. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. I ordered the gyro and was quite disappointed. There was four razor, thin pieces of meat in it in a big giant pita with tons of lettuce and dressing. It was comical to see the little strips of meat, which is not even close to some of the Greek restaurants I dine in Lantana. I probably won't go back

Yelp
Leila's is a fun Mediterranean restaurant. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The service is excellent and the owner of the restaurant typically does the rounds around the restaurant to check in on the customers. They have bellydancing shows on the weekend which adds a nice touch to the dinning experience. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic dinner or a nice group gathering. The food is typically fresh and delicious. I had the grilled garlic shrimp with the Leila's salad very tasty. It's always a fun dining experience at Leila's.

Yelp
Love love love this place!!! Our waiter Constantine was so attentive and friendly. Sitting outside is wonderful! The food is delicious. We love the kibbeh nayyeh and the rack of lambs are some of the best I've ever had! A must in WPB!

Yelp
Ordered lunch from Leila for a work lunch and everything was perfect! Everyone's order was correct and labeled, which made for easy distribution. The order was delivered on time. Food was delicious! Everyone who orders the chicken kebab said it was super tender and well seasoned. The beef tips were tender and flavorful. Couscous was slightly sweet and well cooked. Overall great experience, will definitely order again.

Yelp
Came in for lunch while up in West Palm Beach. Pleasantly surprised with the restaurant. The food was delicious. We had grape leaves, hummus, and beef kafta kebobs. . All outstanding. Definitely will return, and highly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
Go to Leila now! Where to begin? Me and my three coworkers had business in Palm Beach today and were looking for a good lunch spot. One is on the Atkins Diet in this place looks like a good choice with plenty of meat and salad. Plus, all of us love Middle Eastern food. We were not disappointed. Parking was easy. We were greeted promptly and the staff was so friendly. The space is quaint and clean and quite welcoming. The food was definitely the highlight. I had the chicken kebab lunch with couscous salad, and a side of hummus. Everything was absolutely perfect. The chicken was cooked and seasoned exactly as it should be. All of my coworkers loved with their lunches as well. I'm definitely bringing my husband back here. I cannot say enough about the food and the service. Would love to come and watch the belly dancing too. What a great experience!

Yelp
Nice quaint location with friendly server. We came for lunch and the food was pretty good. E had fish, gyro, lamb, & chicken. The fries were a little over cooked and the side Greek salad was very small for the uncharge price. Overall pretty good location and food. We all enjoyed most of the dishes, especially the appetizer that came with hummus, babaganoush, grape leaves, and falafel.

Yelp
Amazing family-owned Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. The best cuisine of this type in all of Palm Beach County. The family who owns this establishment could not be more accommodating, kind and sweet. Highly, highly! Recommended.

Yelp
Been here two times. Delicious and great service both times! A true gem in west palm beach

Yelp
The food is awesome!! We ordered for delivery for lunch. I had the Shish Tawook dinner which came with 2 large skewers of chicken cooked to perfection. It had the taste of having been bbq'd which I LOVED and a variety of grilled vegetables such as to zucchini yellow squash onions and tomatoes. Took home half for dinner. Very good food. I highly recommend. I haven't been to the location but I hear they have lovely outdoor seating.
google avatar

Yelp
Great Middle Eastern restaurant in Palm Beach, service was impeccable and the food was just a right amount with lots of delicious flavor appetizer we ordered the Leila tour , which offer is basically all of the delicious appetizers and one dish. I highly recommend this to start, the CHICKEN KEBOB had so much flavor and was juicy. Cannot wait to go back.

Yelp
We went here with a friend who recently lost her spouse. We dined outside and we were very happy. Indeed we enjoyed the belly dancing too. Our food was delicious from the hummus and the baba ghanoush to the grilled shrimp and mixed chicken and fish! Totally delectable. It was a bit loud outside though I prefer the outside over the inside for sure! Inside it is just like any other restaurant- outside it has some pizazz. If you like middle eastern, you should go here. a you won't be sorry. It's not inexpensive to say the least - so just be prepared to drop some dough.

Yelp
Always a family favorite we met up here for dinner. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and since it was a nice night, we sat outside. Service was really good. The waiter, bus boy, and owner all worked together to take good care of us. We ordered a wide variety of small dishes, including baba ganoush, cauliflower, little sausages, hummus, zucchini, and beef shish kabob. Everything we had was delicious and well seasoned. I loved trying all of the different options. We had the baklava for dessert, too. Great food, fair prices, nice ambiance, and good service.

Yelp
Very cute place and clean. The servers are always very nice. Love the apps. Even kabobs were good albeit im not a meat fan and not excited about grilled veggies. Full bar too.

Jay K.

Yelp
A wonderful neighborhood, hidden gem. The food is always beautifully seasoned and the menu selections are plentiful. Our favorite is the chicken kebab, which easily feeds two adults. Wonderful meat filled pastry appetizers. The servers are polite and efficient. The owner is rightfully proud

Yelp
This restaurant is incredible if you want high quality Mediterranean food such as kabobs. We got their special grill for W which included chicken, beef, lamb, and shrimp kabobs. Each was perfect in their own way. The chicken was moist and well spiced. The beef was cooked to a nice medium and was quite tender. The lamb was rich and fatty, and the shrimp was charred beautifully. It also came with a large side of rice, pita bread. And grilled vegetables. This is a dish I highly recommend if you're in the area and want tasty, fresh food.

Reed R.

Yelp
I have been here for lunch 4 times in the last month and a half. Three words for this business: Honesty, Integrity, and Care. I'm not sure how accurate this is, but this establishment truly feels family-run. $15 for 90% of lunch items is a generosity based on what you actually get. The quality, preparation, and plating far above standard. There is one male waiter in general whose name I haven't caught, who the amount of dedication and hard work that is shown is admirable. Great service in today's world which is unprovoked is a delicacy, and I have had it every time at Leila's. Would love to see this place stick around.

Yelp
My husband is Lebanese and wanted to take my parents to a place so they could experience food from his country. We were unsure as there arent many places around palm beach. My husband said this is the best place he has had Lebanese food in all of America!! (and we live in Los Angeles were there are many middle eastern places). The service was great, and the setting was clean comfortable, and I could hear others at my table (very important to me). It was quite popular, and we were so full afterwards because it was so good. Have the Kunafa for desert, your tastebuds will thank you.

Heidi H.

Yelp
My husband and I ate at Leila last night. It was honestly so bad. We ordered the Mezza plate. You choose 6 apps and they come out as a platter. First off, the pita they serve is horrific. I'm fairly certain it's from a grocery store. Not made in house, dry, flat and flavorless. We asked a waiter where the bread is from and he couldn't answer us. Our plate consisted of hummus, falafel, tzatziki, favs bean salad, tabouli and feta filled pastry. Hummus was sour and had zero tahini, tzatziki was runny with very large chunks of cucumber, fava bean salad was sour as well, falafel was bland and the tabouli was excellent. The water had so much chlorine we couldn't even drink it but the other option is to buy bottled water. How hard is it to just filter your water for your guests? Instead, forcing guest to buy decent water. This place is shot! We were very disappointed and we will never return!

Charlisha G.

Yelp
I came in for lunch with a large party and everyone was so kind and sweet. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the garlic shrimp with grilled vegetables and rice and it was super filling and fresh. The food came out rather fast for a party of 7. I definitely will be doing lunch here again. I haven't forgotten to take a picture of my food before eating it in a while LOL the food was delicious.

Yelp
Stopped in as it's within walking distance of my building. The atmosphere is great, we sat outside. Dined on a Saturday and they had a belly dancer performing around 8pm.

Rachel B.

Yelp
amazing food! wonderful service! We came all the way from Orlando for this! A must if you are in West Palm Beach.

Yelp
Returned a few years later. We ate outside in the back patio. Not only was the food delicious, but we enjoyed great entertainment. There were three of us. We ordered two appetizers, babakanush (egg plant) and another paste made out of red pepper. When eaten with pita bread both were delicious. For the main meal, we ordered Land and Sea. It consisted of Mahi Mahi, chicken kebob( which was a little tough) and grilled vegetables. Two appetizers and one main meal was ample food for three. Not only was the food delicious, but the entertainment was excellent. The belly dancer lit up the room with lights all over her costume. It was disappointing that we couldn't find reasonable parking. The cost was $15 for two hours at a lot a few blocks down the street. The service was excellent. Thanks for a great evening!
google avatar

Christine C.

Yelp
Tonight was our first time eating here and it was fantastic. The food was really good quality. The meats were very tender and flavorful and the apps were very good too. We did a mezze platter for appetizer which was a choice of 6 appetizers and a mixed grill which had a few different kinds of kebabs. Everything was really great and I think the pricing was very fair considering the portions were good and you're downtown. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
A wonderful evening that felt like a mini vacation. There was a pretty garden that was covered but in August it's just plain too hot. The Mediterranean was prepared by a Lebanese chef with a belly dancer on weekends = A special evening. Francisco our waiter was on point. The menu looked fabulous there was a lot to choose from it was difficult. Six of us started with warm fresh pita olive oil and herbs. There was a very nice wine list I enjoyed my Chardonnay and friends there Moscato's and Mojito's. We started with the steak tartare and friends started with tabouli. My husband and I shared a rack of lamb with vegetables and rice. The lamb was lean, juicy, cooked to perfection with memorable exotic seasoning. The grilled vegetables were very flavorful. Friends enjoyed their lamb shank, kebab and mixed grill. The baklava for dessert was delicious. Can't wait to come back again!
google avatar

Iris. G.

Yelp
Visited Leila for dinner with some friends. They have a Belly dancer at 7 pm. Food was amazing as always. I visited this restaurant many times throughout the years. The chicken skewers were tender and deliciously seasoned, accompanied by cold couscous and sauté zucchini. The Beef skewers were cooked perfectly with warm rice and zucchini. The appetizers were tasty and on point. Alex the owner, is Lebanese, and his food is still f good quality. There is sitting inside , or outside. Street parking by meter, or by a garage close by on Clematis.

Yelp
Love it here! Family owned and wonderful food!!! We come here every time we come from the Brite Line station!

Yelp
Leila is the not so hidden, hidden gem that should be taken seriously. We were amongst the first to venture beyond our threshold in search of new culinary experiences in the not-so post COVID world. We were greeted my what seemed to is to be the owner, sat in a primo window side table, and ordered virtually the entire reasonably priced menu. Since my ADHD is kicking-in right about now and the beach awaits, instead of providing you with the lengthy list of every item we ordered, here's what we didn't order: lamb shank and fish. Every other item we ordered was magnificent--including the Lebanese wine. We will be returning to Leila soon and arguably not soon enough!

Julie H.

Yelp
Tried to eat there at 5:15 PM. It was empty and they told us they were too busy to handle our party of 3.
google avatar

Yelp
Very nice outside patio dinning. Peaceful & quick service. The lunch was amazing & will be dinning there again real soon. Thank you for the great authentic food & wonderful experience.

Yelp
Always stop here on my lunch break if I'm in the area, food is very pleasing, no complaints.

Yelp
google avatar

Yelp
Definitely order the Chateau Musar Lebanese Cabernet wine here, which is rare to find at any restaurant! The mezza tour with 6 plates to choose from on the menu offered great variety and was delicious. Will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Great service and food, everything fresh and delicious. Quiet on the covered patio and easy to enjoy our conversation. Belly dancing a fun bonus.
google avatar

Mike U.

Yelp
A delicious Lebanese dinner with a belly dancer = a fun evening! The music, food, drinks & service didn't disappoint either. We started with warm pita with an olive oil & herbs while we perused the menu. We shared a steak tartare and rack of lamb with vegetables & rice. Everything was flavorful, fresh, lean, delicious and well seasoned. Portions were generous & service was on point. Baklava for dessert was the perfect ending!
google avatar

Zahira H.

Yelp
What a beautiful experience sitting outdoors with my husband. I enjoyed the mixed platter with different meats. Everything was super flavorful and service was quick.

Ricky D.

Yelp
Leila is a nice looking restaurant with comfortable outdoor seating and a youthful staff that is friendly and hard working. Many of the Lebanese/ Middle Eastern basics are served here with few menu surprises. We chose a mezze sampler to get a good overview of the restaurant and out of six items served there was not one that I would say was very good and I'm not even talking exceptional or outstanding. Not one. Falafel had a nice flavor but was negated by heavy coating and the same applied to other fried appetizers. Cauliflower had absolutely no taste and was a disappointment and it was just fried without care or love. Hummus was average as was the pita and couscous was okay with an interesting mint flavor. A main course of Chicken Kebobs was not as dry as others I have tried and it was okay. I wanted to love Leila but I found the whole experience underwhelming.
google avatar

William H.

Yelp
Leila is a gem. Let's start of by saying that the food is authentic and delicious!! I've been here for both lunch and dinner. They offer indoor and outdoor parking. Servers are trained and very pleasant. Leila is my go to for Greek / Mediterranean food! Ps. Full bar!

Katherine L.

Yelp
Food was delicious the service was great and live entertainment was good. I went with my family of 5 and we had a great time. They don't have a kids menu but the kiddos enjoyed a chicken kebab and fries. Would definitely go back
google avatar

Yisel C.

Yelp
Nice restaurant, atmosphere was very romantic. The food was fresh and authentic. Portions are okay. Really loved the kabobs chicken and lamb. The shrimp kabob was a little over cooked. The aioli that comes with it was soooo good though. It's great that they have the belly dancer show, a little entertainment never hurt. Overall average experience. We sat outside at first but with this Florida heat and mosquitos we quickly changed our minds. I'd be back if I was craving grilled kebabs.
google avatar

Sharlene H.

Yelp
This was one of the most memorable w experience I had with my husband! We wanted something different from the locations we visit close to home. I was craving Mediterranean and this place was amazing if I could give it 10 stars I would. We didn't need reservations cause I believe , was not too busy. ! Do recommend for large party groups if you would like! They do offer vegetarian choices. Best part was getting to see a little performance while having dinner ! Indoor /outdoor seating.
google avatar

Leila A.

Yelp
I feel like good Lebanese food is hard to come by in south Florida but this place has great food and our server was great too. I forgot his name tho unfortunately. Love the food and the dark ambiance inside. The belly dancer show was pretty disappointing, I thought they would have someone who actually belly dances, it was awkward to watch honestly but I will def be back for the food.

Clarissa J.

Yelp
Charming from start to finish! Very small, dark and moody, but in a good way. They also have lovely garden dining illuminated by strings of tea lights. I've been several times and each and every time it's consistently stellar! Sometimes we're greeted by the owner, but all the staff is equally invested in their patrons having a friendly and sumptuous dining experience. Equally important, they are very patient about explaining menu items that may not be familiar to everyone... Certain nights you'll be entertained with a traditional dancer, but you'll need to check with the restaurant on which nights she's featured. I'm a big lamb lover, but a great menu item for those wanting to try a little bit of everything is the 'Mezza Tour' - $60 *Pictured I highly recommend this quaint locally Family owned and operated restaurant

J W.

Yelp
The food and service was amazing!! I can't believe how beautiful everything looks and their amazing prices. We sat outside while it rained and we were completely covered and the fans made it feel so comfortable even in this south Florida heat
google avatar

David C.

Yelp
Possibly the best restaurant in West Palm Beach. I don't know what they do to their chicken but it is always so flavorful and tender. The entire menu is excellent from the appetizers to the entrees. Love the grape leaves. The bartender makes an excellent martini and the belly dancer on Friday and Saturday makes for an exciting evening. Don't want to put any bad ideas in the owners head but I think he is reasonably priced for the portion size. Not sure I can stress this enough but I have been on kebab mission lately and I can't find any that compare to Leila's. My one complaint is that they are closed on Sundays.
google avatar

Cynthia D.

Yelp
rice was overcooked, the turkish wine we ordered was AMAZING!! Belly dancing was a treat!! the burak were great, lamb kefta was good, aioli super tasty, however the tabuli was just all PARSLEY, (not any bulgar wheat) and for that price $15.00 was NOT satisfying. We drove an hour for Christmas dinner, was not worth the gas or the price paid. Our waiter was amazing. We won't be back.
google avatar

Alfredo V.

Yelp
Very authentic middle eastern food. We ordered with our eyes and we're not disappointed. All the items were deliciously on point. Service was very attentive from everyone that interacted with us. They have sitting indoors and outside as well. I noticed that there were many couples which means that people find it to be a romantic spot. There were also large gatherings of friends and a few large families. Everyone was nicely dressed!!! I will return.
