Experience was mid tier to begin with, and the customer service but it notoriously unforgettable. We reserved 3 tables, less than 20 people. One table ordered 5 minutes before the other, so naturally, their food came first. Time went by, more time, then more. The table was finished with their food and the rest for the other table hadn’t been delivered. To put it into perspective, it took a good 25 minutes for the food for table 1 to arrive, and around 25 more minutes for them to finish eating. Out of hope, no one at table to said anything until those from table 1 began to realize the solvency gap. Then, memebers from table 1 inquired about the food, to which a rude, flustered waitress/cashier responded by lecturing the individual about how table 2 ordered 15 minutes later than 1, and that their food was therefore expected later. A cumulative 45 minutes passed from the time table 1 got ther food until table 2 got their food. This service, in my opinion, was extremely insulting and substandard. If tables are reserved for one party, their food should arrive at AROUND the same time, maximum 10 minutes in between. Half the party shouldn’t be waiting while the other half is eating. The attitude of the worker in addition created a terrible experience. To top it all off, cleanliness is clearly not a priority; a roach landed on one of the guests head, the crawled beneath the seats.
Take my advice: customers shouldn’t be treated this way, and sense should be used to delegate when to serve food.
