Early Bird Restaurant-Bradburn Village

Gluten free chicken and waffles! Everything was really good. Server went over the whole menu for us and acknowledged my GF sensitivity. Most of the menu can be made gluten free or is already GF. Everything is made in house fresh!

Foods are good, but it appears that they have new hire at the counter, who isn't so familiar with the POS. Also, was somewhat pressured to "add a protein" to the Early Bird Rice & Quinoa Egg-stir, which should be more than fine to just have the dish itself. Just a reminder for others that is interested in checking out this diner. They do tack an 10% auto gratuity for takeout orders. I am neither for nor against such practice.

I had tried this location years ago and was not impressed, but decided it was time to try again and I’m very happy that I did. I like that they have lots of fun names and combinations on the menu, but also have a “Keeping It Simple” section as well. For example I wanted a breakfast burrito and at first I saw their “Do You Have A Burrito”, but I’m not interested in guacamole, sour cream, and pico on a breakfast burrito. On back of the menu they have the The Smothered Burrito”. Same burrito, but pick one thing to smother it in. (Pork Green Chile, Sausage Gravy, or a salsa) Both in the breakfast burrito and the open face omelet (just not folded over) the eggs were fluffy and flavorful. The Belgian Waffle was also the perfect blend of crisp and soft. And while their maple syrup is not 100% maple it was clearly largely maple and not corn syrup with food coloring. They were bustling and busy, but our food still came up quickly and refills on drinks were good. They even had a small carafe with two glasses worth of ice tea in it available. Izzy (Isabel) our server was friendly and as interactive as we cared to be despite her multiple tables. She despite still being in high school had better interactive people skills than many servers and bodes well for the staff training.

It was good. Not great. Just good. The cheddar biscuits were meh. Pricey for what you get. I was hungry and hour later. I'd rather have Luicille's Creole Cafe in Longmont! 😋

There are good & not so good to break down. Let me start by stating we had reservations for 3 at 10:30, we were sat by 10:40 so that is a good. We were escorted to a table tabletop for two remember, we had a reservation for three this is a not so good. We asked if we could sit at one of the empty table tops and was told now that they were reserved for a party. I asked if we could push two of the table tops together and was told no, at that point I asked to see the manager. The manager then told us because they did not have people waiting that she would accommodate us by pushing the two table tops together. We were then introduced to our waitress Izzy who was amazing, but this is a good. We ordered our food, came out pretty fast, the eggs and bacon were room temperature but the pancakes & waffles were hot. Now to the food, so let me state that we are not from the area (Louisiana) and that we love trying restaurants we don’t have back home. We dined at Benedict’s (two days in a row) so decided to give Early Bird a try, let’s just say there is absolutely no comparison what-so-ever!!! Where are the pancakes were flavorful they were heavy, the bacon was thin and hard. The eggs were cold and rubbery. The restaurant is a small quaint space therefore the smoke from the grill was overwhelming. If you’re visiting or looking for somewhere good go the Benedict’s

This is definitely my new favorite brunch spot after coming for my first time on Sunday. The food was incredible, and we got lucky with bar seating since the place is small so it gets loud but I could hear my wife without having to yell since we were sitting close to each other.

First time here. Very small and loud. The food presented beautifully and my friends enjoyed their selection. I ordered off the side menu as I just wanted a fried egg and dry toast. The toast came with a small container, which I assumed was jam, so I spread it on my toast and took a bite. It was very hot and it burned my mouth and throat.

Much like their other location in Midtown, the food and service here are wonderful! The decor is similar, farmhouse, homey, cozy. I ordered the biscuits and gravy per usual because I know how delicious everything on that plate is!! That gravy is to die for. My friends also enjoyed their food and we were all part of the clean plate club. Service was great with friendly staff, quick service and full coffee mugs. I will definitely be back!

SO GOOD. Everything is delicious. The staff is great. Also, they are mindful of food allergies - hard to do for us, since my husband is allergic to onion, and it's in everything. Five stars.

Everything here including most ingredients are supposedly made fresh and from scratch. And the flavor bursts.... Avocado with chimichurri, dates wrapped in bacon, gravy for biscuits, homemade hot sauce, fried chicken that melts in your mouth.... The list goes on. The light fluffy biscuit was as big as my face. Ordered The 120th Omelette. The breakfast potatoes are crisp and steamy seasoned just right. Everything they do is from scratch everyday. Creamy sausage gravy- eggs so fresh. Produce is amazing. Best brekky I've had in Colorado. Savory to sweet they've won awards. Prices are fair and staff are fun and professional. Excellent food! Really fast service!! I had the eggs your way. It was good. The potatoes were yummy! The biscuit was hard. I wish it would have been warmed up. It was cold. Otherwise, it was good. My husband loved the smothered burrito. The seating is limited and a little crowded.

WOW is my most authentic reaction. From food to service, I felt like I was in my grandmas kitchen. Firstly the employees make you feel so comfortable and welcomed that made it a hit for us immediately. Then onto the food, we both got the French Toast - to die for! Green tonic (I think it's called) smoothie was seriously delicious and paired well. Everything tasted so fresh. The service was overall A1, it was a VERY busy morning but we didnt feel neglected once. I mean seriously, keep doing what you're doing, I'd recommend 11/10!

This place is so good, I'm leaving a review while I'm still in the restaurant! Staff is SUPER friendly and the food AMAZING! That's really all you have to do to make me happy but not everyone can get it right. These folks get it right!!! I'll have to find this place the next time I'm back in Co!

This place is great. I travel to Colorado several times a year for work. While there I always try and scope out the local restaurant scene. It is not every visit that I get to try a breakfast place but this time I found Early Bird. I liked it so much that I came back twice in one trip. I like it so much that on the next trip to this area, it will be on my list again. Early Bird is not what I would classify as a divey breakfast joint but is not totally boujee either. I am a huge fan of divey joints but the reviews made me put that aside and visit. I am so glad that I did. Inside the restaurant is casual yet modern and fun. On one visit our server was awesome and the next time good but not as awesome. The awesome server set us up for success by perfectly describing their food and offering suggestions. His suggestions? Chilaquiles and the Double-BLT with an egg on top. Standby. An over easy egg on top. Are you getting that? Let me repeat. A Double-BLT with an over easy egg on top. If you know anything about me you know that I am not a fan of over easy eggs particularly on sandwiches. You also know I am not a fan of bacon on sandwiches. Well, let me set the record straight. This may be the best sandwich I ate in 2023. Yes. It was that good. The Chilaquiles were also awesome but that sandwich outshined everything. That sandwich is what led me back and will lead me back again and again. If you are in the area and want an awesome sandwich or breakfast, add Early Bird to your list.

Great food -- service was terrific, too. The smothered green chile burrito with house made hot sauce was delicious and they do a very tasty chai. Wide variety of choices on the menu!

Delicious food! Friendly service! Everything on the menu is good. The spicy sausage and strawberry jam are made in house so order anything with those in it. Portions are large too so you'll have plenty to take home.

Early Bird in Bradburn was so lovely. I went with a friend for brunch and decided to try some of the things on their special menu. I ordered the breakfast sliders since I wanted to see if I liked the combo of a sausage egg sandwich on a Hawaiian roll. Spoiler alert: I enjoyed it a lot! My friend also really enjoyed her dish too and said it was actually spicy enough for her. In terms of the service, they are great about keeping your coffee cup full. I also appreciate that the services very quick here too. In terms of the ambiance, it is a bustling morning eatery. I don't think I would say it is totally on par with the Snoozes sand Syrups but it's more like a cozy local-ish breakfast joint. It is definitely a little noisy but that also comes from the fact that it is a small location and you are only feet from the table next to you. I cannot wait to go back to this place especially to try their new location located in Midtown.

The brunch food here is extremely delicious and rich! The biscuits and gravy is top notch, creamy gravy just melts in your mouth. The wait is definitely worth it!

Great food and a charming "diner" type restaurant place that gives mom and pop vibes. Great food. I had biscuits and gravy and the biscuits are amazing. I also had a killer BLT. Wow! start by saying I wouldn't have found this place without yelp. Looking for breakfast and looking for something different. I can tell you that this place is somewhere well I'll come back and try more things. I think it's a cool place with cool Decor. Pretty good well-rounded menu. For whatever reason today I was looking for something sweet. I got their crème brûlée French toast. And although I thought it was really good, I didn't think it tasted much like crème brûlée, but I really liked it. I could definitely see myself coming back and Tryin more things on the menu. from what I can tell. Lots of young ladies, serving and hostess, still good service and pretty great food. Good thick pieces of bacon. Everything was well presented. Really good selection from waffles to pancakes to French toast to breakfast sandwiches breakfast tacos. Fried chicken and eggs what fried chicken and eggs Yep. brunch type items. Hot chicken and biscuit. This place is got a good selection decent prices, good food and good service.

The price increases on the menu were quite the jolt this morning after having not been here in a year but inflation has been rough so we get it. Happy to support a great breakfast place. We came on Mother's Day and were thankful to be the second people here at opening- we easily scored a table without reservations (what were we thinking though?) If you have picky eaters, maybe iHop is a better choice? We ordered the $17 French toast with fruit and whip cream to split between our two kids (per request of both kids!) when it came out, it was declared to be too disgusting looking to eat. To anyone there Mother's Day morning, this is why the mom in the corner was cackling uncontrollably for a good ten minutes. I'm celiac otherwise would have eaten it myself as it looked DELICIOUS. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals (Huevos Rancheros and Chicken and Waffles) and will probably leave the kids with the grandparents next time we come. $10 kids meals are just beyond the price range that is easy to roll your eyes and box up the food about. But if your kids aren't ridiculous, this place is worth the price, I'd say. Service is sometimes slow but I personally enjoy a slow calm morning which is another reason I will never again come here with my own kids lol Happy Mother's Day to all the Yelp mommas out there!

This restaurant was so great! I was in town visiting a friend from Colorado and she recommended this place and what a great recommendation she had! Our server Jeff was so amazing and tended to all of our needs and perhaps tricky orders. He made sure everything was exactly how we wanted and ensured that the kitchen was aware as well! He even brought over some blackberry juice to try! I would definitely come back here when I visit Colorado again and I think that they should open one in California! If you like to pay for 10.00 dollars two cups of coffee that taste like it came out of a rusted coffee pot and seat down like a herd of cattle this place is for you. BAD!!

Our favorite brunch place! Their breakfast/brunch menu always hits the spot! The service is excellent and everyone is so kind! It is a very small restaurant so during the weekend it does tend to get a little pack with long wait times but if you're okay waiting it will definitely be worth it! We order take out from them almost every weekend, it really is worth it

Excellent food and fun atmosphere. The chai tea latte and their hot sauce were particularly memorable, as was the heuvos ranchero!

We have been to Early Bird a few times now and every time has been great. It's a smaller restaurant so it gets busy quickly. They have a small front patio as well as booths and tables inside. Bar:counter top seating as well. Our server was fantastic, he was very attentive and the food was fantastic! Large portions and so delicious!

Early Bird wants to be a happy little diner, but it just missed the mark for me. Service was great, no complaints there, but the food was nothing I'd crave. I'm Denver there many better breakfast burritos. I will say the biscuits are great! Nothing was bad, but I wouldn't return.

Picked the Early Bird Restaurant by its reviews on Yelp, what an amazing experience! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our waitress asked if it was first visit, then reviewed the menu and all their home made food. My husband had the corn fritters, amazing!

Had a wonderful brunch here on Sunday! I don't live in the area but would return if I did! I went with one of the specials which was Chilaquiles and I was not disappointed! Plenty of food and the chips were sauced just right. The flavor was delicious. I am a sucker for spice and asked for hot sauce which they make in house. It only added to the yumminess. My MIL ordered the same thing and also loved it. The kids options are super. My little had a pancake, sausage, and fruit and she was set!

The food is always delicious, our issue is when the server, Manuel, takes our order and doesn't write any of it down. Hubby asked for no pickle (he hates them) on his breakfast slider and there was a pickle on both, I asked for no arugula salad (again, really don't like arugula at all) and there was a good amount of it. This was totally avoidable if he would have written it down, not necessarily to put either on the plates and waste it. You don't impress anyone if you don't write it down and then get it wrong.

Early bird is amazing. The environment, the food, the ambiance. If you are looking for a brunch spot that has good quality food and delivers consistency, this is the place. My favorite are the huevos rancheros and their chai latte. Breakfast tacos are also delicious.

Probably one of the best breakfast places I've been to. Our waiter was super nice and helped us with our food options. He was very mindful and kind. We loved our food options. Everything was as hyped as our waiter put it to be. We had the biscuits & gravy, eggs benedict, omelette, and french toast. Everything was SO GOOD. Our portions were really big too. My favorite would be the french toasts with the berry compote. The french toast was so soft and the compote complemented it very well. There was nothing wrong with our choices! 10/10 would go again.

Super super yummy!! A lot of great healthy choices. They had a house made jam that went amazing with the toast and biscuits. The staff were also super friendly and considerate. It was a cute interior too.

Early Bird Restaurant is truly a neighborhood gem. Tucked away in a strip off a Main Street, this small eatery is cozy and always busy. Weekends always expect a wait but it's worth it! You can always go to a different, cheaper breakfast spot in the area but you won't find the same fare as here. Breakfast/brunch staples with a twist and the potions are massive! The chicken fried chicken has thick pork gravy, not like you'd normal thin runny country gravy. It's crispy and juicy and so big I never finish it. Their pancakes and waffles are loaded with toppings and always fills us up. The staff is friendly and always willing to chat, even when they are busy.

Early Bird is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and service are ALWAYS spot on. The staff go out of their way to make your day better and the food is consistently tasty, fresh and made with love. Definitely worth going to if you are anywhere nearby and hungry!

Denver's suburban food scene is pretty terrible let alone the city itself - this place can teach all the restaurants how to do it. Quality food, quality ingredient, quality service. It's hard work but it's not rocket science unless you're doing gluten free that tastes as good as the regular. This is the best breakfast spot in Denver Burbs.

Still awesome. The staff knows what they're doing. Great food, great ambience. It's always worth the wait here. I usually get their take on the Eggs Benedict, which consists of a muffin, barbecue pork, egg, hollandaise, and creamed spinach. It's simply divine. One of the best breakfast places in the area. Very unique spins on classics, and always consistent. Been a regular customer at this restaurant since they opened.

Food here is ALWAYS incredible! As a girlie from Houston it's hard to find GREAT food in Denver/Denver area EXCEPT FOR HERE. Food is 10/10 each time and I always look forward to the next time I can order!

What a find! The food was so good we actually stopped talking for about 10 minutes! Great service, seated quickly on a Monday morning. I had the biscuits & gravy plate. Biscuits are cheddar/ jalapeño and served with bacon/sausage gravy. Poached egg served with wilted greens. Perfection. Definitely will be back

It's a small but very popular place. Seating is tight. Called on a Sunday morning - no reservations but was placed on the call ahead list, and got a call ahead of the projected wait time. Party of 2. Small table near the front door, which gets a blast of cold when the door opens. Food choices were varied and all looked good. Something for everyone. Portions huge. Had the chicken with sausage gravy. Gravy wasn't breakfast sausage, tasted more like a smoked sausage, but delicious nonetheless. Average price $14-18 per entree. Drinks and coffee starting at $4 and goes up. Watch your payment. An extra 4% is added for CC payments (but they tell you up front). Glad we tried it.

Food was amazing! Fresh and most delicious. It's now our spot for breakfast when we visit our daughter in college. Service was amazing!

This place was highly recommended by a good friend, and when I arrived here, weary from travel and in need of food and caffeine, it did not disappoint. Breakfast is always delicious, but it can be difficult to make one that truly stands out from the rest. This place did just that. I ordered the chicken and waffles and a cortado. The coffee was up to par. It was fresh and did the job. The chicken and waffles were outstanding. The waffle was cooked to perfection, the chicken as tender as it could have been. It comes with an absurd trough of very, very good gravy that made it all come together. The service was fast and friendly. The place was clean and bustling with positive vibes. The food was delicious. Loved it. Will definitely return.

Not from the area, but yearly visit with work. Travel quite a bit, and can honestly say this is one of the best breakfasts you can get in the country. Don't miss out...this is the place for breakfast!!

This was actually a great brunch place to eat at. I came to this place as a recommendation and it definitely was delicious! I will say their portions are pretty big where you can possibly split with two people but the Eggs Your Way was pretty good amount for me to actually finish everything. The people who work there are all super nice and friendly too so that gave some thumbs up! The place inside is also pretty cute and nice. Thankfully when we came on a Thursday late morning, it wasn't too crowded and you can eat outside as well. I feel like parking can get a bit challenging but it wasn't too bad when I went. I know I'll definitely come back here if I ever visit Westminster, CO again and try out some other foods!

Delicious breakfast spot with a great atmosphere Stopped in for a Sunday brunch! Good service and delicious food. The only issue I had was with time to be seated took for ever. Order #1- 120th Ave great omelette fresh food. I added the homemade salsa and Avocado slices highly recommended. The omelette was tasty as well as the potatoes. Order #2- Biscuits & Gravy (Wifey order) Cheddar biscuits, Bacon & sausage gravy, eggs and house potatoes. The biscuits were good and the gravy was full of flavor. Vanilla latte was good. Great little spot needs to have a better check-in process but over all great experience. If your in the mood for a good breakfast I recommend hitting this spot plenty of food options.
