Very calming and peaceful place to go. We went with my friend on our lunch break we were welcomed with amazing smells and gorgeous smile of the staff Candace 😊. Candace offered us tea and showed us around helped us with the perfumes. I honestly would go there again anytime i can it was such an experience thank you 🤩

What an amazing shop! Their first shop was opened in 2003 in Melbourne- Australia with a mission of formulating skin, hair and body care products in their finest quality. I’ve visited the shop in Lamb’s conduit street in Bloomsbury and was amazed by the quality and selection of products. Great experience!

Reniel was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole purchase experience. I also really appreciate the fact she didn’t try to over sell anything to me. This is very important in my opinion, as some staff from other branches push sells a bit too hard.

Very disappointed experience. Definitely not recommended. I am angry by the service I received today and I probably wouldn’t be returning. I was picking gift for my friend and I used to have the local discount since I lived down the street. I asked the white man staff who served me today about that and he asked information from me but didn’t offer the discount. I am also offended by the way he talks and his attitude to serve customers. Previously I knew a guy working in the shop for long time and I always had nice experience every time I made purchase from him. I would like to advice people to go to bigger stores or other places like Liberty for Aesop.
