We went to Eleven South for a birthday dinner and had a great experience! The server was very attentive and friendly, which made the night feel extra special. The food was delicious—everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. They also offer free valet parking, which is super convenient, or you can try to find street parking nearby. Would definitely recommend for a nice night out!

First, the service — truly outstanding. It’s hard to find good service these days, especially in busy restaurants, but Chris Whiteside was by far the best server I’ve had in years. He was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. When our food took a little longer than expected, he surprised us with complimentary dessert without us even asking. He was also thoughtful enough to be mindful of the fact that I’m sober, pointing out which desserts would and wouldn’t be appropriate for me. That kind of care really sticks out. Now, the food. I’m a very picky eater at restaurants — not because I dislike food (quite the opposite, I’m a passionate home chef myself) — but because it takes a lot to impress me. And I have to say, this place blew me away. The steak with black garlic butter was absolutely incredible — one of the best I’ve ever had. The shrimp appetizer was to die for, and the crème brûlée was perfectly balanced, rich without being overly sweet. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. My only small critique is that the restaurant is quite loud. A few acoustic tiles on the ceiling could make a world of difference.

I was visiting friends and we came here to celebrate their birthdays. What an incredible place! Great wine list and menu - loved the add-on options and the cheese plate offerings ... our waiter did a great job explaining everything. Our food was prepared perfectly, our waiter was very attentive; but, we were never rushed. Overall, it was a perfect birthday celebration. Thanks Jonathan! And although it's pricey; it's absolutely worth it.

Lovely place to enjoy. I had the rack of lamb. Was absolutely perfect! My wife had the short ribs. Delicious! It was a great birthday experience for her! Madison was our server and she was an absolute delight! Thank you Madison!

The last 3 times I've been here the food was horrible and had to be sent back. I never send anything back but it was absolutely inedible. Their fish specials were what I got all 3 times. Last time they brought me a filet after I sent the fish back and it was delicious. So word to the wise. Skip the specials. My friend said her steak special was super fatty too. The drinks are ok. Service is always wonderful. For the price, I wouldn't dine here again.

Google
The food was absolutely delicious! Atmosphere is perfect, and our Server Ryan was amazing. A true professional and gentleman. We already have two birthday dinners scheduled to go back, and we will definitely be requesting Ryan again.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Eleven South while in Jacksonville. This is elevated dining without even a trace of pretension — the kind of place that manages to feel both refined and warmly inviting, a rare balance.. From the moment we were greeted to the final moments of our meal (we were, rather tellingly, the last to leave), the service was impeccable. Every detail was attended to with precision — our needs anticipated before we could voice them. The grilled octopus was perfectly prepared: tender, juicy, and bursting with flavour. The steak, however, was the true standout — robust, perfectly cooked, and rightly the house speciality. Their wine list is exceptional, thoughtfully curated, reflecting their deep knowledge and reverence for oenology. A small misstep — my salad was inadvertently left behind when I asked to have it boxed — was handled with such grace it deserves its own mention. Not only did our server and the manager offer sincere apologies, but a full-size replacement was quickly prepared boxed and packaged without hesitation. A completely unnecessary gesture, but one that speaks volumes about their commitment to hospitality. It’s this kind of care that transforms a lovely dinner into something truly memorable.

Five stars isn’t enough! Eleven South is hands down the best restaurant in Jacksonville Beach—no contest. I’ve been trying to get a dinner reservation forever (they’re always booked solid—so plan ahead!), but luckily I snagged a spot for lunch, and wow… absolutely worth the wait. Started with the Royal Red Shrimp appetizer and that sauce? Next level. My taste buds basically went into orbit. Then I had the catch of the day with a fresh salad, and every bite was perfection—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Huge shoutout to our waiter, Taylor—he was fantastic! Super friendly, knew the menu like the back of his hand, and made the whole experience even better. Service like that makes all the difference. The vibe at Eleven South is upscale but laid-back, and everything—from the food to the service—is just on point. I’ll definitely be back (still on a mission for that dinner spot!). Eleven South, you’ve got yourself a lifelong fan.

Yelp
Incredible experience end to end. The ambiance is incredible, there are multiple venues within the restaurant (outdoor patio, buzzy indoor dining, quieter alcove in the back, lively but small bar area) meaning there is space for you depending on what your noise preference is. Be sure to make a note if you prefer one to another! Our server, Jeremy was such a treasure. I had so many questions about the specials and menu because truly everything sounded divine and he was patient and helpful! Everything was incredible. The can't miss standouts were the stuffed figs, arancini, pork chop, and diver scallops. The peach bourbon bread pudding will haunt my dreams for years to come- I need this recipe asap! I would come here to celebrate a milestone or simply to enjoy a phenomenal meal. Truly I was blown away.

Yelp
Beautiful ambiance. We enjoyed patio seating with string lights and heated towers. Pasha our server was honest in his suggestions and very knowledgeable about the menu. Food was fresh and delicious! The add on mesquite grilled lobster tail is a must... no butter or other accoutrements needed.
google avatar

Melissa E.

Yelp
My favorite place for a dirty martini. The tuna and avocado tartare as well as the truffled arancini are the perfect small bites to share while relaxing and enjoying the ambiance.

Yelp
Adding Eleven South to my list of go-to spots in Jax Beach! We came here for my birthday and were pleasantly surprised with amazing service and a great ambiance. The food was top notch, the shrimp appetizer is a must if you go here. The tortilla on my wrap tasted homemade and I could not stop eating the truffle fries. If you haven't been here definitely add it to your list!

Yelp
Eleven south is one of the most consistent upscale restaurants in Jax. I came with a party of 5 to celebrate 3 birthdays on a Monday night, and it was busy with nearly every table taken. We were seated promptly and offered drinks, and we opted to share a bottle of wine. I ordered the filet with brussel sprouts on the side after debating between this and the frutti di mare pasta, a favorite of mine. I ordered it medium rare and it came out nicely tender and definitely pink/a little red in the center. The brussel sprouts were a welcome addition, although I do feel they were a bit mushy. And they do have bacon, which adds great flavor, but obviously limits the dish to those who eat meat/pork. Overall, I've never had a bad meal here and service is top notch. They also offered 3 crème brûlées to accommodate for the birthdays in the group!

Yelp
Lovely restaurant in Jax Beach. Considered an upscale restaurant but I feel their prices are quite reasonable especially when taking into account the food is amazing. I recommend the royal red shrimp as an appetizer...delicious! They have a nice variety of quality dishes BUT, I have to say, that I've not had a better burger. It was perfectly seasoned unlike actual burger places that count on the toppings for flavor. Ryan, our server, was also top notch! Highly recommend
google avatar

Michelle G.

Yelp
One of the best overall in Jax....great menu and ambience. Our place to take an out of town guest as the food is always fresh and tasty. A great big city vibe steak and seafood place.

Yelp
What an incredible evening. Starting with the services- Our server was incredible. I wish I had his name (tall and from California) was just the best. Personable, knowledgeable and just on it. The food was also great. I did have slightly overrated paella but that was automatically corrected. Drinks were great- loved the martini list. Definitely one of the nicer places in Jacksonville I've been to and will definitely return. Cute inside as well. 10/10 overall

Yelp
We had an overall enjoyable evening here and really appreciated the atmosphere and thoughtful menu. We started with the burrata, which was stuffed with goat cheese -- a creative twist that at least one of us really enjoyed. The short rib bruschetta was a standout and packed with flavor, and the scallops were nicely cooked (though I personally would've loved to see them paired with polenta or grits to round out the dish). Where the evening took a bit of a turn was during pre-dinner drinks. We asked the bartender what rye options were available for an Old Fashioned, and she recommended the 18-year Sazerac. There was no mention of the price, and we assumed it was in the typical range -- until the bill came and we saw that one Old Fashioned was $150. It was an unexpected and disappointing surprise, especially given there was no heads-up or indication that it was such a premium pour. That lack of transparency unfortunately soured the experience a bit. We still enjoyed our time and the food, but we do feel it's fair to expect a heads-up when a drink recommendation is well above the norm.

Yelp
This was our first time here, and we were so impressed! The service was amazing, even on a busy Monday night. Valet parking was super convenient, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The scallops were fresh and delicious, and the filet was cooked to perfection. We'll definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Went to Eleven South for my son's girlfriend birthday and the good, service and ambiance was exceptional. One of the best restaurants in Jacksonville. The lamb chops were perfect, the steaks were grilled to perfection, crème brûlée was the best I've eaten here. I am a foodie from New Orleans meaning my taste buds like favorable dishes
google avatar

Eric C.

Yelp
The chef ‍ was amazing, the food was so well prepared and the waiter was so knowledgeable. We basically let him order for us after asking us some questions about what we liked and perfectly paired the wine with our entrees. 5 star experience!
google avatar

Faith H.

Yelp
First time trying Eleven South! The parking lot is small but they offer valet to make it easy! We got the steak tartare, cheese and the melon/feta salad to start. They were all tasty but the salad was by far my favorite. It was hydrating and refreshing. I got the salmon as my entree and it was delicious! The risotto under it was incredible! Make sure you save room for dessert. We got the banana foster bread pudding but I'd love to go back and try the pistachio cheesecake! Our server was prompt, attentive and personable with recommendations. We sat outside which was still a little hot even with a later reservation but we dressed for it!

Yelp
Excellent food and service. Highly recommend their zuppa di pesce. Great for a special occasion or romantic night out.

Yelp
I called on a Friday afternoon to reserve an evening dinner for a large party on the following weekend but was told the Manager for events would not be back in till Tuesday. I explained that guests were arriving the following Friday for a memorial service for my wife's mother the following Saturday and that I needed to know if the following Saturday was available as my mother-in-law had just died. Again I was told I would have to wait until Tuesday if there was any space available. I asked why the on-site manager did not have some type of shared reservation system to even let me know if there was space available and was told the event Manager keeps the event schedule with her. The on-site manager was kind enough to give me the contact information for the event Manager but I was told by the event Manager that I would have to wait until Tuesday even though I explained the importance of the memorial service and the need to secure a space for the out of town guests. Tuesday came and the Event Manager made the reservation for food and drinks on Saturday as I requested. When we arrived, even though I had ordered a full package of food and drinks, we were told to wait at the bar until the space was ready for us. Fine, but when started to order drinks I was told there was a separate charge since we were not in the event space. Fortunately our server overheard and said he could start our event tab without incurring a separate bar tab. What a total lack of customer service. The food and drinks were very good. I hoped the Event Manager might contact me afterwards, but nope. Pitiful.

Matt M.

Yelp
Meh for $600. Service weak. Food mediocre. Maybe I ordered poorly? The martinis are fine but warm by the time they arrive. This is rich people showing they don't care what they spend because money means nothing. Okay-la food at best. Glad I tried. Never coming back.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants ever. I have been fortunate to have travelled all over the US, this is a must stop every time I'm in Jax Beach. Right when you walk in, the staff is cheerful, happy to see guests. Professional, easy to laugh with. The ambience is cozy and unique. The food is absolutely amazing. Every time. The specials never fail. Any steak off of the mesquite grill with the black garlic compound blows away a Mortons, Sullivan's, Capital Grille, and it's not a chain! Apps are fabulous, the desert menu is to die for!

Yelp
Wow wow wow!!! The experience at Eleven South was 5 stars plus! I made reservations online and arrived early. Without wait, I was seated in the outdoor area which is super cozy and would make a great meeting spot for a date or special occasion (and judging by the many couples that night, locals know and appreciate this already). Superstar waiter Jeremy patiently and passionately explained the menu and specials to me, providing expert guidance and recommendations. He was so friendly and accommodating, it felt like we're friends, which I love because going to a fancy restaurant alone always feels a little awkward. I ordered a drink to start and the Burrata Caprese appetizer. Jeremy made me aware that you can add items to your order and since he spoke so highly of the scallops I decided to add two to the salad. The presentation is beautiful and holy smokes - this must have been the BEST Burrata I've ever had (I'm a cheese lover and had plenty!). It's locally made and so melt-in-your-mouth I enjoyed it all. The scallops were fantastic, tomatoes fresh and ripe, but that cheese stole the show in the best way possible! For my main course, I went with the duck breast which was wonderful. Flavors are layered and complex, allowing all ingredients to shine through thoroughly. For dessert, I went out with a bang (cause why not), and ordered the Aztec Martini (yowza! Delicious!) and the peach cheesecake. Delightful!!! Throughout the evening, Jeremy checked in with me, asking about timing preferences for my courses and if everything was to my liking (clearly, YES!). Overall, an evening to remember and certainly a spot to return to when I'm in Jacksonville the next time.

Yelp
Ordered a couple of their specials: salmon crudo (appetizer) and three tail fish (entree). Really enjoyed their garlic butter for the bread. Server was nice to bring us extra bread! Bread pudding was good but wished it wasn't so dense. Fish was tasty but could have done without the grains as it wasn't that flavorful. Salad was pretty good. Salmon crudo was probably my fav. Ambiance is nice but a little loud. Would def go again to try other dishes!

Yelp
We discovered this place in a whim as we were driving down 3rd St. We decided then to try it out for our 21st wedding anniversary and boy are we glad we did. This place is a WINNER! We sat outside and from START- our waiter Jeremy, to FINISH- the bread pudding dessert, our experience was fantastic! A MUST have is the Royal Red Shrimp-lite on the red pepper flakes, also the chicken egg rolls, yummy! I had the flounder meal and my husband had the lamb, equally delicious. So much more I want to try on the menu so we'll definitely be returning. Go and ENJOY! ** I have NEVER had a bread pudding that I liked... until now. I needed seconds.

Yelp
I went here recently for a graduation dinner and it was great. Everything that came out was very tasteful and all the party seems to enjoy the food and the service was top notch.
google avatar

Amy O.

Yelp
Tequila Mockingbird (minus the spice) was perfect! Braised Short Rib Dinner was really delicious. The bread pudding dessert was really good as all. Kind of loud inside, but not too bad. They do offer valet services. Great service! GREAT DATE NIGHT!

Kelly A.

Yelp
The service was slow and I became ill after eating there. Over priced in my opinion and I would never eat there again.
google avatar

Jessica V.

Yelp
Love Eleven South! The best martinis and happy hour (although I'm not sure if happy hour ever resumed after the covid shut down). Food and service is almost always top notch. Great place for a romantic dinner or when you are celebrating something special. This particular dining experience wasn't Eleven South quality but we still enjoyed our meal. Heads up it gets LOUD inside and on the patio. Favorite Drink: Espresso Martini Favorite App: Baked Oysters Favorite Entree: always the fish special Favorite Dessert: Crème brûlée

Chrissy R.

Yelp
we had the wrong time for our reservation but we were able to still be seated. our server was a little slow coming to check on us. Even when it came to bringing out our food it took a while. The restaurant was clean including the bathrooms. It was very nice. great portions. I had the lamb chops and they were cooked perfectly!
google avatar

Cara G.

Yelp
Eleven South has become our go-to when we want a great meal experience at the beach. Every time we go we are impressed by the staff and service. The food is next level and I'm a huge fan of the burrata appetizer. Last night, each of us tried different dishes and each was excellent and prepared perfectly. We got some desserts to enjoy once we got home and it was packaged with care. Excellent food. Great service!
google avatar

Yelp
Went for a birthday dinner 6 of us. We got there early and then didn't tell us they out us outside they led us to the patio at the time and we said we didn't want to sit out there. The original hostess said there was no where else. And we could leave if we wanted. After talking another person came over and said they could accommodate us inside cause they didn't need that table till 730 and it was 545. We thanked her and sat down. That was very nice. Our server was great very descriptive in talking and very attentive. We had the bread service with the delicious butter, the cheese board with 4 cheeses and accompaniments. We had a variety of apps the shrimp, the soup, and the Arancini. All solid. The mains one of us had the special hanger steak. The chicken was the star. The pork coo looked impressive but was tough and was def a little under medium. The scallops got rave reviews too. They brought me a birthday creme brûlée and we ordered the bred pudding and then limoncello cake. All good. Overall good experience but not sure if will come back for a special occasion again.
google avatar

Bert K.

Yelp
Consistently a great experience and meal. The service team is always very professional and attentive. The menu is great. We had snapper specials and surf + turf special. Both were cooked perfectly (steak cooked perfectly) along with tasty brussel sprouts. Cheese plate as an appetizer was very very good, too. No Bread Pudding!!! but Creme Brule and Limoncello cake were a pretty good second place. We will be back.

Mark D.

Yelp
Excellent service ,first class food, drinks and service. Glad they're on the island. Outstanding!

Sara A.

Yelp
What a strange experience! Went there for a surprise birthday lunch yesterday with 8 other ladies . I was early , the hostess said our reservation had been cancelled ( later found out it was cancelled at 5:30 AM, maybe a computer glitch?) Nothing was set up for us. I waiter hustled to set up some tables on patio. I was the only on who had to be GF, but the menu clearly stated they could accommodate me . Ordered the steak burger served on lettuce. It was almost raw inside. Barely made it home ( a 5 minute drive) before I had a celiac attack . My neighbor texted me that evening that her chicken salad was terrible too. Restaurant has gone down hill severely since I was there 1?year ago . Will not be going back . Today is ruined because of the lasting effects of celiac attack yesterday

Wallace L.

Yelp
Food was great, Ryan (server) was good. Room Temperature was horribly cold! I brought this to the attention of the server and manager (Vinnie) and was offered a Shawl??? I brought my concerns up to Vinnie again, before I left, and his response was luke warm . Two other couples around us were cold also...one moved to an outside table, another stayed and made several comments about the temperature. The more that I thought about the temperature/ambiance driving home the more that I needed to pass this along...a chilling $200 evening.

Yelp
Went to Eleven South for a Team dinner and it was sooo good! Due to our party size, we had to sit outside in the covered patio area. At first we thought it may be too hot but turns out it wasn't bad at all so don't let the outside seating scare you! Our server was very attentive and an actual sommelier so very knowledgeable about the wine list, which we loved because abunch of us are wine-os! To start we ordered several apps including the beef tartare, grilled octopus (OMG), bread service, crab cake, short rib bruschetta, and escargot. The apps truly are the highlight of the menu in my eyes! You cannot go wrong with anything you order. They were all so good and flavorful. The grilled octopus and escargot were the star of the show in my opinion. Even if that typically isn't your thing, I would highly recommend branching out and giving them a try! The bread service comes with sliced bread and 4 different butters, tapenades, toppings, etc and it was fantastic! For dinner I ordered the short rib which came with veggies and potatoes. It was very tender and full of flavor. Cooked to perfection and the vegetables weren't overcooked. I would've liked a little more sauce on the beef as my preference but all in all it was very good! Several people at the table ordered the lamb, steak ala carte and seafood paella. They couldn't stop raving about the lamb and paella and they definitely recommend them to future guests! I didn't get a chance to try either of these dishes but it sounds like there's good reason why Eleven South is known for these dishes. For our night cap we ordered espresso martinis and I must say they were along the lines of some of the worst I've had. I'm not sure if they were too alcohol forward and that it took away from the espresso taste, or the concoction was just off, but it was just not good. I wouldn't let them stop me from trying again but it was a bummer. I would definitely recommend Eleven South if you're looking for great apps and dinner at the beach- also, make a reservation!

Yelp
The food the ambience and the service are always top-notch. Anytime I visit my son here we always make a point of going. Just in the server was awesome last night. I had the Frutti de Mari was absolutely delicious. The lamb is always a good choice the muscles and the stake tar to start with are highly recommended. Will always go back.

Yelp
An old time favorite, they seem to have lost their shine. One of our favorite staples were the Bistros steaks prepared cafe style. We loved the great cuts cooked simply with tons of flavor. The steak demiglazes this last visit were so overpowering you can hardly taste the steak, which may have been a good thing since the quality of the cut seemed to have declined as well. We ordered veal chop that came out looking boiled even under a heavy helping of overcooked demi. Tough and inedible. On the flip side, the fruiti del mare was a nice new addition to the menu, the seafood cooked perfectly even though I'd have preferred a little less artichoke. Hopefully they work out these bugs as this has always been a great option for mid-upscale dining.

Lauren E.

Yelp
This place is excellent! I've been raving about it since we left... the food is so delicious. I got the waygu steak with lobster tail and the steak melted in my mouth. The lobster was fantastic as well and the mashed potatoes that came with it were buttery and soft. My boyfriend couldn't decide between the braised short rib or lamb chops... so he got both! And they were excellent. We also started off with the bread service and the mussels it was such a great time, great service, great food and great cocktails as well!

Yelp
Valentine's Day. Awesome food and service! Super tasty. Fast. Place was hopping. Dessert was yum as well.

Yelp
I went with my friend and another couple on a Tuesday night. We had a 645P reservation and got there right around 645. Parking is valet only or street parking. Since we were running a little late we went ahead and valeted. Our friends were at the bar so we joined them for a drink before we were seated. I got the French Quarter. It was good enough for me to have 2 more before the night was over. I started with the Peaches & Cream Salad. My wife got the Short Rib Bruschetta. Both were excellent. The couple we were with said escargot was their favorite app but my wife wasn't gonna go for that. He got it and said it was excellent. I got the half rack of lamb and my wife got the Full Tenderloin. I wasn't too impressed with the cut on the lamb. They were pretty small. The the glaze was excellent and everything on the dish went well with together. My wife got her fillet with a side of mashed potatoes. She probably should have gotten the Petit because she couldn't finish the Full. We split the Key Lime Cheesecake for dessert. I love cheesecake and key lime pie. I might have set the bar too high. It was good. Nothing special but good. I'd probably try the crème brûlée next time.

Yelp
My family went here for my dad's birthday and overall the experience was okay. I'll start with the food. The food was decent. We tried several different things including 3 different appetizers and everything was fine. We just felt like something was missing and some of the plates were a little under seasoned. For example, the short rib was very VERY soft which I love but it really needed some salt. We weren't very wowed by any of the food. The venue itself was nice but extremely loud. We were expecting a semi-quiet restaurant but my family was basically yelling at each other across the table during dinner. Maybe not the restaurant's fault. The service was great though and our waiter was very nice. When we asked if we could order my dad a cake for his birthday, they brought it out with a candle and said it was on the house which was extremely sweet.

Joseph C.

Yelp
The food and service are first class! I will for sure be back. I would recommend halibut and scrimp app. The manhattans are good as well.

Yelp
This past weekend was our third visit to Eleven South. It has been about 5 years since we were here last. I had forgotten just how good this place is. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could. We had short ribs bruschetta, steak tartar, steak filet and triple tail fish. Everything was outstanding. Service was great. Venue is small, and thus somewhat noisy, but cozy. Unless you park somewhere else and walk, you pretty much have to do valet parking. Only complaint on this visit is the food service was slow. But excellent cuisine, drinks and the company made up for the long wait.

Yelp
Well, my hunger failed me and my photos didn't turn out...so all you get is this yummy grilled Spanish octopus from Eleven South Bistro. Not pictured, black truffle arancini, classic escargot, flounder, and diver scallops. All delicious and with exceptional service. This restaurant is easily one of the best in Jacksonville.

Wilma S.

Yelp
It's my birthday celebration and one of our friends order the waygu steak medium. The steak comes out cold for her so now they say continue eating .. we will make another.. unacceptable We all prefer to eat all at the same time...ok they offer her a glass of wine but... The rest of the meals was good but it ruins the atmosphere due to our friend are sitting there waiting for their meal. I rate 11 South ok for what occur. This restaurant came highly recommended plus our second birthday. They should know better.

Yelp
Hubby and I went on a whim last evening and it was really good. I had eaten lunch on a few occasions before but not dinner. We started with the bread service that was really enjoyable. Several dips and toppings for the fresh, hot, crusty bread. A few adult beverages and the evening was off to a nice start. I had the flounder entree with a few modifications and it was very tasty. The orzo that it was served over was delicious. Hubby was not that hungry so he chose a salad with no protein. He had the blue and pear salad and enjoyed it. I brought home a piece of their limoncello cake and it was very good. I have half the fish dish and half the cake for this evening. Our service from Chris was excellent! I would recommend this spot for a nice meal but make a reservation. We were lucky to get a table at the last minute but only had a little over an hour to eat as it was reserved for another party. It worked fine for us but if you don't want to be rushed I would suggest a reservation. Nice menu with options for all dietary desires and adult beverage menu.

Matt M.

Yelp
Food was fantastic. Steak was perfectly done. Our waitress Madison took excellent care of us and made my daughter's birthday special. Royal Red shrimp were perfectly spiced.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem at Jax Beach. They offer complimentary valet parking which is a big plus. When you first walk in there is an inviting bar area that we waiting in because we arrived before the dining room opened. The dining room is well appointed with comfortable seats that included throw pillows. It added a homey touch. We were greeted promptly by our server Gerry. He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable in describing the menu items. He was also very polite and listened to my husband's as he tends to be a bit chatty. The food was very good and arrived in a well-timed manner. They have an extensive wine list at many different price points. In addition to the indoor dining they have patio dining. I consider this an upscale dining experience and would definitely come back.

Yelp
We went to lunch at Eleven South. We sat in the courtyard. It was definitely a nicer ambiance than inside. I found the tables a little too close inside and it felt a bit too run down. The courtyard was nice. It felt like somewhere we'd go in Italy. We started with the shrimp. Oh my goodness. This was wonderful. We got bread to soak up the sauce. While the shrimp were a bit small and slightly over cooked, the spicy sauce was wonderful and helped disguise some of the shrimp flaws. We then moved onto the corn chowder. It needed more seasoning. The portion could be larger as well. We followed that up with the burger. Now y'all. I'm picky about my burgers. This was so well prepared and juicy...I can't even. We shared it so we could try different things. I ordered my half with a salad and hubs ordered fries. The fries came out cold and old. We asked for new ones...they were meh. The salad was tasty. The martini was delightful. The service was SLOW! He was training someone but even with that, we ended up spending two hours for a lunch that should have been an hour. He was also very forgetful. Not sure he was the right person to do the training. Inside was pretty dead. Overall, I'd go back for the burger for sure. One of the best burgers I've had in a while. The shrimp appetizer was also very good. Give them a try. Cheers.

Yelp
This restaurant was amazing! I can see how it was voted the BEST restaurant in this area of Florida. From the outstanding service we received to the delicious food and lovely atmosphere, I absolutely enjoyed every minute of my experience here. If I'm ever back this way, I would love to eat here again. Expect to pay a pretty penny $$$ while you're here, but also know it will be well worth it! Our server was very friendly and thorough when it came to the menu and specials. He was an absolute pleasure! Let's just say I instantly knew we were in the right place once he began speaking. I had the seafood paella and he was right. It was not anywhere near a traditional or conventional paella at all, but man it was still so good! My husband loved his duck confit and his sister and brother in law loved their meals as well.
