A short drive west brings you to Helena, Arkansas, home of the longest-running daily blues radio show in the U.S., King Biscuit Time. As featured by National Public Radio and the Smithsonian, you can watch a live broadcast at the Delta Cultural Center and explore the city’s blues history on foot. We had the MOST amazing time at our first KBBF! We attend a lot of music festivals and events and this was the most laid back, chill, safe, easy festival ever. They had two rules-No coolers and Be polite! Everyone was great! Food was super! Weather, bands, even parking was convenient!

A great experience. Not my first time attending. It does seem to thin out as the years goes by. Share as much as you can..... events like this need exposure. It's good for the community and good for blues.

I get chance to see the city come alive. I mean it's dead, business barely thriving here. But I feel when people come from different places. It makes things feel so much better.. "Finally; I am always the best Dress. No doubt. Besides I think that this time this blues festival was dead. Because of the Energy. Other Blues Festivals. Never felt as dead as this one.

Awesome experience! It's back in full swing. I saw Bobby Rush and Mavis Staples! I also visited the Delta Cultural Center and Museum, and Delta Que and Brew Restaurant. Met some great people, fellow music lovers from all over the world.

The largest festival of its kind in the country, deep in the heart of the Mississippi Delta where the Blues was born! Can't get more authentic than this.

Ok... this is a personal favorite. If you live there blues this event is for you! This is one of 3 great blues festivals in Arkansas and brings together many fantastic artists, both well and lesser known. There isn't a wide assortment of places to stay, or this would get 5 stars. The cultural impact is well exhibited and Helena has come a long way because of this festival.
