On a quiet narrow side street of Belleville rests this cozy hole in the wall that hosts travelling chef/sommelier duos. I had the pleasure of visiting chef Celine and sommelier Gaby who also was our server for the night. The mackerel, fried polenta and ganache were excellent and the natural wines suggested by Gaby (an Alpino pet nat and a Melon de Bourgogne) were absolutely beautiful. Can't recommend visiting this pair enough.

Superb!! It’s a pop up restaurant. Every week different chefs. We got to eat from two chefs from Nantes. Every dish was delicate, intelligent and delicious. The service was full of Grace.

LUCKY YOU ! ... If you found this adress by chance. The success of this little house is as simple as that : a rebel boss making her own cooking and challenging your tastes with strange natural wines. Gourmets, both meat lovers and vegan welcome. Just let you guided and enjoy ! Average rate : 25-30 € VAT included, booking is recommended.

Fixed 3-course menu, quite average food, but with reasonable price

Ok so we walked in on a weeknight around 8pm and sat at the little bar. I love organic wine but wow the one they served us was too funky, luckily they agreed to swap it for something milder. The food we got was good however this is an experimental place so if weird food isn’t your thing probably skip this place.

Very tasty! Different set menu everyday. Menu depends on the availabilities at the market and the season. Must try!

Food is ok but not great unfortunately, fixed set menu, so you don’t have the choice anyway. If you’re lactose intolerant, forget about the place completely because the “replacements” are just poor. But the real issue here is the service, I think we’re all able to overlook issues with the kitchen if the service is great but unfortunately it’s not the case. Our waiter made us feel extremely uncomfortable, asking for bred, asking for where the wine was from, asking for food ingredients, well basically asking for anything, everything seemed to be an enormous inconvenience. Table of 6, we all left with an awkward feeling, and definitely not the urge of wanting to come back.

Yelp
Dame Jane is the coolest. It's a rotating residency of chefs and sommeliers, so each month the experience is completely different. We've dined here twice, and both times the service was friendly and expert. The space is tiny and cute, with exposed stone walls and rustic tables. As for the food, it's an adventure! The meals are typically coursed out, with a prefix sometimes available. They also do interesting wine pairings sometimes, with an emphasis on natural and bio wines. Worth seeking out!!!

Yelp
The yummiest meal in Paris. I came here alone after an art opening, and I am devouring 3 courses + wine.
