the drinks here are super imaginative and REALLY tasty! of course you can order a regular drink too but their menu is designed to change with the season and uses local ingredients. i love a unique drink so this was a great stop for us.
we'd wanted to go to bar cham but the wait was super long (totally expected as a top 50 bar) so i looked for something else and happened to find cham in season. i didn't know it was an offshoot/sister bar to bar cham so that was a nice coincidence! we waited about half an hour to get seated.
from their fall menu, we had the ma-nyo (my favorite, so smooth), funky pimang, americano?, mariachi, and marche (super fresh). no misses
we sat outside on their terrace and it was a lovely experience (and easier to talk as the noise level was lower). they have soft warm blankets if it's chilly and bug spray on the table if you need it
they gave us a parting shot of sogukju and that was really tasty too!
