I called ahead to confirm whether deliveries were being accepted today. I was told yes, and they even asked for my delivery address. I explained that I’d be placing the order online and was just calling to verify.
After placing my order, it was canceled with no explanation. When I called back, the staff was rude and repeatedly hung up on me before finally saying they were pickup only today. If you’re not doing deliveries, that’s fine—but don’t confirm delivery, cancel orders, and then treat customers poorly when they call for clarification. Very disappointing experience.
