Artisanal vendors: bakers, pasta makers, coffee roasters & more

"Away from the theme parks, East End Market is a lively Orlando food hub where I found standout vendors and local favorites worth seeking out on a quieter day." - Skye Sherman Skye Sherman Skye Sherman is a travel writer based in West Palm Beach, Florida. "This year promises to be a busy one for Hinckley’s Fancy Meats owner Matt Hinckley, with him opening not one but two new concepts in town. On the heels of launching Mid Drive Dive in College Park, Hinckley and Trivium lead vocalist and guitarist Matt Heafy launched this barbecue concept inside East End Market. They serve a beautiful brisket, along with baby back ribs, pulled pork, and chicken thighs slow smoked over oak and fruit woods, all courtesy of head chef and “coal jockey” Pete Morales. Pies in banana cream, cobbler, and Dutch apple varieties keep the comfort flowing right to the very sweet end. BTW: Boxer & Clover is named after characters in George Orwell’s Animal Farm. "Camille is a pop-up dinner series providing an intimate 8 seat, Chef-to-guest experience. Featuring a seasonal, multi-course menu, the concept takes a modern approach to Vietnamese cuisine. Located on the second floor of East End Market in the trendy Audubon Park Garden District."

"I explore this Audubon Park incubator that has nurtured local stalwarts since 2013—Lineage Coffee, Gideon’s Bakehouse, Farm & Haus, Skyebird Juice Bar and La Femme du Fromage among them—and find a lively mix of purveyors, a second‑floor bar with handcrafted cocktails and rotating local goods." - Faiyaz Kara
