Really nice experience and something fun and interesting to do in the Cape. Great and brief tour, plus excellent samples. Their alcohol sugar content is low which is great. Happy to support a local company ✨. Definitely worth experiencing and it's FREE!

Awesome Distillery in the Cape Coral area. Outdoor tiki, with drink from the distillery rum and a great atmosphere. Corn hole, Jenna, fire pits. Food truck. Plenty of seating. Live bands on weekends and even distillery tours. But like any outdoor bar, expect outdoor toilets and the smells and things you find outdoors. There is a gift shop inside and it was a fun place to hang out

A real gem of a place to visit. I was driving so could only enjoy tasting the sauces on offer whilst the rest of my party enjoyed tasting the Rum on offer. The host was knowledgeable and very friendly. The merchandise was also really impressive; taking home a couple of wooden decorations for our Christmas tree. Great experience...and that was not even on the tour...can't sing the praises of this place enough; now home in the UK and suppin' some banana wicked dolphin rum! ❤️

First time ever coming here with a group of friends and we had an amazing time. The staff was on point. While the mojito wasn’t the best I’ve had, everything else made up for it. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The views were great here and the drinks were good. It was Christmas Eve and very busy and not many bar tenders working which is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. Bathrooms were accesible and different types of seating. High tops, bar, and table tops. Lots of parking and signage. Would go back for food next time.

A comprehensive short tour, followed by a stop in the tasting room. There must be at least a dozen different runs. Something for everyone.

We've been on distillery tours...bourbon tours. Not being a bourbon fan, I enjoy those tours for the history and the "art" of bottle and label design, but never the tasting. With this tour I enjoyed it ALL, especially the tasting...and the "touring cocktail". I learned a lot, too. Like, there is a distinct difference between the making of bourbon and rum. Take the tour to learn what that is. Our tour was approximately 45 minutes, ending back in the gift shop for the sampling. We made reservations for the 1 PM tour but arrived early and were able to be included in the noon tour. I don't think we had to pay for the tour. Our touring cocktail was "Wicked Punch" (Coconut Rum, Crystal Rum, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Ice). It was delicious, and the best way to get us "into" the tour. Check the website for many more recipes. Two of the three sampling flavors were pineapple and key lime. I forgot the third. I enjoyed all three. I wanted to buy several bottles but we were flying and already had full suitcases. They do sell travel bags and provide instructions on how to pack the bottles in suitcases. For my next Florida trip, I'm driving, not flying, and saving lots of trunk space for some flavored rum bottles. The full size rum bottles do need to go in check bags when flying, but Wicked Dolphin does sell small bottles that can be placed in carry-on luggage. The catch is that they are only sold in sets of eight. You can choose any combination of flavors but in groups of eight. The gift shop is full of a wide variety of souvenirs, in addition to their distilled products. It's fun browsing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Outside is a nice sitting area, where you can either wait for your tour to begin or enjoy a drink after the tour. In the evenings they have events that are listed on their website, which can include live music and food trucks. We had other plans, so were not able to enjoy such an event. I highly encourage you to stop by if you're in the Cape Coral area. (The attached photos were taken during the tour. Most of the pics are in the order of the distillation process. The barrels and flavoring pics are at the end of the tour, but they were the first things I saw as I waited to use one of the two restrooms, located in the barrel room. That's why they are a bit out of order.)

Had a really fun time on a Friday afternoon during their free distillery tour and tasting. The staff were very friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. They graciously let us taste any and everything we wanted to -- even their sold out 10 year rum! I was very impressed by this. You can tell there's a lot of heart behind the operation and it really shines through. My favorite rums were the Mango, Vanilla Bean, and Cold Brew Coffee. I wish there was more seating inside where you could sit, play cards, and enjoy a few cocktails with some of their fantastic rums! But we enjoyed tasting while we could and headed out for our next adventure. It's good to know all of the nice gift shop options they have from handmade candles, gift baskets, apparel, signs, postcards and stickers, and more -- for when birthdays and holidays roll around. It always feels good to support local and Wicked Dolphin Distillery is no exception!

Noticed a bottle of Wicked Dolphin rum at one of the bars we were just at in Cape Coral, so search it on Yelp and headed there. We just missed the free tour of the rum distillery which runs about 45 minutes, although the complimentary rum tastings were open and a crowd was forming. The bartender provided shots of banana and their best sellers coconut. Both had a pleasantly enticing fragrance with a strong flavor taste. Each bottle of rum was 60 proof and priced at $26.99 except for the oak barrel ten year reserve at a premium price of $74.99. The bar offers a choice of six cold Wicked cocktails at $7.00. Lots of shirts and gifts from the Wicked merch room.

Great place to take visitors! During the free informative tour, they serve you a delicious rum punch! Afterward you go in the tasting room where they spoil you with samples! Their rums are low sugar and wickedly divine! Wonderful place to buy gifts!

Finally, we get to visit Wicked Dolphin Distillery...It has been on our to-visit list for 3+ years. Out of town friends are staying in Cape Coral, so it is the perfect time! The tiki bar is a great place to hang out until your tour begins. We had some very tasty tropical drinks made with, of course, Wicked Dolphin Rum! Next, the tour is very interesting and educational. You also get to taste their special Wicked Punch...mmmm. After the tour, it gets even better (how, you ask???). You get to taste their top three selling flavors (vanilla, coconut and banana). And, they don't limit you to just three. You can sample as many of their flavors as you want. They have a lovely shop for souvenirs and of course, you should take home at least one bottle of their delicious rum. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and make your time with them a delightful and delicious experience!

This place is awesome! The ladies who work at the counter were really knowledgeable about the distillery process and did a great job going over some of the drinks you could make the companies rum. We liked it so much that we managed to bring a few bottles home in our luggage for our family and friends.

This is a great activity to learn about the distillery process and Wicked Dolphin's history. The tour is free with a sample of their rum punch. I ordered their rum and coke with the Black rum and it was delicious. The staff are super sweet and welcoming. If you a rum lover and want to check out new rum flavors, this is a great location.

A Florida local gem! Absolutely loved checking this place out where we got a tour of their distillery with taste testing. Such a clean and wholesome property and staff were funny and welcoming. The tour was free so of course we had to appreciate them by buying various rums in their full size and also their mini bottles.

We are here on vacation and the tour was wonderful and free lots of sample options and staff was very friendly and fun.

Have been wanting to check this place out for years but could never get the timing to workout, finally made it happen. What a great find, such a cool place! We came for a distillery tour, it wasn't very long but our guide Skylar made it fun and informative. The ladies inside where you do tastings are great! Funny, friendly and so welcoming. They will let you sample everything! Definitely do! Highly recommend the coffee rum, delightful! The banana rum tastes exactly like now and later candies. The vanilla rum is also delicious. Come before your scheduled tour time and grab a rum drink from the bar. The punch we got to sample during the tour was great and refreshing! They do other events- live music, a stage, corn hole and food trucks at the outside tiki bar. There is a covered outdoor seating area in the front of the building. If you are in the area it's worth a stop!

We visited on National Rum Day and had a blast!!! We grabbed a cocktail at the bar while we waited for the tour to start. The distillery tour was informative and not too long, because let's be real, we all come for the rum samples! They had three samples ready for us, then afterwards, you could try as many other flavors as you wanted. The staff was fun and friendly! The best part is, the tour is FREE! This place is a must stop if you are in the Cape Coral area.

What a cool neighborhood experience and I mean neighborhood because it's literally hidden and ideally located in Cape Coral. I came here on a whim with my family and we highly enjoyed the distillery tour and tasting. I found the tour to be super educational and I thought it was super interesting to see the entire process from start to finish. The staff was super friendly and patient, they answered a ton of questions with a smile and were able to handle the large size of attendees. I love their little gift shop as well. I highly recommend!

A tour of the local rum distillery. We had a small group of approximately 15 people. While we waited for everyone to arrive you could browse the gift shop and purchase drinks. The tour guide is knowledgeable and friendly. A rum punch drink is served during the tour. After seeing the distillation area the hostess in the gift shop shares more history of the business while serving tasted of the various rums. Of course you can try other ones that were not highlighted during the tour. The tour is free and it does require a reservation.

After being here earlier in the week, I had to bring my Sisters to an awesome place. Guess what here it was. Some weren't for sure since they weren't Rum drinkers. Wicked Dolphin Rums has changed their minds. Aly gave us some tasters then made our cocktails which were sooooo good.

What better way to wind down the old year than with a visit to a rum distillery? The Wicked Dolphin is an interesting place, the staff are very knowledgeable about their products and they have a great selection of rum. In spite of being a smaller distillery, they put out a lot of good rum to local bars and stores, along with the tourist trade. It was interesting to see how they make rum and everyone appreciated samples after the tour! We decided on the black rum as a gift and the Florida sugar cane rum was definitely one for us. This tour is something that out of town guests will enjoy. The dolphin sculpture by the entrance is perfect for pictures and the outdoor tiki bar is a nice way to chill before heading out.

what a fun experience we had celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday/first drink at wicked dolphin distillery. Jen was a great hostess/bartender & really played up carding her for her first drink. The tour was very interesting and trying the various rums was a fun experience. After our group's tour as Jen started explaining about their fantastic rums...she had our tour sing Happy Birthday to our daughter. None of which was pre-planned & that made it even more special. We will definitely be back & I highly recommend a visit..birthday or not! Thank you to all at Wicked Dolphin for making our daughter's 21st so memorable & for the amazing rums you make!

This place is wicked awesome! Make sure you book your free tour on their website! It's a tour of where they distill their rum, and then they do a FREE tasting of all their rums, and rum shine!! I'm not the biggest rum fan but their vanilla flavored rum is so so good!

On the Florida Distillery Trail again! I got to try Wicked Dolphin in Total Wine a while back and have already been through a bottle of their coconut rum- so I knew I would like their rums! They have quite the assortment and we took home a few bottles happily! The blueberry and strawberry rum-shine were especially delicious. You can pay for a tasting and try a whole bunch or you can sample three (ish) samples for free. We might have had more than three and of course John and I share- so we double our spirits easily. We taste to see if we want to buy- plain and simply, so with that in mind we pick the ones that we believe we will enjoy and go from there. If you do the free tasting- really look at everything before you pick your lineup. I got done and wished for others and luckily our tasting guide was flexible! I also picked out a cool "Be Wicked" t-shirt to take home! Trail win again!

This place is so cool. We did the tour and it was nice to learning about the process and do some tastings of the product. I love that the sugar cane is locally sourced and every spirit I tried was great. I purchased a box to drive home with and I like how the website has cocktail recipes which my husband and I have had fun making. A great place to visit in the area

The tour was great plus it was free you just had to sign up in advance. They let you sample whatever rums you wanted to at the end. Great rum, excellent mixed drinks and was fun tour. The lady at the end who provided the samples was great, funny and got everyone involved!

Great rum and occasional festival on their property. Food trucks, bands and, of course great libations!

This is a fun place to take people from out of town..it helps if they like rum, but even if they dont they can enjoy the story of how spirits are made. After the interesting tour you get a tasting of quite a few of their best sellers..i highly recommend this, it's about an hour or two and afterwards walk over to their Tkik bar and sit a bit with an ice cold drink.

As you enter, there's an awesome dolphin sculpture. It made us happy just seeing it, so we had our pup sit in front of it to take a photo. We went inside (didn't do the tour), but it would have been awesome based on the ladies in the gift area/tasting bar. We were welcomed with open arms. The gift area was plentiful and they were very informative in their rum. We don't drink, but the neighbors watching our house like their rum and Coke. So bought various rum for a few folks. Warning - the rum mix in the plastic "bags" don't travel well to high altitude. Ours kinda exploded or leaked in our car making it quite fragrant.

I was invited along as part of a "meet up" group that my Mom belongs to and we had a tour of the distillery today. Quite interesting to see the back of the house, get to talk with one of the rum distillers, have a few samples throughout and finally, visit the shop to be able to purchase the same rums that we tasted. The tour guide is certainly interesting and definitely passionate about what he does here. He had several interesting stories and lots of background about the history of rum in Florida and the Wicked Dolphin Distillery and the products that they're making here. My favorites were the "wicked punch" and the vanilla bean rum. Tasty! In the gift shop, they do sell rum direct and offer information on other retailers where it can be purchased in the area and out of state. Some magnets and tshirts for sale too. Had a great time at Wicked Dolphin Distillery. This was my first time attending the tour and tasting. Everyone was so kind, Skyler did a great job talking about the Rum and how it's made and the tasting with Jenn was amazing. Check out the retail store and I recommend stopping by and taking a selfie with "Spirit"

Wow did I have a blast here! I was not going to leave Florida without coming here. We came here yesterday and did the noon tour. The tour was small but very informative and interesting and then followed by a tasting. This place has anything you could ever want to purchase. I spent a ridiculous amount of money and just on things that were not alcohol since I have to ship mine to my house. The entire staff was amazing and very friendly. They answered all the questions you had and were very funny. The rum was AMAZING. I cannot wait to come back in the summer when I'm back visiting and get more rum from them. By far this was my favorite place I visited while here and a must need place to visit if you're in the area. Cannot beat this rum, and I'm definitely a rum drinker.

This place is a must visit when visiting Cape Coral! Tours are free and you can reserve your ticket online. You are taken through a brief but informative tour of WD's distillery rooms and process by a Head Distiller which was fun and interesting. At the end you receive free samples (my group even got a cocktail ) which was amazing! Very fun tour when in the area

I have lived in the county for a long time. However, I have never stopped by here before. Let me preface this by saying I'm not a big rum drinker. However, I do know something about various distilled spirits. I was so glad I stopped by today out of the blue. I found a Great Locally made product. The ingredients are sourced within the state. This goes for all their flavored products also. Local homey , local mango etc. I love these type of products. The thing about rums is that their not heavily regulated as say a bourbon. They are even less regulated when you talk about flavored rums. So unless you look into it, you really don't know whats in your "rum". You don't have to worry about that with these product. Also, one of the things I don't like about a lot of Rums are the additional sugars they add post distillation make these drinks too sweet for me. Wicked Dolphin solves that issue an yet there product without comprising flavor. I think you will find these products amazing and I suggest giving them a try for you next cocktail. The tour was great and I recommend calling ahead especially during season. It was a good time and Ill be back.

Such a fun place to visit in Florida! Wicked Dolphin offers free tours every hour. The tour was fun, exciting, and very engaging. They show you around the distillery, the barrels, and give out free samples of their rum. At the end of the tour, you are able to try three more samples at the bar. Everyone who works there was very friendly and provided great customer service. There were so many souvenirs for sale inside the main room that is not alcohol. I am not much of a rum drinker, but still had a wonderful time. I would defiantly recommend visiting when in the Cape Coral area.

The tour was informative. The rum cocktail was delicious, The tasting was good, would have never chosen the Vanilla if I hadn't been able to taste it. Staff doesn't wear masks. Only reason this is not 5 stars!

Awesome FREE tour just sign up in advance on their site. Very informative on the rum process, you even get a free cocktail and tastings, they have cute shirts and other novelty items for sale. Highly recommend, but give yourself time as a 19mile trip took 45 min with all the lights
