Title: A Delightful Experience at Baja's Catch Fresh Grill! I recently enjoyed dining at Baja's Catch Fresh Grill, and I cannot recommend it enough! We decided to try their takeout, and it was an excellent choice. We started with the Salmon Tacos, which were nothing short of amazing! The perfectly grilled salmon paired beautifully with the fresh cabbage, cilantro, and onions, drizzled with their signature Baja cream sauce. Each bite was bursting with flavor. Next, we enjoyed the hand-rolled tacos, which were delicious. We opted for a mix of shredded beef and shredded chicken, both of which were fantastic! They came with fresh guacamole and sour cream, making the meal even more indulgent. Finally, we tried the Baja Fish Tacos, featuring battered swai fish cooked to perfection. The combination of the fish with the crunchy cabbage, cilantro, and onions, topped with more Baja cream sauce, was simply irresistible. The best part was the service! Our order was prepared quickly and completely accurately, and the prices were very affordable. If you're looking for fresh, flavorful seafood and a delightful dining experience, Baja's Catch Fresh Grill is definitely the place to go. I can't wait to visit again soon!

This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I discovered it not too long ago and have been back since. Food has always been amazing (so far we’ve gotten a couple different burritos and some fish/shrimp tacos). Above all though, service and the way the customers are treated by staff has always been exceptional since we’ve been there. Thank you guys for being here and open, also whatever you guys are doing is amazing! Update July 2025: This has easily become mine and my husbands favorite place to stop and get food. This place deserves way more than it seems to get. We cannot be happier with our experiences coming here and the friendliness given to us from the staff. Always so welcoming and accommodating. We have tried more menu options since coming here and continued to be pleased with the quality. Couldn’t be happier that we found a small business not to far from us to keep supporting. Side note, vibes inside are always good including the music :)

Wanted something cool and refreshing in this 100 degree weather so the shrimp cocktail was delicous and the nice acc room was really great aswell with cold lemonade with chia seeds hit the spot

Soooo yum! Had the grilled Baja fish tacos and the California burrito. Was barely able to take a picture before everything was devoured. Delish! Will be back again!

We were unlucky to visit when they had sold out of fish and soup. Still, the food was decent, though the portions were on the smaller side.

This place is the BEST place in town. Authentic Mexican taste! I love the Surf and Turf burritos! Family friendly atmosphere and great prices. Come on down and try for yourself. Coming from the Los Angeles area, this place reminds me of home.

First visit. Highly recommend. Delicious salmon tacos and in my opinion the best ceviche ever - its seafood and veggies fresh and the combination very flavorful. Even the black beans were surprisingly tasty. The service was excellent and friendly. Enjoyed the in-house made drink choices. We will be back soon.

My boyfriend and I are visiting from out of town and have been craving fresh local tacos. We tried this place the other day and it hit the spot! So fresh and yummy - the best quesabirria taco I’ve had, in fact. Sadly, we tried a different recommended taco joint yesterday for lunch, and were highly disappointed - to say the least (it’s a sore subject for my bf). So we decided to revisit Baja’s for dinner to redeem our taco feast. We told Francisco and the chef Rafa about the taco let-down that day, and how much we loved Baja’s tacos in comparison - they went above and beyond to take care of us and even throw in a couple goodies! You can’t beat it - flavorful, high-quality food paired with a friendly staff! I wouldn’t be surprised if we find ourselves making a third visit for their tacos this week 😆

We stopped in our way back to OC after our road trip! Best decision ever! I had a battered fish taco and the fish ceviche pure perfection! Staff at register was super kind and attentive! Not super close but will be sure to return!

I wanted to try this place since I saw the good reviews and I asked a persons if they tried it and said it was good. The girl serving was nice and very energetic!!! So props to her and thank you for being amazing girly!! The inside was a bit cramped to my liking but had plenty of seating and was nicely decorated!! It also had seating outside! So you can be inside or outside! Now the food part.: I order the Burria burrito. Honestly i must say I was disappointed about it. It states that it was braised beef birria. Yeah it had braised meat but it was not birria. The meat was nice and tender but had no flavor. It was plain meat and gave me consome but that is not a birria burrito. Throwing in the consome doesn't make it birria you all. I will say however the consome was yummy!! Just wished my birria burrito was actually a birria burrito.

This place is amazing ! The customer service is superb. Every time I've been in here they do a phenomenal job at making sure we're taken care of and the food is delicious. We've tried several things on the menu and every one has honestly, for someone as picky as me...has impressed me. The quality and freshness of the fish , shrimp and aguas frescas have been outstanding. They have a wide variety of salsas and so many options for everyone in the family on the menu. I will definitely be coming back and making this our weekly family dinner spot. It's that good. If you're looking for good food and great service, this is the place . Enjoy!

We tried this place while looking for the best taquitos locally and now have been back three times. Each time we try something new, and every time we have pleasantly surprised how great everything tastes. So far our favorites are the mini B&C burritos with sauces, Cali Burrito, and Crunchy Potato tacos. Can't wait to try more!

Hi Yelpers!!! This is a great find. Best quality fish tacos in town. But what was so amazing (that we had to reorder) was the homemade guacamole and chips. The guac is smooth, creamy and tasty. Dive into this pool of green goodness with the warm crunchy tortilla chip and you'll be in appetizer heaven. More please. The restaurant is clean. The service - impeccable. The nicest people ever. Cashier was friendly Salmon Taco was perfect Carne asada tacos were filled with carne asada and tasty Bacon avocado and cheese burrito was a hit with the 12yr old Grilled chicken burrito was good and tender. Chicken was not dry Salsas we're great. Mild, spicy, Verde Meals for 4 with 3 study drinks and a michelada was $60 Very good deal

20/10 amazing food better service but oh my god everything was amazing. Victor was the nicest guy I've ever met. You can truly tell the hard work and dedication that goes into the food. I haven't had authentic delicious Mexican food like this in so long. Ambiance is chill the seating area is super clean and well kept. I'm so sad I'm not from here or else I'd be here at least weekly. The cheese was high quality the tortillas taste home made I'm just in awe of this place. I may have just found my new favorite burrito spot in Temecula! I was in town with one of my buddies for a material run at the hardware store and we decided to pop in for a bite to eat before driving up the mountain and getting to work. After perusing the menu's abundance of options, I went for the Maji burrito with an add-in of fries (I am a SUCKER for a Cali-style burrito) and my friend went with the surf and turf burrito. We took a seat in the spacious dining area and awaited our orders, as we sipped on our large agua de jamaica. Within a few minutes, our burritos were delivered to our table along with three squeeze bottles of housemade salsa. TIME TO DIG IN. Firstly, the burritos we had were BIG - which is what fellow-burrito enthusiasts love to see! CHOW TIME! The innards of the burrito were absolutely delicious! The fish was hot and perfectly grilled, the beans were tasty, the fries added a perfect crunch, and the pico was fresh. All the above in combination with the red salsa was SO GOSH-DIGGITY-DARN-GOOD. The lovely flavors were the sole reason why I scarfed down the entire burrito, instead of saving half of it for later. The refreshing agua de jamaica made for the perfect drink companion and is something that I find myself thinking about often, when I'm in need for a thirst-quenching beverage. I will definitely be coming back to Bajas Catch Fresh Grill to try out more menu items and experience more of the flavors they have to offer. I give this spot a 10/10 recommendation for both locals and visitors, alike!

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Temecula! Food is fantastic and the carne asada fries are to die for - I regularly drive 2 hours just to eat at this restaurant - The owners are super nice as well! 10/10 Definitely recommend!!

i finally found my go to birria and taco place. service was excellent super nice and helpful with my many questions. their tortillas taste homemade and their chips and guac are also perfect. i tried their quesabirilla and surf & turf tacos. the consommé was bomb. the shrimp on the surf and turf tasted fresh off the grill. makes me want to go back and try their shrimp tacos

This is my family's go-to for tacos, quesadillas, torta, and fresh horchata! Food is delicious. I love the tropical dining vibe. Friendly service.

Great service! We came from the wineries and needed some food and found this gem. Customer service was beyond amazing. We came with our 1 month old and he gave my husband and I free beers to congratulate us. Not only did he give us free beers, he gave our cousin and gf a free beer as well. They messed up on my husbands order and made a fish burrito when my husband wanted shrimp and made husband a shrimp one and gave us the fish burrito for free. Very friendly environment and would definitely come back again and recommend this place.

This place is awesome, the food is amazing and the price is even better. The employees are always on point and I cannot rave enough about the service everytine we go. I've been eating at this restaurant since they open. By far the best Mexican food in town. The owners have seen my kids grow up and my whole family loves this place. Come you will always be happy and satisfied with what you eat. The service and personal top notch.

The shrimp tacos and salmon tacos are delicious!! I will definitely be back just not as often as I would like due to the pricing. The tacos are about $5 each and they're a bit small. They're street taco size. Wish they were a bit more affordable.

Did not send my shrimp ceviche on my delivery order and didn't even offer to bring it back to me They said come in another day and get it WTF Order #58 on Sunday 7/13 5:30pm not too professional response when we had a family member not get nothing to eat amazing never again , beware delivery orders double check accuracy, it's a Mexican restaurant and got no salsas for none of the tacos ordered smh

Saturday, May 3rd, we were visiting the Temecula area and were craving Mexican food. My husband really wanted mariscos so we searched on Yelp and found Baja Catch. We saw that it had excellent reviews. The moment we arrived our group was warmly greeted by Victor. Since it was our first time at the restaurant we weren't sure which menu items were worth a try. Victor guided us in making delicious selections for food that evening. We were not disappointed. Rafa and Francisco did an amazing job preparing our food. Everything was cooked fresh to order and you could definitely taste the quality in the food. The food was bursting with flavor and was very satisfying. The salsas provided were delicious and I'm sure we used half the bottle Throughout our dining experience both Victor and Jenny came to check on us and see if we needed anything. They really treated us like family and went above and beyond in making sure our dining experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I highly recommend Baja Catch! They'll take great care of you when you're there and the food is worth the price! We will definitely be back when we visit the Temecula area again. Thank you Victor, Jenny, Rafa, and Francisco for your superb customer service!

The tacos were absolutely amazing! full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. The service was just as great friendly, fast, and attentive from start to finish. Definitely one of the best taco spots I've been to. Can't wait to come back!

Found a gem today! Cold, rainy day always calls for hot soup. This spot certainly delivered that and more. I got the mixed seafood soup, along with a side of rice and beans, and diabla sauce which I put a dollop of in the soup broth. That broth is obviously made with love because it tasted so cozy, homey, and packed with flavor. The soup had chunks of salmon, mahi mahi, swai, and shrimp. The rice and beans were flavorful and hit the spot also. I am overjoyed at finally trying this place, and I cannot wait to go back and try other items.

The surf and turf taco (w/o onions) is delicious! I crave it. Friendly service, laidback setting with counter service, great fresh food and reasonable prices. This place is a hidden gem in Temecula.

Our favorite local, family owned spot for fresh and delicious food! We always have such welcoming service and the food is on point. Our typical order is the grilled chicken burrito and the battered Baja fish tacos, I highly recommend both. I also love the option for black beans! Really good food!

I highly recommend trying this place out! My husband tried the grilled shrimp taco, battered fish taco, carne asada taco, and the carne asada quesadilla--everything was absolutely delicious. The homemade chips were perfectly crispy and paired beautifully with the five different homemade salsas that were also amazing. To top it off, the homemade agua fresca was super refreshing. I definitely recommend it! Beyond the amazing food, the service was outstanding. Victor was so welcoming and attentive--he truly went above and beyond to make us feel like family. His hospitality made the experience even better! The place itself has a relaxed, casual atmosphere. They played good music! We will definitely be going back...and soon! I came here to get food for my family before staying at Pechanga nearby. They have a large menu, I chose to get two fish taco combos ($10.95) for my family. I got two fish tacos which came with rice and black beans as sides. I also got their shrimp tacos to try alongside them. Both my mom and aunt liked the place. The fish tacos were crispy and the portions was a good size. The chopped cabbage and cilantro piled on top the tacos with the white dressing sauce was filling. The shrimp tacos were large and crispy. I would go back if I near Pechanga. The staff is nice.

Victor was so friendly & accommodating, it's rare these days to see that kind of genuine customer service. Shout out to Brito (the man behind the grill) everything you do is magic! *Fish tacos are perfectly light & crispy, perfect ratios of crema, fish, cabbage & onions. *Queso Birria tacos are packed to the brim & perfectly flavored. Priced incredibly with no secret up charge for consommé *Birria quesadilla is a monster size, full of flavor & yet again crazy cheap for such amazing quality Can't wait to return!

Coming from a Mexican house hold my standards for flavor are pretty high, so I will say the food was absolutely delicious and authentically prepared. The atmosphere was fresh and inviting, and our meals came out quickly and full of flavor. Victor, the owner, personally took care of us and made our first visit feel genuinely welcoming. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in town!

The food is delicious! The service is friendly and welcoming. We just recently discovered this place, however we have eaten in 3 times and ordered take out twice and everything comes out perfect!

I'll be honest, I haven't tried any other baja style seafood because this place is so good that I don't wanna try another spot, lol. So far I've tried the battered fish tacos, battered shrimp tacos, octopus taco, and my favorite item so far has been the battered shrimp burrito. It usually comes with grilled shrimp, but I requested it to be battered shrimp, and holy hell, I think that's gonna be my new go-to item, I don't wanna try anything else. Only been here twice, but both times customer service has been above average by different employees on the register. Only minor setback is that food can take a while to be ready, but that's not a huge deal breaker for me. Ambiance is casual and laid-back, the inside of the restaurant is reminiscent of baja and is definitely giving off those vibes. Will definitely keep coming back here for my baja style seafood cravings. P.S. The light colored green sauce in the bottle is fire, both literally and figuratively, so use sparingly if your heat tolerance is on the lower side.

This place is hands down the best spot in town for fresh fish tacos and all around never disappoints from ambiance, service, food quality and pricing! They have great beer choices as well & I always enjoy sitting on their patio in the evening! Definitely gotta check them out, I highly recommend every time I come, I am highly satisfied with the customer service, everyone who works here is very friendly and kind!

Outside- in a busy strip mall, plenty of parking Atmosphere- quick eat sort of place. Can grab a quick bite with a small family, co-workers for lunch, or a small group of friends on the way or coming back from something (shopping, errands, athletic activity, etc). Or a place to have drinks and a festive meal. Order at the register and someone will bring your food out to the table. They will also clear it off. Seems to be a good place for takeout orders. Inside- multiple tables of 4 seats. Mix of high top and regular 4 seat tables. Clean. Drinks- mix of sodas, few beer selections, some traditional Mexican beverages. Food- we had the fish tacos, chicken pastor tacos, and street corn. The tacos are street taco style and size. The street corn is well done but basic. The salsas that come out to your table are mild, green, and spicy. They're fine enough. I should have tried their premium sauces- they sound amazing. For what this place is and what I'm comparing it to, I'd definitely come back again when I'm the area.

This is as close to authentic Mexican food you will get in Temecula. I loved the flavor and spice of the chips and salsa and the fish tacos were amazing!
