Tat's best creation is stacked with pastrami, gooey swiss, coleslaw, and Russian dressing on a sturdy roll. The most important thing to remember is to order this as-is—while it may be tempting to get this thing "Tat's way" (which includes grilled onions and peppers), the pickled and sweet flavors overwhelm the otherwise magnificent simplicity of the sandwich. photo credit: Nate Watters Cheesesteak This is a satisfying cheesesteak, with peppery beef shavings and whiz the color of Big Bird.
