"The city gave Garcia's a permit to set up in the parking lot of Pancha's, which is one of our favorite little local bars, and you'll find them there most evenings. Tacos like the well-loved fish and el pastor will only set you back between one and two dollars, which is a major blessing when your wallet is starting to feel the strain of too many big, wine-heavy dinners."

If you’re looking for the best Mexican food in the area, Tacos Garcia is the spot. I’ve eaten here multiple times, and the food never disappoints—fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. The al pastor nachos are a personal favorite. Perfectly seasoned meat, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of crunch—every bite hits. Their tacos are also excellent. I’ve had both the al pastor and the carnitas, and both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Just a heads-up: they run spicy! Not overwhelmingly so, but if I had known ahead of time, I probably would’ve asked for a little crema on the side to balance things out. I also tried a quesadilla, which was really tasty, but not served in the traditional handheld style I’m used to. It came cut into pieces, on a bed of lettuce with salsa—more of a plated dish than a grab-and-go option. Since I work in the vineyards, I usually prefer something easier to eat with my hands on the go. That said, the flavors were still on point. One important tip: Tacos Garcia is cash only, so make sure you have some money on you before you go. Overall, I really love the food here. It's flavorful, consistent, and made with care—hands down the best Mexican in this area.

Such a surprising and delicious find!!! Warm and flavorful and so yummy. Definitely get the alambres, bigger and more stuff in them. I did asado and pollo

Omg 😱 I just discovered this taco truck recently - I work in Yountville and everything is so expensive there!! The other place that I regularly go is the deli but I was getting tired of my turkey sandwich every day. I’ve had the taco salad (it’s not on the menu board but just ask for it) the nacho’s and 3 Street tacos 🌮 it is all SUPER DELICIOUS!! Cash only so you have to come prepared!!

Getting tacos after wine really hits the spot. The tacos here tasted very good, but I had ordered the cabeza taco, but the owner made us the Asada taco. I said we ordered the Cabeza and he seemed to get a little angry and said we ordered the Asada. The Asada was still good, but don't argue with your order.

Well, there I was up in Yountville again with no particular plans. I kicked a bunch of dirt clods over at Springly Doodad's Aardvark Research Center out on the other side of the hill, and even helped his wife reset the timer on her Vintage Ronco Wiggletrometor out of factory specs to wiggles for 10 seconds, and then rest for 5 seconds....so the user can catch their breath. She was so happy to get it fixed she took me to the Tacos Garcia food truck for some Amazing Taquitos! Then she got that look in her eyes and said "I gotta get back and make sure everything is okay" Well, I knew exactly what that meant! Those taquitos sure were Amazing! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

Tacos García has great prices and food. The tacos were a little spicy but nothing I couldn’t heal with some water. I would def recommend stopping here after doing some wine tastings.

Best street food you can get in the Napa Valley! Large portions. Just what you need after wine tours in Napa Valley. Every bite was a flavour bomb. Four of us unanimously agreed that the tacos here were the BEST that we had. Get the beef cheek and beef tongue tacos, AND the chicken fajita burritos too! THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING FOOD!
