Tacos Guadalajara

This was my 1st real meal after eating gas station food on the road for 5 days. The birria fries were delicious! My husband ordered the jalapeno stuffed tacos. He said "they were the bomb, yo". The guy taking our order was very pleasant and the food was brought to our car when ready. The food truck is right down the street from our motel and I'm so glad we tried it. I would definitely eat their food again.

Good tacos for a good price. They have a huge variety of food but I've only tried their tacos so far. I am super picky about tripas and these stand up to my expectations. Pictured: Tacos de Asada and Tacos de Tripas.

I requested a torta, with vegetable ( what was I thinking) my torta, came with 2 small pieces of avocado and a few strands of lettuce , 3 thin tomatoes, an to add to there ugly preparations the bread was smashed completely making it tough to eat!!! I don't recommend them at all, I have never had such a bad experience, the owner needs to step in, a check on them and thier sloppy cooking preparations, majorly disappointed 😞 😑 😒 😕!!!!!

They are always busy, so your food will take a long time to get to you, but it's worth it. You also get to wait in your car and they'll bring the food to your window. Don't let the crowded parking lot spook you, the food is amazing.

Ordered barbacoa/al pastor (4 for $8) and birria tacos (3 for $10). All of them were great and the service was incredible! So friendly, and walked it out to the car for us. Cash or cash app only. A great stop on our road trip - definitely recommend.

Tacos Guadalajara are so amazing! We had an event and they delivered on time, setup nicely, stuck around to make sure we had everything we needed, and a plus the food was so good! I live out of state and would travel to visit just to get these tacos and to be served well! I recommend anyone to come here or for family special events!

We recently had a bad experience with this place regarding our order never being made and waiting for a long period of time. Yet our minds have been changed due to the owner reaching out! They really want to apologize and set things right. We didn’t think we would return, but we are so happy we did. The presentation and taste of the tacos were amazing. All the salsas 10/10 especially the pineapple salsa! Definitely one of our top food trucks here in Amarillo. We will be back due to how they treat the customers but most importantly for the bomb food!
