Our experience here is worthy of a reddit post, but, alas, this is Google, so I'll keep it PG... our last night in Bentonville before heading home from a 3 month long work trip.... made reservations at BC and it did not disappoint. Our server was an absolute maniac... it was fun until it wasn't fun anymore... but without saying a word, management stepped in and removed the server without drama or chaos....
The food... well, it rivals many Michelin star restaurants we've been to in Chicago, NYC, and abroad. It rivals James Beard winners we've frequented. The wine and cocktail list is unmatched- excellent options, tons of wines by the glass that seem to change daily, THREE LAMBRUSCO OPTIONS (need I say more?!?!)... but the food, above all else, was absolutely divine. Not a dish we regretted ordering.
Roasted oysters in a chorizo broth, chicken croquettes, roasted carrots in a beef sabayon (so good), campanella with wild boar and nguja ragu, crispy pork belly and wagyu brisket. I still don't know which was my favorite, because they were all so divine. Bentonville is a hell of a town. The food rivals some of the best food cities in the US. No kidding. I would move here in a heartbeat.... but Bar Cleeta tops them all. 10/10. I'd drive 1,200 miles just to eat here again.
