Sushi Sora

Impeccable dining experience! We've booked over capacity so were initially seated at private room, but once they had free space at the counter they welcomed us there. Every bit of food was tasty and special, as was the overall experience. Very pleasant rice wine, too. Not everyone spoke English, but some of the staff did, and they were all very attentive and helpful either way. Requires reservation.

“Wow” is an understatement for what our experience was at Sushi Sora. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such kindness and respect. Everything we had was amazing! Definitely book a reservation as the seating is limited. We made our reservation a day in advance and had no problem. We appreciate the hospitality and would recommend it to any friend visiting Osaka!

Loved this experience! Restaurant was slightly hidden (no English name) but the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Food was bomb! Highly recommend the lunch omakase for 10,000 yen (worth it!). Drinks were amazing too (get the plum wine soda or the yuzu soda). Plus they played Bruno mars the whole time haha. Reservations on Google were super easily and available the night before :) Would go back right now if I could!

Delicious food and nice staff. I don’t understand japanese well and obasan tried her best to explain the fish to me in English. Extra sushi for birthday treat :) and free chopsticks before going.

We got a private room with 4 person and order 7000yen lunch set, service and food was soso, they will explain every sushi even we don’t know Japanese, but we didn’t get any ガリ and tamago is without cats seaweed =(

A hidden little jem of a sushi omakase restaurant in the Umeda area that doesn't try marketing itself with fancy exteriors and focuses on the most important thing - food. Popular with locals, a MUST RECOMMEND for foreigners who want a REAL wift of what local Japanese omakase is about.

An incredible omakase experience with a friendly and thoughtful chef. Chef Fukuyama explores aburi, zuke, and dry aging techniques to deliver a varied and delightful omakase. Lunch is incredible value.

A very nice restaurant with delicious food!! Lunch set is very good with reasonable price. Must visit again next time 😆
