The staff are warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable—they took the time to listen to my needs and walk me through products that would truly work for my skin. You can tell they really care and know their ingredients. The selection is amazing too—thoughtfully curated, high-quality, and full of brands I trust. I left feeling confident in my purchases and excited to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the best in clean beauty and exceptional customer service!

UPDATE 1/12/2026: Product - ILIA moisturizer, barrier buld cream, and bright eyes cream: AMAZING SET! I bought the travel set to try it and LOVE it. My skin feels amazing and because the product is clean, I know that I am getting the best for my face! UPDATE 1/5/2026: Online ordering is soooo easy including product navigation. I found everything I was looking for within seconds! The knowledge of each staff member is the best in the business. Most strongly recommend this shop for an incredible selection of products for all ages! Their spa is amazing too! A terrific experience every time!

I had an amazing experience with Cheyenne! She is incredibly professional and made me feel completely at ease during my facial and shoulder massage. Her expertise really stands out. she gave thoughtful recommendations on products that would work best for my skin, all available in the store. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she's also so friendly and easy to talk to, making the entire experience even better. My skin feels rejuvenated, and I left feeling completely relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch skincare and an overall wonderful experience!

I usually go with Diana but when she is not available the rest of the staff are as amazing! Best investment I have ever made for my health, body, & mind 💓

This is the best place for clean wellness and beauty products, hands down. It is evident that all of their products are thoughtfully selected to be both clean and high quality. It's my favorite place to come for gifts , and I appreciate all of the attention to detail that goes into the entire experience, from product selection to the team's energy. I have come to the North Park location twice now, and both times, the lovely Stephany helped me. Both times she was very welcoming while still bringing a sense of calm to the overall shopping experience. She was impressively knowledgeable on all of the products I asked about and was able to help multiple clients in the store so seamlessly. She was so sweet in helping me choose the perfect gift for my friend and even went above and beyond to wrap it up so beautifully too. Thank you ShopGood and Stephany for making this place truly a gem.

I had a facial and scalp treatment with Ashley and it was incredible. She was very knowledgeable, warm, and friendly and my skin felt amazing afterward. Highly recommend booking a service with her and shopping here! The vibes were *immaculate*.

I had an all-natural make-up application with Enrique and I cannot recommend enough. It was such a great experience! I'm moving quickly through why 40s and wanted a refresh of how I should be applying my makeup to my aging skin and what would be the best techniques for me. Enrique walked me through some skin care tips and make-up application tips and made me feel so happy and good about myself. He uses colors that compliment your features and is very helpful with recommendations. Shopgood has a lot of great product selections in store as well so it was nice to have a variety of options! I went home with some of my favorites from the day and feel much more confident about how I apply my makeup now! Thank you Enrique!
