Madame Lam - Vietnamese Contemporary Cuisine

Madame Lam is such a great place to enjoy traditional Vietnamese food. We were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. We ordered 4 dishesh, dragon fruit salad, purple fried rice, fried sea bass, shrimp with bánh hỏi like a roll, and a pannacotta cốm flavour for dessert. Everything tasted incredibly delicious. 👌 The waitress Tiểu Ngọc was very enthusiastic and took great care of us. I highly recommend you guys visiting this cozy restaurant and enjoyying food. Also, on Thursdays, they offer each woman a complimentary glass of bia cốm, which made us really happy. It wasn’t just the offer itself, but the way they treat and connect with their customers.

We were looking for a memorable Christmas dinner, and Madame Lam exceeded all expectations. Our family of six enjoyed an amazing multi-course meal created by one of Vietnam’s top chefs. The menu took us on a journey from North to South Vietnam with a fun train station theme. Each dish was creative but still felt familiar and comforting. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were outstanding. Our server, Tieu Ngoc, was wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the evening. The overall experience was playful yet elegant, artistic yet welcoming. Five stars in every way. Don’t miss Madame Lam, especially if you’re looking to create a truly special moment.

In looking for dinner we found this cool contempary Vietnamese restaurant, @madamelamrestaurant, that is a 2025 Michelin Selected. Great atmosphere and we love the menu book which has all their dishes in full color making it easy to choose or maybe not. We tried some classic and contemporary looking dishes and they were all great tasting. Shoutout to our server, Tieu Ngoc, who made sure our dishes came out hot. Worth the trip and two 👍 👍! Michelin-starred food is, of course, widely recognized for its excellence — but what truly impressed me was the service, especially from a staff member named Min Trieu. He was incredibly attentive and accommodating. While waiting at the restaurant, I was served a plate of taro chips that tasted amazing, so I asked if I could buy some to take away. Unfortunately, the kitchen was too busy at that time. To my surprise, after I returned to my hotel, Min Trieu called to let me know that the kitchen managed to prepare some, and he even arranged to have them delivered to my hotel free of charge. I was genuinely touched by his thoughtfulness and kindness 🥹

Amazing place that deserve not only recomendation but a Michelin star. Food was exceptionally good everything that we tasted was delicious, well balanced and great expirience. Service was super communicative, helpfull and just exceptional.

we visited this 3-year-Michelin-winning place during our last night in Ho Chi Minh. Everything was so nice and well cooked. Fresh and high quality ingredients with fine seasoning. No wonder it’s been picked for 3 years in a row! Trinh’s service is also very nice. She catered for our request to share the dessert & our cup was never empty from the tea! Highly recommend if you want to try some good and local restaurant around the area.

We had a fantastic meal at Madame Lam. The food was fresh and delicious - fresh herbs, perfectly grilled seabass, and unique dessert. Best meal we've had in Saigon. Our server, Tieu Ngoc, was exceptional! She explained all the foods and made excellent recommendations. We are very happy with the meal and service.

Discovered Madame Lam in Saigon and it truly exceeded expectations. The food is wonderfully local yet presented with a contemporary twist — every dish was flavorful, authentic, and well prepared. A special shout-out to our server Huỳnh Thư, who made the experience even better. She took the time to introduce the dishes, checked in on how we enjoyed them, and even treated us each of everyone a glass of local Vietnamese tea at the end. Such thoughtful service really stood out. With its elegant atmosphere, excellent food, and attentive service, it’s no surprise that Madame Lam is Michelin Selected. A must-try when in Saigon!
