Steven Schnipper, MD, PC

I've had allergies my whole life and have seen allergists both excellent and mediocre over the years; I know the difference well. The excellent ones I keep until they retire or I move to a new city. I saw Dr. Schnipper for the first time today, after my last wonderful allergist retired. He was nothing but terrific, all the things you want in a doctor: inquisitive, thorough, a great listener, explained everything in detail proactively (including the pluses and minuses of treatment choices), and had a professional, cheerful demeanor to boot. I'm 60 and have had my share of allergists over the years and cities I've lived in. Of the 10 or so I've seen over time, he's right up there with my very favorite, the one who just retired. I can't recommend Dr. Schnipper more highly. The one negative review here on Google has to be dishonest or fabricated in some way. This is a doctor who's methodical, responsive, and responsible in looking for solutions to improve your quality of life with allergies and asthma.

I was quite surprised with the detail and care Dr Schnipper provided me in getting the best treatment for my allergies. I was having trouble controlling allergies, and prior doctor I had gone to was dismissive about them, so I wasn't expecting much, however Dr. Schnipper changed the game! He asked very detail questions and provided tests necessary for my best care/treatment and I am grateful I went here. My allergies are so much more controlled than I ever thought possible.

I never write reviews for doctors, but Dr Schnipper is a rare one who’s improved my quality of life a ton. I used to be completely opposed to steroid inhalers because of side effects but this wizard found one that actually works (and probably nobody knows it exists). He turned my allergy shot experience positive by actually increasing the dose. He recently asked me about trying a steroid nasal spray and I didn’t even hesitate to say yes. It’s rare I trust a doctor without doing a bunch of my own research, but people, this guy is one of the few really good ones out there.

Great doctor! Very detailed, explained all my options, and most of all helped me get over my allergies! Never a wait and willing to move as quickly or slowly as you need to work with your schedule. Highly recommend!!!

Been going here for over 5 years. I love that it's by work and Dr. Schippers allergy mix is working great.

Not helpful at all. Refused to properly test me for allergies. Rushed me out both times.. I wasted my time. Never coming back

Dr. Schnipper is a great allergist. He has helped me navigate the worsening of my allergies, the changing of my insurance and what is covered, and planning a treatment plan accordingly. He’s always able to see give you a last minute appointment or see you if you’re running late. His receptionist is also amazing. She is very friendly and always helpful with any issues I have.
